If you want to get ahold of the person in charge of the city animal control, the phone number listed tells you when you call that it's "not monitored."Your better bet is to call city hall and try to get them to leave the person message. The person seems to be in court. A lot. Or unavailable. Or they were just missed.And then after that, they'll never call you back.So, if you try all that and it doesn't work, maybe try the Brigham City Shelter. Or the people at Cache Humane Society are nice if they can help you with your problem.I'm not sure why they keep employing the person in charge of the shelter.

This place is a joke. My dog was picked up on Thursday night. I took Friday off to go get him but nobody would answer the phone. I drove down there but all doors were locked. I called again but no answer. I went to the public utility building but same thing. Empty lobby and nobody answering the phone. I left and tried calling 5 other times on Friday. Now it is Saturday and I can't get my dog until Monday. My dog is on meds and I am worried. If nobody is there during buisnesses hours then what does the tax funding go to? Seems that they want the funding but don't want to do the work. I have half a mind to go to the city office and blow all this out of the water.

I’ve called about neighbor dogs causing nuisances by trespassing onto my property and barking non stop day and night for months straight and they always send me to voicemail or tell me that they are going to send someone out and it never gets done. Your lucky if they even answer the phone. My husband and multiple people in my neighborhood have called and experienced the same thing. I’m getting really sick and tired of being ignored by Tremonton City animal control. I don’t even know why we even have that department because it seems like they are never doing their job. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

Nice that our tax dollars are being used for nothing 🤔 what do you guys even do here!? No help what so ever. When you do finally get ahold of someone and let them know animals are caged without water all day, they say they will do something but nothing ever happens.
