I'm nearly blind have ms this was my 1st time in treamonton and ridley's. Had my service 🐕‍ with me and trying to find everything my list. The butcher notice I was having difficulty see prices n burgers. And offered to help me. He not only did that but helped me with where things were n git stuff for. Made sure I got good deals and had variety of things. He definitely went above and beyond. The store was well organized, and prices were great. That's my go to store now. Thank you.

Very nice good prices..Its 4:30 on a Wednesday I want a 16 PC chicken ..why do I get a hesitation to get that..Its not just a 1 time thing every time I come in for chicken n have a large order ie 16 PC the gentlemen is put out by that..its chicken and before 5pm..other than that love..love this store

Great prices but rude staff. One guy was talking about how he has been verbally rude to a woman and while at work. The cashiers are uneducated when it comes to food delivery services and being kind.

First met Scott at ShopKo pharmacy. He made the effort to find a manufacturer coupon to bring my med price down significantly. I changed to Ridley’s pharmacy when he moved there. He recognizes me and is friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is great too. Patient and willing to educate. Also love the drive through!

I like ridley's,. It's not huge and oversized like most stores. And they have everything I need, always. They are never crowded no matter what time of day you go. Not closing till 11 is the best. I'm a late evening-er. So it works perfect.

When I went in to find a new product, I had to ask for it. This is not customer service. Customers are not getting paid to do your job of whom is getting paid. This is very poor. This company needs to work on this service. Thank You!!!!

I love this home town store. The employees are so friendly. The store is always clean and stocked. Ridley's also has a nice greenhouse outside during the spring/summer season. Great prices!

Eh, they're alright. I always write a check when I shop here, and I usually ask for cash back, and they will only allow me to write it for $10 over, not $20, not $11, just $10... Telling me that when I'm a Silver or gold status then I can get more than $25 back, and the way to improve my status is to spend more, which makes fine sense, but they say I spend under $50 a month there, so I'm bronze status... which is strange, because I spend at least $50 a week there..

Usually have a decent experience, but this will be my last time going into this store. Produce was lacking. I was in the store maybe 7 minutes and came out to find what looked like someone purposely shoved their used cart into my car door. Left a decent scratch and dent. Went inside to ask about camera’s. I know they were dealing with a sick employee but didn’t expect to be treated rudely. Couldn’t have cared less about the damage to my vehicle. Found out they have zero camera’s, so now I guess I just get to deal with the damage myself.

Definitely a small town feel, people talk to the cashiers, things are laid back. The advantage card, which is there store rewards, is fairly decent when it comes to deals and coupons. Friendly staff and open till 11pm which is almost unheard of in any small town.

I recently moved into the area. this grocery store is literally across the street. I went in for the first time the other day got a rewards card and bought a few things. Little bit higher priced on most items but no different than the Kent's down the street. this smaller town is going to produce that type of thing for the consumer. Anyways it's nice for a quick little stop to grab a few things. Kind of a small store my only complaint is it's kind of dirty just a little bit of a rundown building. I will continue to grab most items from the Walmart near my work in Logan. Grab a few grocery items from here and the Kent's down the road. I lean a little bit more towards the kent's but I will frequent both establishments in this small town...

I found this grocery store more "big family" friendly than most. Lots of large quantity items (for example, 25 lb bags of bread flour!) and really decent prices. Great place to stock up for food storage, and for folks like me who like to cook from scratch on a budget. Thank you!

Horrible! I am fairly certain that this visit will be my last. This site rarely has the advertised items available. I went in to get a 12 piece of fried chicken that i had earned using my points (from a loyalty card). At the checkout I was informed that I had to have a coupon which I have to order, about 2 weeks in advance, then either get it in snail mail or in an email. If by email I would have to print it and take it into the store. Order and wait 2 weeks in advance for fried chicken?? Crazy to say the least. When i got home i jumped online to find out what exactly i was supposed to do to redeem my points. Surprise! Not one word was said about a "coupon". Rather a person has to order the item, wait 2 weeks then go the store to pick up their item. I can somewhat understand the ordering and waiting some time for items that are non-food, but for food that is readily available such as fried chicken from the deli? What a crazy system! Confusing enough that the in-store employees, even the manager, didn't know how things were to be done.

The prices can be too high, but sometimes they're better than Kent's. An assorted dozen donuts were less expensive than at Kent's and they were actually pretty tasty! I'd say their bakery is good.

A great store for all! Amazing staff that always helpful and makes you feel like you are their best customer. Store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Bathroom is always clean with light scent of bleach.

I love the prices and for the most part the staff. However, I'm not at all impressed with their members card system. Since living here (1 year) they've had me make 2 new accounts because my phone number doesn't work and they can't look up my name. When asking how the number gets added, the cashier threw a fit and told me she had no idea and if I really cared to call corporate.. I don't believe that's anyway to react to a paying customer. She didn't offer to help, just wanted me to pay and get out of the way. Not happy and don't believe I'll be back. I'll pay the high prices for better customer service.

Friendly service, good meat, fair prices, the Ridley's brand cookies are amazing! It is a small, local store, so don't expect as much variety as say a Smiths. But for a small town store, it's good.

Great prices small meat department produce is getting better friendly staff Bill pay station for utilities. dumbbells think the parking lot is a thoroughfare especially on Sunday the church up the street for street that attaches to parking lot watch out when leaving the store for cars while walking to yours small parking spaces watch out for door bumpers got some dings in my doors from other patrons ask the deli lady to be gentle getting fried Chicken out of the case they tend to stab at it knocking the breading off the chicken most of the staff is friendly

I like the employees they are always very friendly. The other day when I got donuts the cashier opened the box and was almost touching our donuts to count them I was grossed out and I didn't eat them. I also ordered a cake from the bakery and it was terrible.

Would like it if they carried more organic options or more natural stuff in produce, soda and chips but otherwise it's a great place to shop. They do need to change the black packaging that they put the raw meant on because it leaves pieces of nasty black plastic on the meat!

It's ok. Sale prices compete with Kent's but regular prices are not great. We go here to get bananas because they are ripe, whereas at Kent's they are usually green. The place is smaller than Kent's, less variety, not as good of lighting and not as clean.

For the most part I like this grocery store better than the other one in town. Wish fruits, veggies and meat was fresher or more selection that said I still go here 9.5 time out of 10.

They staff their has been great to work with over the years, I do not have to buy my hamburger in a gallon bag like the other guys. And the produce is of higher quality and freshness.
