I had a wonderful experience working with one of the girls here, sadly I can't remember her name but last week I called to ask if they had dumpy tree frogs and she put me on a waiting list and informed me some were on order, then 2 days later she immediately called me as soon as they came in! She kindly allowed me to come in the next day and pick up two and was so friendly and kind the whole time when I was calling back and forth, now I have my two little guys all set up and happy and I can't thank her enough for helping me get my dream frogs!!

Bought a ball python from here. The staff was helpful and gave some information. He even let me know about how some pythons with their morphs can have different health defects and that helped me choose which animal I should pick. It's really nice to see that they really care about the hobby.

Always so kind and helpful, going out of their way to show my children some really cool animals just because they enjoy them. It’s rare to find a store that still gives the experience of being able to look at, hold or touch a new animal. Thank you for your hospitality, and picking out the perfect pet roaches with my son. PS- he said you should start putting the “fancy” ones in a “pet only” container…just for him

Great store with great employees. The store manager is very knowledgeable about tarantulas. Their prices seem fair and they treat their animals really well.

Updated when I first went into this shop it was amazing. Now it's under new management the entire staff has been replaced with attitude filled staff. They can't help answer questions and are always short with you. The whole vibe is off and uncomfortable. I think it's time to find a new shop for all my reptile necessities.Absolutely love our new addition to the family Lilith has been home for a day and is adjusting great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to determine who would be a good fit. Here is Lilith in her new home.

Absolutely love this store and the employees I have bought all my snakes from them and all supplies only place I will go!!! They are very clean and organized and have great advice when you need it! When I was in need the owner literally saved my Snake told me what I can try and it worked if I could give more stars I would!

Wow! This place was amazing not only do they have every reptile supply you could ever ask for. I'm seeing some reptiles for sale that ive never even heard of! The employees are the reason this store rocks. They even showed off some of the friendlier animals and let us interact with them.I would love to see more exotic mammals in the future and maybe fish!

I was AMAZED with this place. I love supporting local pet stores and they do seem to be more knowledgeable than the chain pet stores. All of the animals had such clean cages and they were not overcrowded. I noticed one of the bearded dragons was underweight, and it was listed that he was "for sale after putting on weight" which just goes to show that the animals are really cared for. The store even smelled clean. And the only associate working there was very kind to me and informative. I will definitely be back!

Very clean and doesn't have a smell like other pet stores, have bioactive enclosures for most of their reptiles and amphibians. They seem to care about the animals and are very knowledgeable.

Adrian, Devin, Scott, and Tyson have all been incredibly helpful. They each at different times over the last few days taken time to answer my questions in depth (about my new large snake, and how to setup his tank and what he needs or should have.) they have offered ideas, suggestions and really have just been great and professional people to work with. They were very positive and energetic and have gone way above and beyond to help me. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and helping people. It was kinda nice.Also don't tell anyone but the feeder rats were about $4 cheaper than at the big retail pet stores in the area.. but shhhh you didn't hear it from me.

Inconsistent employees left my children sad.The full story: My son's birthday was coming up and he wanted a lizard. I had been in to this store before, the animals look very well taken care of so this where I wanted to take him. The guy there was so friendly to my son! Putting whatever in his hands so he could hold them and see if he could find a friend in and of their reptilian faces. Well, he found one. A red leatherback bearded dragon. I took my son home, snuck back down just before close, and the friendly gentleman secured my soon-to-be 5-year-old's new friend. He was awesome enough to hang on to the little fella until we could come back and get him.Five star review up to this point.Flashforward; not even a week later.Yesterday we had to put my daughters 6yr old German Shepard to sleep to to medical issues. She had been crying all day. We were hanging out with my oldest daughter's new ball python and our son's new Bearded Dragon and she said she wanted to look into a reptilian friend. I told her how awesome this store was and how friendly they were so she was finally feeling a little better.We loaded 2 of our kids into the truck and headed down. I had a meeting to attend so I couldn't go. My wife & 2 kids showed up hoping for the same experience my son had at his time. Nope! The woman working said they couldn't hold ANYTHING. She stated they could only hold the 1 they were going to buy. That's ludicrous. How can they make friends with something they haven't held? My daughter left sad and even more lonely.It's fine if that's your policy. But the fact that there are shared photos of other kids holding animals in your store leads me to believe it was the rotten employee and not store policy. My son & I had a great time! Why was my daughter not treated the same??Update: It wasn't even a week's difference of time, so we weren't aware of the sudden policy change. We didn't see any signs noting the new policy change either. When was this policy changed?We'll happily go somewhere my daughter can have the same experience my son had in picking out her reptilian friend. I hope you can understand. Thank you for your response.

