The store is nice and clean. Workers are friendly. Prices are a bit high for non-sale items. Leaving 2 stars because their app doesn't work. It won't take payments for valid cards, asks me to log in every 2 minutes, and half the time you add items to your cart and they disappear when it's time to order. Some people may not mind this, but I do. I depend on online grocery apps, and since their's is nonfunctional I can't shop here. I just don't see the point in having an app if it's a glitchy mess that doesn't work. I've had an easier time filing my taxes than trying to use smiths online. In 2024, that's just ridiculous.

They let people play with their dog in the store. I was literally told that the store allows pets. This is a clear violation of health code and is disturbing. People are required to wear hair nets, but dogs can shed all over our produce. This store doesn't care about your health. It's disturbing to say the least.

These people are awful. For the second time they have left stuff out of what I bought. I pay for them and they are never thrown in bags. Why would I ever go to a place that repeatedly loses my produce that I'm paying for

Smith is on the higher end. their prices are slightly higher and you're getting quality t fruits,vegetables and fresh meats. I love the promotional items I always out for the season

Well stocked, including some organics. The staff were friendly & helpful. Great location & plenty of parking makes Smith's Vernal a great stop. Prices were a bit higher, but you're out in the middle of nowhere. Olé!

I like our Smith's the people are nice, t the store is clean. Otherwise I enjoy shopping there. I especially love the pharmacy, they take good care of me and they always look for ways to save me time and money.

We noticed it had the same last name as a friend of my child, so we also took a pic here. Besides being the most popular last name in the USA, it's apparently, a large grocery chain too. We got lunch here for our road trip continuation which worked out well.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Selection is good. Produce and meat selections are usually better than Walmart. Aisles are clean and organized. 99.9% of items are in the correct spot so you know the correct price. Great selection of items. Coupons and digital coupons are getting to be more of a hassle. 4.5 stars

This store is ridiculous. They are constantly out of their sale items and even out of normal , everyday items quite frequently. The customer service is good but, man, whoever or whatever, does their ordering, does not do a good job at all. Unless I am needing anything from the meat dept, my business is definitely going somewhere else. I will still get my meat and produce from here but that is it. If this issue was only once in a while, it wouldn't be a big deal, but this happens all the time.

I love this store and it's staff! Especially the meat counter crew! The only reason I do not rate this store 10 stars is because I feel like corporate lets the store get run down looking. It is always clean, but it needs a face lift terribly. The parking lot also needs some help. I swear I have a new ding every visit. Compared to other Smith's and Kroger stores, I feel like my neighborhood Smith's doesn't get the support it deserves in upkeep.

It is a very clean store. Easy to find items, although they don't carry the largest selection, but for the basics it is good. I would prefer to shop here than the larger super store down the street.

Ordered flower a couple of weeks ago and told them I need flowers tonight. Went to go check on them cause was told wrong price. Call d manager she under stood me. No call no flowers last minute I need some thing but not from Smith no call no nothing.

The employees are so polite and so very helpful. I love Smith's and the people who work there. Also the deli is great and their employees treat you like they have known you forever. I'd give it a 10 but it goes to just five 🤗🤗🤗

Smith's has excellent produce for the best price in the basin. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their bakery and meat departments are exceptional, and the prices are as good as you can get! This store is always my first choice to shop. My only complaint? It's too small! We need +more+ Smith's!

I took my daughter here on her birthday to get balloons. I was told no employee was able to blow up ballons for a little girl on her birthday. Very sad and poor service.

By far my favorite grocer. Love the freshness of the food and the coupons I get in the mail or online. Awesome fuel point program. If I need to shop somewhere else, I always buy the relevant gift cards at Smith's first. The prices for the clearance meat bin could be lower, though.

I waited my turn in the check out line, when it was my turn and seeing that I had nothing to check...the nice Checker Lady asked how can I help you, I politely asked if she could help me with some dry ice? Her eyes turned dark as coal and I noticed a wart on her nose. She asked, where are you from!Having had my share of trips around the old mayonnaise jar, I replied Greybull, Wyoming. Why do you ask? Her reply without hesitation was, because if you would have said Washington, Oregon or California I would have told you we don't have any. I said, I understand. I actually, by no fault of my own, I do live in one of those areas this Lady was so disgusted in.(I was born there in 1958)(worked, paid taxes and raised a family too)I understand and I hate the politics here. Liberalism is a mental disorder, I'll be there first to get in line to spread the word. However, acting like this old witch isn't the way of most in Utah and the conservative, country life we all love.I paid for my dry ice and was on my way.While I would never live in Vernal, I've heard such great things about Utah, the people and politics there.I do take every opportunity to tell people I meet they should visit and consider moving to Vernal.If you see that black eyed, wart nosed Checker, let her know the lasting impression see l she left and she's part of the cause for all those Westies moving in.

A lot of staff not wearing masks (the girls atCheckout were) and virtually none of the customers were wearing masks. I wonder if the staff washes their hands, if they don’t believe in germs? How absolutely disgusting.Please try to care about your community, and not just about money.
