I have a special needs daughter so having to go into the store is a lot of work, and I’m putting her at risk of getting very sick. So today I decided to do grocery pickup.Usually the app lets me select substitute items but today it didn’t, I just wasn’t going to get that item. I called in and spoke to a very kind and patient representative. I now know his name is curry. If I heard him correctly. Anyways, I let him know that I needed 2 lemons for a dessert recipe I was going to try tonight so he personally went and got them himself.Not only that, but when I got home I realized he had actually given me 4 lemons just in case.Tonight a few hours later I started making the cream cheese lemon bars that I had planned but my order was missing that main ingredient.😂 I called back and I had the opportunity to speak with the same representative as before. That’s when he told me his name and that he gave me an extra lemon just in case.we live about an hour away, but luckily my husband is in vernal so he’s going to pick up that cream cheese that curry is getting ready for pickup. I really appreciate the amazing service I was provided and we need more people in the world like curry.💕

I am a current employee here and can confirm that this stores management does not care about food safety. They will put expired food on the shelves and will put things that are absolutely not safe, based off the company's policy, back on the shelves. I recommend not purchasing anything that is supposed to be "fresh" from this location.

Bought four trailer tires from Walmart on line went in to Vernal Ut Walmart to have them installed, waited 30 minutes for someone to help get them installed. They had one car coming in at 9:00 that had an appointment for a oil change and 3 or four people walking around in the shop and one car and I was told I would have to wait? Four bays and one car in the shop and people not doing anything but talking and walking around. Needless to say I was done! I left and will not have anything done at their so called service department ever again. I have always used them for oil changes, tires and batteries. NEVER AGAIN.

Walmart is the best place to shop(grocery items, clothes, accesorries etc.). We’ve been here for 7 months in the US and I can say it is one of our favorite place to go into. So many items to choose from. So many promos and sale items. I am also a walmart member and it’s a great savings everytime you buy an item from them. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This isn't a review of Wlmart Supercenter, but of a product that is sold there. I bought Sony blue earbuds that promised online to have an inline volume control. I'm old and share wired earbuds with my husband. He needs it louder than me, so I thought this might be a solution. WRONG! It doesn't work, and it grips me that I'm lied to! Also the sound quality was tinny and awful. Okay, the price is "right", well then "you get what you pay for." Don't buy these earbuds! I plan to copy this review to the Sony company.

Placed a pick-up order for 4:00 to 5:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, I received a message that my order was not ready, I live 30 miles from the store and was already within 2 miles. Finally received notification that my order was ready for pick-up about 5 minutes later. I pulled into space 26 and called the number to let them know I was there. Waited 30 minutes and called again. Both times, I was informed to leave my information (name on order and space number). Another 15 minutes passed, and I called a third time. Finally, I got a live person who who was unaware of them having a message system. BOTTOM LINE: Don't leave a message. Keep calling until you speak to a live person.

It's really hard to get any help in this Walmart even with 30 people that work there on the floor nobody can help and if u ask they have to find someone and do on. But it's the only Walmart around infact it's the only one like it here we don't got target Kmart shopkoany of them clothing stores with food .

Very happy with this Walmart. They had everything we needed and they even had a dirt lot for semi trucks to park in. We were allowed to park their overnight.

I had my kids and a bunch of groceries, and needed help carrying a large pool from the garden area. There weren’t any employees in the garden area, so I went to the front of the store and couldn't find anyone to help me. I went into the auto section and two young men were quick to listen and help. One of them got a cart and pushed the pool all the way to the front checkout for me and then pushed it to my truck. He was so helpful, I’m so sorry I forgot his name, but he was working at 8:40 PM on June 22 in the auto department. He and his friend Daniel deserve a shout out! Good customer service! Thanks for the help!

I have complained to management multiple times about the associate greeter that never stops signing very loudly in your face and nothing is ever done. You can often hear her at the back of the store in electronics its so loud and disruptive. I have talked with many associates about the matter and they have all found it extremely annoying also but management does nothing about it.

Our cookies dropped on the floor so I ran back to get another package. The cashier made us pay for the new one and the dropped cookies. If I didn't need them for an open house tomorrow I would have told her to cancel our entire order. I don't plan on shopping here again.

The last two times I have come to the automotive center it has been a TERRIBLE experience. I have had to wait over 20 minutes to be helped when there are employees in the shop. When I go inside not a single person is at the desk. Walmart auto center has lost my business forever.

My experience with the Auto place: Tonna is an absolute top notch employee. She took such good care of us and getting two tires while catching a flat on our road trip. We called ahead she told us she would get us in right away and that she did. She got the 2 tires on and us back on the road in under 45 minutes! She's definitely going to be one of the most memorable people on our trip. Such a kind soul. Ty Tonna

I've been through this store four times now, traveling through vernal. It's clean. It has decent prices and an awesome selection. It has a solid 5 stars as far as general produce and shopping go.. however, the employees are so incredibly unhappy here that I just plain feel bad. It feels very understaffed and far too high paced for them.

Calvin working in produce was so kind and helpful. They were filling up the produce and he went above and beyond to help my daughter. He asked her what she needed and then he got it and brought it to her. She’s epileptic so it’s better for her to not be surrounded. Thank you Calvin we appreciate you and your kindness.

An associate in the bike department was so bugged when I asked for help with a $58 bike. Refused to get me the one I wanted on the top rack. Yelled at me that the same bike was in the $94 rack on the bottom rack. I didn't want to pay $94. She stomped over and grabbed the bike and threw it at me. I stopped at the customer service counter and they could care less. Definitely going to order things off Amazon instead of go to a store where they could care less about customers.

Walmart is very clean and offers lots of services. They have a tire and lube center, a vision center, a beauty salon, a photo center and tons of money services and much more. They also have a fuel center so you can fill up your car when your done shopping. They have the lowest prices in town and are really good about returning items if you have a problem with something. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful I've had a few that weren't that nice but it's a big store with lots of employees so it's expected to have some not great at customer service but I love this store.