MY PEOPLE! I've been shopping here since I started getting into frogs. Excellent quality feeders, knowledgeable and kind staff, and all the frogs I've gotten from here have been healthy and are thriving. The go-to place for bioactive supplies as well. Keep it up!!!

Corporate stores only had one or two snakes that we were looking for, scales an’ tails had such a variety we actually found a more exotic snake than originally had in mind. Also service was excellent!!!!

BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGEDAND BEING CALLED A LIARI started my reptile experience here. And it ended here. Lets begin with I have almost no issues with the employees here however one of the employees overcharged me approximately 300 dollars. I know what your thinking how did I not notice right away well we were shopping at the expo and the lady who charged me told me that they could not give me a receipt due to being out of paper which I thought that's just fine these guys are my local reptile experts I didn't think I had to worry. Until I got home and noticed they overcharged me on everything they sold me so I figured okay just go talk to them and they will make it right. Also my bad because the owner down right refused giving me a refund and basically called me liar. So the next day I came with proof pictures of prices on every item we bought prices of which they put on the items so than the manager says that someone had to have erased numbers off of the items but even than the prices didn't match up so they offered me instore credit so regardless they still get my money. I have the proof I showed the proof and they still deny it how sad we'll you have completely lost my business I just simply cannot trust you anymore.Maybe your right maybe it was there but I wasn't shown the prices other than the final sales price however nothing that was shown to me was itemized. And we had purchased another pet and was simply there to get my stuff and get out. So I blame it on the excitement to get home and get my new pets set up that i didnt pay attentionlike i should have . But the fact that you overcharged us so much and wouldn't do anything besides store credit is ridiculous. And on top of that you wouldn't give us the full amount that was overcharged. So that in today's society is called a snake. But look here's the real deal man you lost out on our business and our friends. So maybe instead of calling your local customers liars and try to get out of what you did wrong own up to it and make it right it would truly benefit your business in the long run.

They are always helpful, friendly, and they definitely know about reptiles! They have bigger and better crickets than petsmart and they are cheaper. They are open 365 days a year. I would recommend these guys for any reptile needs.

So many reptiles available! I want to take them all home with me, if I only had the space for all the habitats. Very enjoyable to come in when we need to get feeders for our scaly critters at home. This is the only reptile store I’ve found in the area that sells their Dubai roaches in a bulk container instead of charging for each individual roach.

We visited from Oklahoma and the guy was amazing!! He treated the reptiles like family and was incredibly sweet to my girls allowing them to have a one-of-a-kind experience. If we are ever back in Utah we will definitely visit again.

I called the store at 7:30pm and asked if they had a Pink Toe Tarantula, the guy who answered was happy to tell me yes and answered all my questions about the Tarantula. I asked what time they close and they said 8pm. Together we determined I could make it just in time to get him. I can't recall the persons name who helped me out, he was average height with a pretty rad beard. He held the store open long enough for me to pay for him and lock the doors behind me.I went back the next day for crickets for my Striped Knee Tarantula and the same guy from the night before was there and helped me with the crickets. Tarantulas are happy, Tarantula mom is happy. Environment is clean and employees are helpful.
