By far the worst customer service ever. Andrew one of the associates is rude as hell. They close at 10 and he decides to dictate who the the last customer will be. . Even though I'm inside the store. .

Your average family dollar. Generally good prices for ok quality. A bit crowded, but mostly organized. Could be cleaner but isn't too bad. Staff aren't the friendliest, but still helpful.

Wow. Horrible customer service. Poor quality merchandise. Why would anyone ever shop here? I was going to buy some cookies. The tag said they were on sale. I asked the clerk to make sure. He got the tag from the shelf, said OOPs, that's last week's sale, sorry can't give you the price. I told him I'm not going to shop here again. He didn't say anything just shrugged his shoulders in a 'don't care' attitude. I guess the owner must not care either about one person not shopping there. However... This one person will tell 10 or more people... Eventually... this place will go out of business. Every customer is important.

They got a bit of everything when it comes to a small town retail store ! Lots of cute decor, all basic necessities and always some little extra! I really enjoy this store especially if I don't want to travel out of town!

My shopping experience was horrible you would think the cashiers could be more helpful on how to use the app and the smart coupons . The girl was rude and eventually tried to help me but she didn't know what to do so with oit asking a coworker for help she let me stand in line and look stupid when she should have done more to help

My local Family Dollar puts like some random things on the isle end caps and only like 25 % of the idems have a price on them the rest don't say anything. I've talked 2 different employees at different times about it and I was told it is discount and sell items mixed with Overstock items they don't have anywhere else to put so what I'm saying is with two different situations on the same shelves all the time its confusing

Great selection. I feel like the merchandise is stocked over full and makes it claustrophobic . The lines are almost always long. Friendly staff though

Nothing worse than going to a store and the clerk on duty is waaaaay too busy gossiping to take the time and answer paying customers questions 🙄 and there is never price tags on the shelves to tell what the price is.

Did not have what I was looking for that's not what upset me was there were some people with no masks in the store and my social distance was encroached on and I had to be the bad guy and ask the other customer to back the hell up this is after the new update on mandatory masks and social distancing the clerk wasn't wearing a mask either

Some staff make the experience great others not so much at times you stand at the register for 10+ minutes with no acknowledgement no one ever comes to the register so you’re forced to just walk out which is super frustrating 2 cashiers there are amazing the rest are just awful and at times rude

Even though they have a small arangment of stuff the have some good stuff. Some stuff is a little pricey the haven’t better prices than most stores

Smokes are way to expensive there Maverick and ridley's are cheaper plus they do not carry marlboro eighty three's.
