One of the managers at this location is an absolute badass I was looking for something online that said it was in the store when it was but it was at the wrong price and the manager made it right I cannot remember his name but I bought this Glacier Bay sink to replace my old outdated one in my house I just bought and I 100% love this sink 10 out of 10 would recommend

This new homedepot is great. They have all the cordless stuff out, which is fantastic. And you don't have to try and find somebody with a key. However, buy your power tools last. You will have to pay them before you leave the tool area. But still a lot better than before. Most of the time, I will just buy a tool online so I won't have to ask someone to find the key.

The most helpful and knowledgeable employees anywhere. Stephen Widerburg (Tooele store) helped me understand exactly how to drywall my basement. He walked me through the entire process, even demonstrated how to "mud" and paper each joint without having to sand my life away. This man deserves advancement and a raise in pay.

We had some smaller hardware stores in our little town before Home Depot came in and wiped out most of them. That said, you can't beat the convenience of having almost everything you need in one place and not having to drive to Salt Lake City. The smaller stores that have survived have specialty items and remain a good service to the community.

Worst Home Depot ever. The special project department are liars. Taylor and Chelsea cannot tell the truth to anyone. This location will rip you off. Trying to talk to the store manager is impossible. Makes one person wonder if they even have a store manager at this location. I recommend traveling to LOWES where they RESPECT their customers.

Blocking isle ways and using all of the bigger carts. One time they had ALL of the upright carts in the back with doors on them. This store really needs to be set straight and get on par with the Salt Lake stores

I ordered a drill on line from home Depot. I never got it. They told me it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to my house. I have cameras. I looked back at the time they say it was . No one ever dropped it off. Home Depot won't do anything for me. So I'm just out of $150.00. very bad customer service .

This store is our absolute favorite! A big shout out to Kylie and crew who went above & beyond to help us when our vehicle wouldn't start after shopping in the store. We were literally stranded for 8 hours in 90+ degree heat. Many employees & customers offered assistance, bringing us cold water and checking on us throughout the day. THANK YOU all - your acts of kindness meant the world to us. This particular store is our go to place for do it yourself supplies and we'll continue to shop here whenever we are in town. You all are the BEST!!!!!

Giving 5 stars specifically to Art. Without him, we'd never find anything. We can describe something we might need, not knowing if it's an actual item in existence, and he finds us something that will work! Great job hiring him. ❤️The rest of the store? I give ⭐⭐⭐. NO ONE else ever asks if we need help as they pass us in the aisle. So... We track down Art. Good man.

Doing job and needed some more or orbital sanding paper. Ordered it online, have an order #, email. Everything on my phone except an ID. She wouldn’t give me my order. Everyone Carries everything on their phone now a days, sadly their isn’t an ID for your phone. And the Tooele customer service ladies were definitely on a power trip. Thanks Karen’s I’ll buy my stuff at Lowe’s now.

Jerry in electronics , tonight, went way above and way beyond to help me get my dog waterer working, I have been working on and failing on this dog waterer for months. I needed it to keep my dogs safe water wise while I was at work. I was so grateful for his help and insistence to make sure it worked even to the point of going to the greenhouse to run water through it. Thanks so so much.

I had a fairly large lumber order that I needed to hand load. I was expecting to load it myself, but Brandy jumped right in and helped me out. This has happened a few other times with other helpful employees as well at the Tooele location. Positive and professional and willing to help. That’s why I place my orders here instead of in SLC, even though it’s a bit of a detour to get here (I’m in Stansbury). I know I’ll get my order quicker here, and know the employees are helpful

Being the only real game in town, it doesn't matter what you think of Home Depot. Sooner or later, you will be forced to shop there. They have even more of a monopoly than WalMart does in their respective markets! I am not fond of "monoplizers" and when I can, I will go to Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply, and Cal Ranch first. I wish more people would and keep them in business. Monopolies ARE A BAD THING! Alas, when it comes to lumber, there is no current alternative, and their pricing and quality reflect it. We purchased a new higher-end quality front loading washer from HD and had it delivered and installed. WHAT A PITIFUL JOKE THAT WAS! Took 2 weeks to get it, was double charged for mandatory additional installation parts that we never got! Paid twice and got nothing. The HD supplied installer lost some parts, forgot to remove the shipping brackets, did not level it, used the old hoses and valves. The washer came with new ones, but they charged us for the upgraded stainless steel ones. Apparently, the installer just kept those parts (stole) and left. Complaints were filed with the local store, HD Corporate, the washer manufacturer, and the company the installer worked for. NO ONE lifted a finger to correct any of the problems! The installer did not even check to see if it was operational (IT WASN'T)! My neighbor and I had to pull it all back out, buy parts, remove the shipping braces from the rear, install the door correctly, make and install the leveling feet, hook everything up and correctly reinstall everything. That was 2 YEARS AGO, and no one, not one single person listed above ever lifted a finger to correct the situation in any way what-so-ever! Seriously- you can't make this $&!♧ up! Worse, we couldn't even find anyone who cared enough to apologize or even lie about it, it was just totally ignored even to this day.Needless to say, none of our new kitchen appliances came from there! Nor the new lawnmower, etc. Now we only buy there when there's no other viable option. Has anyone else noticed the outlandish prices in their lawn and garden area? Their plants must be made of gold! $150 for common young trees, nothing fancy...last weekend. We bought a very small red maple for $30 and quickly left.Isn't Lowes supposed to be putting in a store soon? We can only hope. In the meantime, shop around and keep our local merchants in business. Without them, we all will be at the mercy of just 2 big box outsiders and their dubious business practices. If nothing else there is Amazon. 🙏 🙏 PLEASE SHOP AROUND first!

Went to Home Depot, on a weekday, quiet evening, to buy a deep freezer because our refrigerator went kaput. Went to the appliance section but no associate was around. We waited and waited hoping that someone would come along. Then I noticed a young woman with an orange apron, way over in the flooring dept, looking at us for a few seconds. She wasn't really doing anything...could she be the associate of the appliance dept? No way, she has to be the flooring associate. Finally, we called customer service who then paged...yes this very same young woman! She finally came over to us and I said, hey we are customers wanting to buy a deep freeze. She apologized and said she was doing "non-customer things" as if "customer things" wasn't a priority. Typical HD.

Seriously the best gentleman working here is Evan (the guy with the amazing stash) that works at the service desk. Evan is beyond helpful from sourcing material to check out to helping customers load their vehicles. If you look up customer service in the dictionary I'm sure that his picture is next to the definition.

Same situation on both.Is everything different priced?Is this legal?Amazon is mostly better prices and they deliver.Amazon return policy is outstanding compared Home Depot.
