IF google offered a zero store I would have selected zero.I had not been to this sotr for a decade.This store is marketed as a store to save money.Every thing I bought was 30% higher than my normal stores.This store has an aweful warehouse feel and they make you bag your own groceries.I could go to the other store where I bag my own stuff and save a considerable amount of money.The produce was not well managed and was poor quality.I won't be back

Okay first and last name one of the first name it say it all last night Oakman Joe I come to Lucky's almost everyday and I am treated like a family member as specifically by CM balkman she works over there in the deli she does fantastic work always going up above and beyond for me I treat my dog like it's her own personal dog I really like the people over here and I really think that they need to take a closer look at her and see what she can be I think she's more of a team member so you get a chance come on and go down with Kelly say hello to her get some tasty treats and see you at Lucky's

They won't answer the phone. I lost something and when I went to the store they won't let me see the manager to ask if something was turned in. They just said nothing was turned in, and no one even went to look in the lost & found area.

I shopped here every time and the food 🍱 here in Lucky is so delicious 😋 I love shopping 🛒 any time. and everything is low too just spending some couple dollars not exceeding greater than what I would expect to be. Have you ever tasted the chicken breast and buffalo wings got to taste like so delicious. Employees are very handful and they got self checkout as well to avoid a long wait line. Cleaned and good customer service available to help customers.

In town for the Grizzlies Hockey game and we were trying to find a poster for my boys so we stopped in at Lucky. We asked the assistant manager to help us find the posters. When we got to the isle they didn’t have any. Thank you Rick (I think it was) for making my boys night! He took us to the back and found a few large cardboard pieces for them and sent us on our way.Thank you for taking the time to do that, that is true customer service!

Lucky is our go to when visiting West Valley. Always good stuff and great prices, not to mention the hot wings from the deli! We love everything about here and how everything we need is always found here, great and friendly service too.

The fried chicken is ethier always out or horrible AND BURNT and there excuse tonight was that it was fresh and just came out not long ago but I could see there chicken was burned and the 2 lady's were making excuses. I have worked for KFC and I know how chicken is supposed to look and not look. I will never ever get chicken from luckys again.

They have good prices and decent sales. The only negative thing that comes to mind is that they don't have all flavors or varieties of some things. I buy a lot of Greek yogurt and their selection is probably the lowest I have seen in any grocery store. For a warehouse type setup the store is very clean and organized.

I just stopped in Lucky's to cash a check which I have previously done before at several of their locations and I was told by 2 different associates that you DON'T cash checks here. I was confused by this information bcuz as I've said I've cashed checks here before and it's also ADVERTISED online. Catherine then proceeds to tell me that she has the RIGHT to decide to deny a check if she does not recognize it in which she had never even seen the check I was attempting to cash which instantly made me feel discriminated against! I politely explained to Catherine that was incorrect and that the system could only do that unless she recognized that the check was not issued from the state of Utah which then it would not be cashable anywhere except the bank it was issued from. I then asked that she allow the system to process the check in which it successfully did. I feel like Catherine was trying to abuse her authority by denying service to a customer for whatever her reason being I don't feel like it aligns with the policy of your company or the title of her job.

This location has gotten better over the years. It's cleaner smells a lot better and I love the self check out. I find myself going here on the weekdays in the early afternoon. Beat the chaos of unattended children. Couldn't hurt to have a few employees walk the floor for customer service.

Great grocery store that stocks hard to find items that bigger stores don't have. It carries extensive Hispanic foods as well as American. There's an extensive produce section with high quality fruits and vegetables. The deli counter has unique items and their fried chicken, in my opinion, is the best of any local grocery store, with great pricing as well. Like all grocery stores, many prices are great, some are not, but you'll see that when you go. I've always had helpful and friendly service, too. So go. Get Lucky!

I frequent this location often and am usually satisfied with my experience.However, today, I had a bad experience with one of your service members. They were rude to me and also made remarks questioning another customers ability to speak English. It was an unacceptable experience, and I left the store early without finishing my shopping. I think the individual was just having a bad day or maybe a few bad days, but it doesn't excuse the behavior.

Not everything you'd need from the grocery store but they got most batiks and essentials. The one cool thing that stands out are pans of fresh cinnamon rolls that are usually around 4 bucks.

The self check out at this place is a joke. They litterly have no room for us to put out carts. People can't get out when there done. The employees grab and push your cart without asking. The manager definitly doesn't care.

There is good prices at this store but costumer service sucks!!!! Specially the manager Brenda who didn't wanted to change a package of cheese full of mold because I lost the ticket...im a regular customer and is the 3rd time this happened with one their products....

Love this shopping box/bag/storage they sell here. Prices are a bit high considering they claim to be a low price grocery store. I've seen lower prices at Harmons and Smiths if that tells you anything. 😳

This place has a diverse selection of product and produce I don’t see in other stores. Great deals and delicious fried chicken. My eyes popped when I saw that they have a 10 piece/dark meat fried chicken deal for $5.99. That’s our quick dinner if we’re too exhausted to cook. It’s cheap, delicious and feeds a big family.
