My family and friends love our local puppy store. We make a date night out with the kids around visiting the puppy store. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They allow us to spend time petting and playing with their puppies. Always kindly reminding us to sanitize from dog to dog. Also so helpful getting any of our questions answered. We feel it's been very sanitary whenever we visited.

We have bought two dogs from this puppy store in the last two years. We love the fact that you can go in every week and expect news dogs to see. They even have a sheet that you can sign on to request a breed of dog to see. If you are interested in a certain dog they allow you to play in a pen with them to see if it’s the right fit for your family. We love it here!

Do not support puppy mills!!! No matter what these people say about where they get their dogs they ARE FROM PUPPY MILLS. Choose better please! These animals don't deserve this.

We walked into the puppy store after a hair cut. I I fell in love with the silver lab. He's so playful and fun. Cali was extremely polite and willing to help with anything we needed. Definitely a kind hearted place and great Staff. Cute dogs for sure! Definitely recommend coming here.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PUPPY HERE. The staff are completely uneducated on the dogs they are selling and the health of the puppies parents. I reached out to the breeder listed for one of the puppies and found out that while the staff were saying , he was completely health tested they hadn’t even gotten the results of the tests yet before they started trying to sell the puppy. $3,000 for a puppy whose parents weren’t even health tested. Puppies went without water for hours.They don’t give a hoot about the puppies. I asked if there was any sort of contract we had to sign saying we would get the dog fixed among other questions and was told “once he’s yours we don’t really care what you do with him.”They make absolutely no effort to educate people on the puppy that they want to buy, and I personally know someone who was sold a very high energy breed who wants a job to do (border collie) with out being informed.Utah is in crisis with how many shelter and rescue dogs there are. There are breeds specific rescues if you must have a certain breed. Healthy young dogs are dying due to lack of space and still this place is still lining their pockets.If you really need a puppy from a breeder, go to the breeder themselves. No ethical breeder would sell their pups to a store where he would live in a glass cage for weeks. No ethical breeder would sell their dog to a store where they would have no idea what happened to that puppy.“No Puppy Mill Promise!” 🙄 if you have to make that promise you probably aren’t on the up and up.These puppies are INCREDIBLY mouthy. While , the store claims this is because of “teething”. This is an abnormal amount of biting that I have only seen in puppies that were taken from their mothers too young and were never taught how hard they can bite.So if you’d like an hyperactive Bitey dog with unguaranteed genetics stop on by the puppy store to help like corporate pockets.

One Star for Adorable puppies! But after entering the store and not even being greeted! Not good for customer service 🤷🏻‍♀️Today is a Sunday 4-14-23 one person up front working. The puppies had no water and finally the worker noticed the puppy crying after I mentioned a tad loudly to my daughter he is Thirsty! 🙄 We ended playing with a Puppy but after reading many reviews and after trying to return her and nobody came and I knocked on the back door that was open to find staff just on devices 🤦🏻‍♀️ they took the dog and closed the door! 😂 Y’all who read these reviews and actually take the time to do the research. The shelters do have all kinds of dogs and needing homes as well. Plus side of shelter animals are most likely Crate trained vaccinated and already had more hands on time with family who help in shelter (foster) anyway way you decide enjoy your pet!!•••West Jordan Location•••

We scheduled an appointment to see a specific dog and called ahead. We came right visiting the Vineyard location were the staff were nothing but polite and helpful.We walked into the West Jordan location and were less than impressed. We were not greeted by any staff. After gandering for a few minutes we asked to see the puppy that we intended on seeing.She told us that the puppy had to stay on the ground couldn’t be held. When you asking 3k+ for an animal, I better be able to interact with him/her to make sure the animal would be the right fit. I let her know that we had just come from the. Vineyard store and that they were totally okay with us holding, petting and loving on the animals that we were meeting with. She then responded with “I’m from the Vineyard store, I’ll have to chat with them tomorrow.” That’s when we decided to leave. The vibe and environment are completely off for a business that wants $3,500 for a dog.The Puppies at this location seem really scared compared to the Vineyard location. I agree with other reviews on here. This place shouldn’t be in. Business. Their employees have sub-par attitudes and the animals act like they are scared and neglected.

