Food is twice its value, shakes and food containers are always disgusting and earlier they handed us a shake with a giant hole in it and didn't realize is was pouring out on us in the car until we got home. Wo t be going back.

got my order wrong in multiple ways. I asked for a double cheeseburger with only white sauce and got a single patty bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Aside from the burger, I ordered cheese curds, and they were given to me barely luke warm, and were cold once I got home, and I don't even live far. the lady taking my order didn't sound very hospitable and sounded mad at me for no reason.

Long line but so worth the wait.Our food was fresh hot and just great food. Really glad it had a few tables outside to eat at. My grand demon loved it.

If this is Arctic Circle Bountiful it's probably my favorite now.I ate there 3 times this past week and they were consistently friendly and food esp my strawberry shake with peanut butter chunks in the side just as i like it. It feels more welcoming and that those working there truly want to be there (though they appeared tired from the one late night and many customers).My second favorite would be the Syracuse location.

Love Article Circle!! I grew up going to these and sadly a lot of them have closed down. Nothing made my wife, daughter and I happier than being on a road trip and seeing the sign from the road. Well worth the small trek away from the freeway. They have a large yard attached where our dog could stretch his legs, the people were very nice, and the food (as always) was amazing! Thank you!

Got a. Hulkleberry Milkshake for my mother who I had just taken home from the ER as part of a combo.I ate the cheeseburger, it was lukewarm. Worse part was there was some PLASTIC CHUNKS in the milkshake I got for my mom. I tried to call and report it. Busy signal, then no one answered. Awful experience.

It's nice to have a local Arctic Circle BUT, the food here is hit or miss. Usually miss. Always very slow service. They gave out my shake to someone else and had to make another one while I waited. (TWICE). The fish and chips were so awful I couldn't eat them. They didn't come with tartar sauce and no napkins (I didn't know I had to ask for these items). I guess mediocrity is what you get when you have a bunch of young teens running the place? I admire them for working though! I do like the shakes!

I ordered chicken sandwich no pickles and add cheese I got no cheese I got pickles it's tastes like fish. My wife haved a bacon and cheese burger was old and cheese was hard. But the fries was good and banana shake was good.

We spent $60...wow! We get home. 1 meal missing. Fries instead cheese curds. The hamburger meat was so old it was gritty. 3 meals that were completely inedible. We thought the shakes for sure would be good. I ordered a chocolate brownie extreme it had a few chocolate drops on the top...vanilla for the rest. Tried calling the store...no answer for weeks. Left a message with corporate, no return call. I will never be back.

I’ve been there 3 times at dinner time, not too busy. Employees aren’t paid enough to ensure fresh food. Stone cold stale fries every time, and they have forgotten sauces and the toast inclusion with a chicken basket is weird in my opinion. Also it’s always the toast ends which makes it worse haha it’s also expensive like really expensive so I think I’m done going there.

Its Christmas... ordeted a pepermint shake. The line moved quickly and the woman manning the window was quick with change and.. this is a biggy... she wiped the cup down before handing it to me!!! The shake was good. The experience was good. of course, i will go back.Wheelchair accessibility: Every entrance and every sidewalk is built for wheelchair accessible access.

Tasty and not overly greasy, a pleasant surprise for Arctic circle.Had a huckleberry shake and it was pretty good.2 people for $23 because of the shake, totally worth it

The food was good for fast food. Their shakes are awesome. The employees here are all very nice and helpful. The only downside is that are pretty high priced for a fast food joint. That being said, they do offer some things that a fast food joint doesn't, like mushroom swiss burger and they will bring the food to the table. I would recommend early here, just be aware that it is going to cost you a but more than Wendy's.

I really love the food here and I think the ice cream is the best in town, however, twice now I have ordered sweet potato fries instead of the regular fries, paid for them, and then didn't get them. Tonight I even reminded them when they told me my order total and was told that yes, she had that down. I realize it's partly my fault for not checking my order, but I placed the order twice, paid for it, got the receipt stating that it was part of my order and the people in line behind me shouldn't have to wait for me to unload bags of hot food onto my front seat while I look for the fries that I reminded them about already. I can't say I'll be returning here anytime soon. 😒
