To start off the woman helping me was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, and even offered to special order something I was looking for but didn’t see in store. She gave me a lot of good suggestions for my tough chewer and also recommended these cow cheek chews and my dog LOVES it. She usually goes through bully sticks pretty quick, but she has been chewing on this nonstop for an hour and has barely put a dent in it. Some products are a little pricey, but there are options that are super affordable. I picked up the cow cheek chew for $10 and a good size deer antler for $27. I am really pleased with the customer service and product that they offer. Absolutely will be going back.

Wonderful local pet food store. They have a great variety of high quality food. We were new to the area and they were able to order the food that our dogs had been eating for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

10/10! Thank you Bone Apetit we had such a great experience. Once we arrived a staff member offered us cold water bottles and treats, there was no rush on how long we can use the grooming station and we had a very good shampoo and conditioner plus de shedding shampoo as well as unlimited time with the hose and dryer for only $21! They take great care of their customers and were very helpful on helping us choose healthier snacks and food products. We will definitely be back for more!

I cant shop anywhere else for my pets! They really offer the best of the best when it comes to pet products. This is the only place in town that sells Small Batch and Peaches only eats small batch because it truly is the best freeze dried raw food on the market. The employees can tell you every little detail about each brand of food right down to the manufacturing process. They have an amazing variety of supplements and carry a Utah made raw goats milk that my pets all love. They have a frequent buyer program for several of the brands that they carry which allows you to get a free bag of food. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so glad that I can support this local small business and get the best for my pets!

This place was amazing! We came here to get something special for our dog for his 10th birthday. They had such a great selection of products and they were all healthy. Everything was so much better than a big brand pet store. The staff were also lovely and helpful, and they loved our dog. They respectfully asked before they pet him and give him a treat, and he loved it. Along with some toys, we ended up getting him a dog birthday cake mix and dog ice cream! (And guilt free as the ingredients were healthy and safe.) I wish they would open up a location in Utah County where we are from. Thank you Bone Appetit!

After 8 yrs of supporting this local store and spending A LOT of money...I will not go back! There are plenty of local pet stores that will value my support! My husband and I both bought the same $143 TOY on the same day. He, from Bone Appetit and I, from Amazon. When we realized what we'd done, we chose to keep the Amazon order simply because the toy was blue. Bone Appetit's was green. 2 days after purchasing, product unopened, still sealed, with receipt...NO REFUND! Exchange or store credit only. It's the principle, for me. When I stated that I would simply keep the green toy and not be back, they said, "Ok." I absolutely would not recommend supporting a company who could care less about your business! There are plenty of others that will!

I went to get some treats to spoil my pups, they had way more options than I would have ever thought possible! I got 6 large treats (pig ear puff, chicken feet and duck heads) for my dogs and they love them. The employees were eager to help and very friendly. I love the clean store and how many options they have of all merchandise.

Love this place. Good prices and my new (very picky eater ) little kitty scarfed his new food down and was purring over a big belly. He definitely enjoyed his meal. Genuinely happy with the staff there as well. They were friendly and very educational for the amount of questions I had. I will be a regular from here on.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is incredible - they're always willing to help out and listen to me talk about my dog haha. My dog looooves their huge selection of all-natural treats. We even got some cute shoes from them. Honestly, don't even try to go anywhere else - come here if you want to be around people who love your dog as much as you do. I haven't tried out their washing stations, but I do know that they're very clean and well-kept, so I'll be trying them out soon. 10/10

This is the BEST store for healthy food for your pets!!! My baby LOVES the Tuckers Frozen Raw Food and the Small Batch Freeze Dried food!!! A pet is like your child and you need to feed your child healthy but delicious food and that is EXACTLY what they have!!! The staff is OUTSTANDING too!! They are incredibly knowledgeable!!! My baby had been licking her paws like crazy and my Vet told me that could be a sign of an allergy but didn't tell me what could be the possible culprit. The staff are the ones that told me the possible allergies and most common ones!!! And sure enough, it was exactly what I had been feeding her prior to going to this store!!!Take good care of your fur babies!!! And you can do that by going to this store and getting the right kind of food for your fur baby!!! My baby is so much healthier since I started to get her food from this store!!! WAY healthier and better for them than even prescription dog food!!!! And our cat LOVES the food we get from here too!!! 100% get your food from here if you want your fur baby to have a healthy diet which ultimately gives them a better life and a longer one!!!!

