I go here a lot. But I am making an actual review now. I came in not expecting to find my new best friend. But I did.And I was so grateful for Rae and Rose who helped me get all I needed for my new baby. But we’re so sweet and I even caught them saying they liked me and were excited for my him to be going with me. Which made me even happier.His name was prince Eric and has now been changed to Fievel Mousekewitz. But their kindness was so appreciated and they listened to me share a recent loss and clearly cared about helping me and about this baby going to the best home.

The pets hotel is amazing! The doggy day care is incredible and the have onsite grooming for dogs. They do not offer grooming for cats at this location. Be sure to get a puppy package at the register so that you can enjoy discounts and free doggy food.

Our dog Lucas loves to go to day camp and they treat him so special. He runs into the hotel and they always greet him with snuggles. We love the Jordan Landing Pets Hotel and store. Lucas has even enjoyed his overnight visits which is a huge plus for us as his overprotective parents 🙂They are friendly and knowledgeable and they treat us well. Thanks for your great service. Lucas loves Izzabell and all the helpers at the hotel.

I had my dogs stayed at there doggy pets hotel. They are individual that means they can play with dogs. The staff or never played with them were always in their room my dogs got a uti infection for not getting walk they only got two walks a day that isnt fair just because they can't play with other dogs they have to be in their kennel it seem like they are being punish for it. It honestly was the worst mistake having them stay there I wouldn't not recommend it. Plus some of the leaders are not very friendly one of the leaders I remember her name is Laura and Kira.

Took my puppy to get groomed. The song says walk ins welcome. The lady rudely asked what we wanted, we said a wash and nail clipping. The lady rudely said, well you’ll have to make an appointment and even if you want it today we’re booked. Not coming back again.

We love this location and come in weekly for training. The store staff is great, but Cheryl in grooming is a different story entirely. DO NOT GET YOUR DOGS GROOMED HERE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I online scheduled an appointment for my hound a week in advance and even called same day before heading over to confirm his appointment. He is a very loud boy who gets anxious and barks when he sees other dogs. I left all of this information in his booking comments and let them know he doesn't do well in a kennel for a long period of time. When I arrived for my appointment they said he would be kenneled for 3 to 4 hours even though I was dropping him off at appointment time, and had offered to pick him up whenever he was done. All they need to do was call when he was close to finished and I would drive over. Cheryl decided to tell us day of, after arriving, that we would need to have him scheduled as an express (which if I knew that in advance I would have), and that they "just didn't have time for that today", even though he had an appointment booked. I don't understand how they wouldn't have time to groom him when he had a time slot booked. I would have been willing to pay extra for express if needed and pick him up ASAP when they called. It's sad that Bree did not get a chance to fulfill her booking and get a nice tip for grooming our loud boy because of Cheryl, who is apparently the grooming salon lead. I will never understand how a woman with a dismissive and very rude tone was put in charge of a customer service based salon. She shouldn't be employed in customer service, let alone managing. We have three dogs and will not be bringing them here for grooming, which is a shame because thus far we have had great experiences in this store. I guess the grooming salon just doesn't have the same customer service skills as the rest of the store.TLDR: We were turned away from our appointment dismissively by Cheryl, because the salon failed to read the booking notes and communicate that our dog needed to book an express groom.

You no every time I go to petsmart I think of my pet .I lost 2 weeks ago.from tts cancer .any dog that goes to parks and schools.that is 4to 5 years old.the inpestasides.the they use.will set the cancer in motion. Stay off the grass.spazz my best frend is in Pease now

This is a great place. I have purchased fish from here and every time I came back, they were always super respectful and professional. I am going to end up adopting a cat In about 2 months, and I am super excited. I can't wait to so business with PetSmart again. I know that I will continue to have great customer service in the future.

Me and my daughter went in to buy her a turtle. The guy who helped us was very friendly, and helpful. We had a lot of questions because it's the first turtle we've owned. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he'd find someone who did. We will be going back for all of our turtle needs. And any future animal and animal products. Thank you PetSmart employees

I love that I can take my furball with me. The isle layout was confusing for me. It's the smallest petsmart I've been in. But I did find what I was looking for. Great selection of food. Ok on treats. When checking it, it was heartwarming seeing the clerk want to give Bailey a treat. I appreciate that she asked if she could give her one and was adorable with my girl. That right there will have me going back.

