I had to have an item shipped to them and Kenny walked me through the entire process. He answered every question I had and didn’t once get irritated or annoyed. The day my item arrived I called to say o would be later than planned and Kenny told me to go ahead and come in anyway. Traffic, storms, accidents, and sadly even an animal was injured on the highway, all while I tried to get to GSI before it closed. As you can imagine that did not happen. I pulled up to the doors right at 7pm. I wanted to at least apologize to Kenny, thank him for waiting and let him know I would be back in the morning but he insisted I go ahead and come in anyway. To top it off he then offered and helped me conceal my purchase, since it was a gift, which meant him digging around in the back for quite awhile to find a box to fit. I can’t say enough to express how much I appreciate the kindness I was shown. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

I have been to all the pawn shops in the tooele area and I can say with certainty that GSI is the only one that has great customer service as well as a fair deal on anything you may be trying to sell. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks GSI

In my life I have been blatantly disrespected by multiple pawn shop staff and owners more times than I care to count; but that is not the case at GSI.They are the only pawn shop that treat me with kindness and respect.And, to top it off, they have a great selection at all times. Tons of tools, firearms, blurays/dvds, modern video games, records (No sifting through Jim Reeves Christmas hits, this is only the good stuff) guitars and music gear (which includes brand new cables, mics, and guitar strings) plus much more.And if youre lucky, you'll be greeted by the mellow shop cat, Max.

This is one of the best pawn shops I have ever visited. They have a great selection of items, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store!

They Try to mark your Items way way down Whether you are saleing or wanting to get a loan..Went to the pawn shop around the corner from them and they paid 25-30% more than GSI

This place is owned by a couple crooks! They are not people of their word. I will never walk in here again and do business again!! Such a shame since I went their because I heard family owned since the 70's..