Update: after posting my initial review, the owner, Natalie contacted me and went above and beyond with her customer service. I am super impressed with her and she’s definitely earned my business back.I won’t be shopping here just for the fact that their return policy is only one week. I wish I had realized that before I purchased anything and want to make others aware. Seems completely unreasonable (especially if a product has a shelf life of a year+). If they’d given me a one time exception, they would have kept my business.

Good selection of things here but customer service is quite poor. There was a bag of dog food marked on the shelf with a price tag and the cashier told me it would be several dollars more at checkout. If a product in a store has a price tag on it I would expect to pay the price printed on the tag (this was a tag this store had printed and stickered on ) Doesn't that sound reasonable? If the actual price is 5-10% higher at checkout, the tag should reflect the actual price. No discount was offered and the cashier asked me "if I was expecting her to do something about it'? As I looked at her with confusion.Will not be shopping here again unfortunately.

Update 2y later: Still love this place 💛 My picky kitties are still so healthy and happy because I found these guys years ago. Best quality dog and cat food I've seen in the area. Their Santa Clara location is great too!Still highly recommend!Hands down the best place for cat and dog food! The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too!

My family and I LOVE this store! Their selection is wonderful and the service is top notch. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We've been coming here for a few years now and are always so impressed (my husband and I don't live locally, but my parents do and every time we are in town visiting with our dogs we stock up here). They really stay up-to-date on their knowledge of the pet food industry.This time around I've been at my parents visiting for quite a bit longer than normal and have made multiple trips to Bone Appetit, mostly due to the fact that one of our dogs who I brought with me has always had tummy issues. We've tried a number of things over the years, all to no avail. They suggested the Herbsmith brand of probiotics, as well as Firm Up (dried pumpkin) and together it has been working wonders for my dog! Great products and great recommendations.So, long story short - incredible store! Fantastic, natural, healthy products for your pets, fun toy selection, and great and dedicated staff. All the qualities you want in a natural pet food store! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! My dog has severe allergies, and Natalie recommended specific foods for my dog. My dog doesn't scratch and itch any more, she seems much happier. Not to mention her coat looks better. I also love that I know my money is going to a family business. I support local as much as possible, and this is definitely my favorite pet store in the area.

I was driving through town and stopped here because Evangers had them listed as a seller. They did not have the food I was looking for, but were able to offer a suitable alternative. We also picked out some adorable sweaters and yummy treats during our visit! The sweaters are hard to see in the pic, but kept our doggos nice and warm in below freezing temps. The staff was so sweet and very helpful, I would 100% recommend them for pet shopping needs.

Doggo enrichment day, finally stop! Today we went to a new city (St. George), went to new parks, made new friends and had fun. I decided it would be an extra special day and looked for a pet store that didn't sell any animals. We found Bone Appetit and got a huge bag of delightful treats! My pup got to have fun with the staff as they gave him treats for high fives! Haha..we loved this store and it was a great ending to my dogs enrichment day! Thanks Bone Appetit, we'll be back.

Knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Offers holistic remedies and all natural products. Frozen raw pucks in several brands and dry kibble. My dog especially likes the freeze dried treats. Chicken hearts are her favorites. Ruffwear booties are incredible. My dog loves the desert but her paws not so much. Good protection. Twice around the store and was use to them.

Natalie, the owner, really knows her stuff when it comes to pet nutrition. The rest of the staff are also really well trained and knowledgeable. I have been to another natural pet food store in the St. George area, but I found that the staff there were not able to fully answer my questions about my cat's health issues. After going to Bone Appetit though, and following their advice of switching to a raw diet, my cat has been doing much better! Bone Appetit is undoubtedly the best place in Washington County to find healthy food, treats, and supplements for dogs and cats. The best part is that everything is reasonably priced and I can afford to feed my dogs and cat the best possible food. I won't shop anywhere else for pet products.

Bone Appetit is definitely the best pet store in this town. The staff is so friendly and helpful every single time you walk into one of their stores. They’ve helped me get my dogs and cats onto the best foods! Along with continually helping figure out the best supplements to give to the animals at the rescue I volunteer at. You won’t find any pet store with more knowledge then these guys. The concern and care they show for our furbabies is truly genuine!
