Lexi is a groomer and is amazing! I would not trust my pets with anyone else. Lexi is a genuine person who loves animals. She is so patient and does an amazing job! Highly recommend

We bought the wrong protein dog food. We needed Lamb rather than Duck. Paid cash. Didn't realize until we got home. They refused to exchange it because we don't have a rewards number or receipt. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an exchange. We bought it at this store a couple of days ago! That was a nice $75 wasted. Won't be shopping there anymore. No wonder Chewy is what most people prefer.

The majority of the workers there know all about what they sell. They have helped with questions about dogs, lizards, and fish. Plus, it's the only place that sells crickets in the area. I would like to add to my review. Recently, due to pets we have and what they need, I have been in petco weekly. There is a woman that works there named Leah. Leah doesn't just know animals and have answers she also loves them. You can tell she is passionate about the animals just by talking to her. She was so helpful helping pick out some fish for me today. Give her a raise. Now. Come on Petco. In 2022 you had net profits of 6.04 billion. Give Leah a raise.

super clean, very well organized. could tell they were a little busy, had to wait for a while to get to the counter, no big deal. but when someone is nice to you, you can at least acknowledge them when they speak to you. i’ve never had an experience like this before so maybe it was just an off day.

They had the Orijen Dog food I use, snd were very helpfull, the kid at the kid at thd check out gave my Bull Terrier , Daisy a treaf, small Petco, but nice

I went in to get a hamster for my daughter for Christmas. The employee I worked with was great! She told me all the details I needed to know and shared helpful insights about owning a hamster. I was also surprised to find this was the first pet store I have ever entered (including other Petcos) that didn't stink like animals. I mentioned it to the employee and she said they take special care to ensure the habitats are always clean.Overall a great experience! The employees there are doing a great job!

Slowest experience I’ve ever had at Petco, ran around the store twice while an employee was talking about how much she loved her fish.. 20 minutes later after walking into the grooming department someone was kind enough to walk out and help, get it together Petco this is ridiculous.

Not happy with groomer workers. I was just helping my friend get her dog groomed. We didn’t have 3.5 to 4 hours the time they said was needed, when I know they have done it in less than 2 hours in the past. She was mean on the phone and was asked to come get the dog and go somewhere else. I was in tears and blindsided.

Went there for a quick trip to get dog collars. Got there at 7:45, 15 minutes before closing... doors were literally wide open. And seeing as we knew what we needed, we had plenty of time. Everything was fine, we grabbed the collars and headed to the checkout. No one was at the counter per usual. Waited a few minutes until someone came. He told us in a very annoyed tone that they are closed (it was 7:55... they close at 8). He continued to be clearly annoyed with us as he rang up our stuff. We had 4 items. Took less than a minute for us to pay and leave. Oh and by the way, doors were still wide open as we walked out. Not a very clear message.NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL with the way he spoke to us and how he acted like we were a neucense. Where I work, treating a customer like that and closing before you're supposed to would never be tolerated! When a business says they close at a certain time, you're open until that time. And you certainly don't treat customers like that especially when they are already on their way out. That was discusting. Very disappointed 👎🏼

Love this store and the employees, BUT the store is always out of the dog food that we need, Purina Puppy Chow Sensitive. Have been told that since the store is in a very rural area, far from the big city, they just get whats available (left over) for delivery.

Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices on most things. And great groomers and trainers! So many friends who like both the groomers and the trainers.Update: when you see an employee and playfully raise your hand for assistance from afar, they just might play back and turn a corner to hide for a second before coming to help. That tells me it can be a fun place to enjoy your job! So add great service to the above tally for them.

The red headed lady told me when I walked in they were about to close and followed me the entire time repeatedly telling me they were closing. She was very rude and had zero customer relation skills. I've worked in retail for over 25 years and the way she acted she wouldn't last long where I work!! The other girl was nice.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Puppy play time is one of the best things I've experienced for simple puppy socialization...and it's free! I've been to this store a few times. The staff always remembers my dog and makes it a point to greet him. The first time I took him he was afraid of the store and everything else. Now he can't wait to go in when we pull up. Some of the items are expensive, but if you have Pet Pals they send coupons weekly that are quite good. Thanks to the staff (Brook!) for remembering us and being so friendly and helpful!

When I walked in the store a clerk asked to help. I told her I was looking for a harness for a new puppy that I did not want plastic and I did not want anything hot. She took me to exactly the right place and then we decided my new little baby need ed a toy and treats and she helped us through the whole process.. Her name was Heidi and I would recommend Heidi to anybody . When I got out to the checkout I remembered something else I need ed and a lady there at the register her, her name was Mia and she helped with the final process of the new puppy edition

The employees have always been so helpful and polite. They make sure to ask if you need assistance and that is what lacks in other stores. Their prices, for me, are reasonable especially for a company that specializes in certain products. I love the Petco in Vernal, Utah!!

Honestly, I don't like Petco cause I dislike all animals and don't want any pets. But when my boys have been really good I sometimes cave and agree to take them there so they can look at all of the animals. They absolutely love it. The employees are always nice, they seem very helpful and I'm sure they would be great if we ever did end up with a pet.

As usual when I walk into this store, I wander around and see a worker looking at their e-device and ignoring my wandering. It's a hard store to find anything in, especially for its size. I, personally, don't like shopping there and am disappointed every time my wife sends me there.
