Every experience I have had at this petco has been very pleasant. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. With the sales that pop up often makes my fish hobby very affordable so I can support the local stores instead of turning to Amazon.

Great store. Stopped by to see if I can buy betta fish. The sales associate spent a lot of time explaining to me in detail what I need to get to take care of it and how to take care of it. Will be coming back to get the fish once I think it over.

This place has the nicest people. And it was super easy to find everything I needed for all my animals. I have three dogs a tortoise and a chameleon. And I was able to find almost everything I was looking for here. The only thing I couldn't find was Dubai cockroaches more than 100 count. But when I asked one of their people about them they gave me a really great recommendation on where I can get a bigger amount. So super helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Took are new puppy to the groomer for the first time.They were so gentle with are new babys First puppy cut. Got a cute collar leash and engraved dog tag with the name Pumpkin plus phone numbers.

Took my dog there for bath and desheding in that package nails and teeth are supposed to be done 3 hours, charged me $148.00 plus we gave a tip just to find out her nails were not touched and her teeth do not look like they were done not pleased.with the service. nice people friendly poor service

We found what we needed for our 3 month old shih tzu puppy. When we went to check out the guy at the register was super friendly and kind. He was so nice. Great job!

The pets here seem to be well cared for and happy. I got my two parakeets from them. They were very careful and kind to the birds while they caught the ones I selected. They have a 30-day guarantee if anything goes wrong, and they'll provide free vet care during that time if it's needed. They'll also let you drop off an animal for adoption if you realize you can't take care of it. The employees are young and happy and seem to really enjoy working with the animals. The parakeets here are happy and playful and their pen was clean and well maintained. I'm sure I'm going to love my new babies. Thank you, Petco! You made my day.

Amazing fish return policies, bought neon glow tetras and two of them died over night(tank was cycled and two others are still alive to this day) and they refunded them! I also got a very good deal on a 10gal starter kit while there was a sale on accessories. Not bad for 110$ total

Thank you for the friendly service. We adopted a guinea pig, she was very well taken care of and the stores animal cages are clean. Staff was friendly and informative. They even made me feel comfortable after another customer was being unnecessarily rude toward me and the cashier and they handled the situation well. Thank you

I'm a returning customer to this petco and normally i love to go in to the store the employees a couple months ago used great and would help in any way possible and the store would always be clean but as of recently any time i walk in the store miranda is the only one at the register and the line is at least three to six people long i have left the store several times now without any product just because of that and any time i have the chance to go in late there is normally no other workers in sight to help out at the register or in the fish/reptile department.

I had an incredibly positive experience at this petco all thanks to an employee named Ziggy. We are rescuing a dog and he was extremely informative about any and every question we had for him. He educated us on the benefits of vitalcare so that we would be very comfortable with how the process would work. He got us an engraved tag all set up and helped us through every step of the process. He put our minds at ease and helped us feel more prepared and confident going into the process of adopting a dog. Thank you Ziggy!!

The employees at this Petco are always friendly and helpful. I have been buying crickets weekly at this location for over eight years.The ladies in the grooming department are so good with my dear old doggie and I have been very impressed by the dog trainers.

Store smells like no one changes to poor pets there. No employees to help with dental products, cashier had an attitude. No manager in the store. Refused to honor coupon from their program for a free bag of food after buying 10 bags.will no longer shop there.

There aren't a lot of places in St. George, UT to fulfill your pet needs, and Petco does their best. I usually go there to find fish for my freshwater aquarium. I can't say that every fish purchase has been a great one, but I can say that the staff has been very knowledgeable about their animals and they do care about them.They usually have a pretty decent, yet limited, selection of shrimp. They have live crickets and lil snacky worms for reptile lovers. I always enjoy looking at their lizards and snakes. The cages have always looked clean and seem well-maintained.They carry smaller mammals as well, I'm just not a small mammal kinda person, but those little furry friends look happy whenever I've taken the time to look.Sometimes I feel prices are maybe a dollar more than I'd prefer to pay, but this Petco is good in a pinch.
