I have this 4 stars only because it's not finished yet. This park is super clean, brand new facilities, very spacious, beautiful pool. I think when they get done landscaping in and a little more greenery this place will be super nice even though it's really nice right now. The gentleman on duty who answered the phone was very polite and professional and for us set up for the night.

We visited and all the amenities are open! Brand new RV resort!! Pool, hot tub, general store, and brand new huge bathrooms. The showers were super nice and the bathrooms were spotless. We liked how easy and accessible the location was on the way to Moab. The taco truck is a must try!!! The carne asada tacos with pico were so good and super authentic. Laundry was also good - you need quarters fyi. The machines were brand new and clean, really high quality too. I’d come back just for the laundry experience. Overall a five star experience in a really cute small town!

First of all, remove "Resort" from the name. Way over priced. I want my money back. $70+Dirt lots, with 3"- gravel yard. Ankle breaker.An RV "park". At most.Definitely not worth the price, even one night stay for convince.

We had a great time at 9 Mile RV this weekend. Although it’s still under construction you can tell this place will boast some of the better amenities available in establishments like this (pool/hot tub, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi). We stayed in one of their few tent spots and appreciated the all day shade available at the backend of the property. There is a train that comes and goes at night. It didn’t disturb us too much and I imagine RVs will do much better at blocking the noise. The host has some great southern charm. We got to meet the Suit behind the whole operation and he’s of the highest caliber.

Rv park is close to the main road.A perfectly working website where you can reserve you own spot and even choose a number. It looks very clean and they have a swimming pool as well. There is also a laundry room with plenty of washers and dryers but unfortunately not a changing machine (only 3 dollar in coins is accepted). One downside (personal) is that it is located next to a train rails (my dad loved it). Another big dissapointment is that the code to access the restrooms is not working. So I asked a few other clients and nobody knows the code but they did have me the number of the owner... She wouldn't pickup the phone but replied to my messages... She told me the restrooms are still not finished, however the reservation website states that they won't be open until September 15, it is now the 23th of September. If we would have know this in front we wouldn't have booked here. We really do appreciate to be able to use a good shower instead of the one in the RV. If all these problems would be solved this is a good place to stay by at the current moment it is not. We did get a 20% discount in the end but in my opinion she was hiding to much begin false excuses (mother nature was the cause). But again if everything is finished this will be a good place to stay.

Incredible resort, well kept and great attention to detail for everything an RV would want. The laundry, pool, hot tub, bathrooms, clubhouse and other amenities are top notch in the area. Management is great. Definitely going to be a repeat visit for usFood & drinks: The on-site food trailer was fun and a creative perk

It was quite noisy and expensive for not having anything available except the full hookups. I understand they are under construction, but still. It will be nice once it is finished!

Not sure why the above reviews say there’s a pool and general store, etc? Nothing is completed / open (Aug ‘23) There is NO shade at all. There is nothing but sun and rocks here…yet it was still $60/night