The staff here is amazing and so willing to help you. You can tell each dog is important and not just a number. Any questions you are able to ask them with ease! Very friendly. The store is a very peaceful place full of joy! The puppies they have are beyond adorable and playful. I’m definitely coming here again!!! Fingers crossed it be soon! COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LOYAL BESTFRIEND

We have been to the puppy store a few times, never with intention to buy, but my girls love dogs. In July we visited and I fell in love with our cute boy and ended up bringing him home with us to California! I have since had to reach out for information on completing my purebred registration and the staff was quick and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

This place is garbage!! The puppies are treated like merchandise, not living beings with thoughts and feelings. No reputable breeder would just sell their puppy to a store. Good breeders care what happens to their puppies. If you want a specific breed find a breeder who does proper health testing. A great place to look is a breed specific club. You want a Labrador look for a Labrador club near you, you want a boxer same thing, look for a boxer club. Check out your local dog show, and talk to the people who are participating. Do not buy a puppy from a store, they don't care what happens to these dogs they only want to make MONEY! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!What really set me off was one of the staff intentionally scared an already terrified puppy! This store needs to be shut down!

Stop using puppy mills. I'm tired of getting puppies from your "pet store" coming in to my clinic with all these birth defects, suffering fro. terrible qualities of life at just a few months old, all caused by your inbreeding.Don't come here.Don't support inbred dogs.Dont support terrible care for these pups that they then charge 1500 for them.Your pets future medical bills at the very least will thank you for avoiding this place.

Before you enter the store ,you have to sanitize your hands to make sure you're keeping the dogs safe from possible illness.The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have ,and it costs $5.00 to play with the dogs as well.The environment is also very clean and well maintained.

Horrible experience! The puppies kept fighting and we told the lady at the front counter in dark hair possibly the manager and she brushed it off as it’s not her job and she didn’t show any empathy to any of the puppies. Do not support this trash of a business and don’t even get my started on the pricing per pup! $1500-$3000k is absolutely ridiculous! Ksl is a better bet ✅

Do NOT use the financing! I went to make my last payment in the interest free promotional period… found out they ‘sold’ my account to Concora (which has horrible reviews) and my balance includes all the interest that should NOT apply for another month! They gave NO notice of this transition. I am on a holding period to have my promotion added back. This all seems super shady. My puppy is great! But their finance company they use is a joke!

I had a chance to stop into the puppy store today. I have heard how fantastic this little hidden gem is from friends. This place is simply amazing. The staff is so friendly and very willing to answer all my questions I had. They make purchasing a puppy so easy. Rest assure, you don’t even have to worry about shots. They come with everything. Which is amazing.They let you hold and play with the puppies which is an added bonus. This place is very clean and inviting.I differently will be back to purchase my dream puppy.

I had a great experience here! I always liked looking at the different puppies they had in until I finally saw the one I knew had to be mine. Aiden was very helpful with me when I decided to get a puppy from them and even got everything taken care of over the phone with me. Then when my puppy came to the store (he had to be transferred from another location) they sent me a bunch of adorable photos. They were very informative when I came to pick him up and the puppy and I bonded instantly. That maltipoo has been my bundle of joy since that day. I love my little boy and the rest of my family has fallen in love with him. I recommended this place to other friends who are interested in going through them when they are ready to get another puppy. The only thing I would say, if you are interested in a specific puppy, make sure to also mention the breed and name of the puppy. When I was wanting the maltipoo, they also had a Yorkie with the same name. It turned the maltipoo was at a different store (they show all puppies through all locations online) and they had to have him transferred, which was fine. It worked out, but just make sure to be specific.

It was such an amazing experience, and it’s really good if are struggling with your emotions and need a little bit of happiness you can just pay $5 to play with a puppy for only ten minutes, and it’s is a very organized clean store and you can make partial payments and give a puppy or cat a home while paying partially. 10/10 FOR SURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏽

You enter and there’s only puppies. WHY? Because when the unsold puppies grow up they get EUTHANISED so they can purchase more ones. DO NOT support this practice. It’s a PUPPY MILL. ‼️Want a doggie? Go to a shelter or look online at KSL etc and adopt a homeless one not bred into existence for the profit of this corporation. You are supporting a business that use living animals as profit. Please do not.
