I and my friend came in the late afternoon on a Saturday. There was 4 to 6 employees sitting behind and front of the counter.They all gave friendly greetings. We proceed to start looking for what we require. We kept looking and I really thought by now with all of them sitting up front one of them would ask if we needed assistance.Wow, not one of them did I had to go all the way back up to the front to ask for help.There were other people in the store also and no one asked them if they needed assistance.From what I understand this is. A new store it was clean has a nice supply of items needed.It just greatly lacked Customer service.I could understand that if they were very busy and that a customer needs to wait for assistance. But there was only two other people in the store.I hope that they read this and realize they need to rise up and offer help.

I love this store, a little too much! We renovated our RV and got a lot of products from here. We've also purchased bikes for our children, a car collection, and of course dinosaurs. I love the Christmas decor I purchased here as well. Thanks for a little bit of everything! You guys are great!

I went here to buy some pipe cleaner. I paid for it and left. While I was traveling to Plymouth, I realized that I forgot the product that I bought. After finishing in Plymouth, I went back to this establishment. The owner saw me and explained what happened. We both laughed. It was a silly action that should not have happened. I left. This staff cares for the customer. I really appreciate it. I wish all companies provided this service. Thanks for your service.

Not only were staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but 200 miles down the road I realized I didn’t have my credit card. I called the store and not only did they have it stored safely, but Lori dropped it in the mail and sent it priority within TWO HOURS of my calling her. She sent me a photo of the receipt and delivery date at my destination. Losing a credit card on the road can be a disaster, but Lori truly saved us. As another step above and beyond, she refused payment for the shipping costs and told me simply to pay it forward. They honored the quoted price even though the actual price ended up being more. I didn't even say anything when I noticed the price was more. Thank you for the awesome customer service. You now have a regular. If there is any critique it would be the hours. I don't usually get home from work until 6. I end up having to go to competitors due to that only being that they stay open until 8 and 9 o'clock. Other than that it would be 5 stars.

I had a realization today that I’m not sure why I had kept going back to this store because I keep having negative experiences. With the exception of the gentleman in the wheelchair, the staff aren’t helpful and can be borderline rude. Cory’s “help” today will help me to not go back. I wouldn’t go here if you can avoid it. Ace and Greers are way more helpful and friendly and have much of the same stuff for better prices.

Walked in to look for a skink faucet, the 2 people behind the counter kept talking to each other and didn't even acknowledge us there. There were maybe 3 other customers in the store and in the half hour we spent looking no one offered any assistance.

Do not, I repeat do not get sprinklers from this company. You will regret it. The service is only surpassed in limitations by the staffs knowledge and lack of customer service skills. I always try to shop locally before going out of town but this store makes me want to avoid even attempting in town business.

The store is very well stocked and immaculately clean, The store personnel are attentive and knowledgeable more than just a plumbing supply store they carry a variety of merchandise and parking is never a issue in the large parking lot

Wonderful service, loved the food, could see some improvement on their hot sauce selection, not complaining, I love tapatio and all but a little Valentina is nice with my standard plumbing double stuffed Southwest beef burrito.