I took my Great pyrenees to get the furminator treatment. When I picked her up I was so surprised how beautiful my baby was. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to anyone with a dog.

Tried to get my dog grommed with a nozzle like we always did in other stores and never had a problem, they said they cant do it even with a nozzle and suggested calling a vet and sedating her, refusing service is a right and they can do it any time they see fit, but two things, sedation is dangerous and the pet can not awake after sedating and also not indicated to do one after another, because she needs grooming about every month, now what do we do if we are not professionals to do it in our homes, does dogs that had a troubled past with humans in the past and thus bite out of fear wont get the benefits of being clean? Disappointed with the service, sure wont buy anything on PetSmart anytime soon

My old dog looks soooooo good and refreshed. Everyone was very nice and I didn't get the employees name but my son was upset thinking my dog was upset getting "left there" and she talked to him and explained how happy our pup would be and relaxed my little boy. Also the cashiers were so helpful and made sure to answer my questions. Will be back soon

This is what happened to my dog when I took her in for grooming right before Christmas. Clipped her nails made her bleed and then didn’t bother to tell me so there was blood all over my house. And all the trauma that my puppy had from going there. Run and stay away from Jordan Landing groomers.

Don't take ur pets to petsmart. I TOOK MY DOG & THEY DID SOMETHING BAD. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT MY DOG.WOULDNT GO BACK IN TO PETSMARTTHEY SHOULD BE CLOSED UP. THERES BEEN DOGS THAT THEY KILLED& HURT THEM VERY BAD. DONT BELIEVE THOSE 5 STARS THEIR FAKE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON 4 OVER 10 YRS. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We talked to the fish lady for quite awhile. Short wait at checkout and I love that they have email receipts - never loose or have to hold on to a receipt anymore. We used a 25% off coupon for dog food and that saved quite a bit off a large bag. They also had cool National Park outfits, including Zion.

I take my dog to the doggie daycamp here at least twice a month. The staff are genuinely warm and kind, and take the time to learn every dogs' personality and needs. I never feel nervous leaving my dog here because he is always so well looked after ❤️

Came here a couple weeks ago for a dog grooming. Went back to pick up my dog and she didn’t look like what I asked for. She’s a golden doodle and I asked the groomer to keep her hair longer on the top. Her whole face was shaved. Got the complete opposite of the teddy bear look I asked for. Came to find out that my dog was being naughty, but we’ve never had an issue here before with other groomers. Makes me wonder what the groomer was doing to my dog to make her act out because she nicked my dog under her eye as well. Haircut was very patchy and didn’t give any explanation as to why my dog was “naughty” she was just being “naughty.” My dog was scratching under her eye the rest of the day.

Grooming service - my 8 year old lab mix Arlo is no stranger to nail trims. Obviously he’s been getting it done his entire life by various professionals. I drop him off and over 3 hours later I get a call that they couldn’t do his nails because he was being “super aggressive” when they tried, which I don’t believe for one minute, nor has it ever happened before. Nail trimming was the main reason I took him there, but they didn’t offer a straight nail trim service. Their recommended solution was “take him to the vet and have him sedated for nail trimming” - which has never been needed in his almost 8 years of life! Furthermore, he has never demonstrated any aggression towards a human being, even during nail trims. He does whine and cry and try to pull away frequently. He also doesn’t like other dogs in his personal space, which I informed them off. I understand dogs can have “off” days, as do people. If he truly was acting the way they say he was, this tells me all I need to know about the environment, the dynamics, and possibly the experience level of those involved here. I guess what I’m saying is, if your dog is on the larger side or is nervous at all, please rethink taking them here because I don’t have confidence that they can manage those situations.

PetSmart is always has been my go to place for pet needs. Stores are generally clean and well stocked. Customer service can be improved. Item availability is not always accurate. Usually takes a while to check out due to lack of employee availability.
