Our regular groomer, Ashlynn, always does such an amazing job. This time, I told her we wanted something different, but didn't know what, and to just do what she felt like. Well she put some pink fur chalk on Daisy and it was PERFECT! SO CUTE! Thank you so much Ashlynn, and thank you for loving our little Potato Dog. 💘

We take our dog Bo to Doggie Day Camp. the PetSmart groomer, and he attends training classes with several trainers (currently with Zazzie). We have loved every interaction with each person and department. We have gotten to know the Day Camp people the best. Bo loves it there! He knows when we are close by, he gets so excited to be going to Day Camp. They even threw him a birthday party. We can't say enough good things. We consider PetSmart family!

My experience is overall, because we come here often. Some days are OK, other are not. We come here to get crickets for a single leopard gecko. Once a week, whether it's here, or petco, or marks ark. Out of the three, I dislike coming to this one the most. The last time I came, I was told someone would be around to help get the crickets. No one showed up. I asked again and they said someone will be over, and again, no one showed up. I simply left. If they were busy, I'd understand

Please do not take your pet to the groomer here. They shaved all of both my mini poodles, basically to the skin. We were told they would have to go pretty short because they had some knots, but they were nowhere near as bad to have their hair cut so short. Lazy grooming, whatever, we got over it. However, the next day, we noticed one of them had scabs on the edge of both her ears. Obviously this was extremely upsetting to see. The scabbing kept getting bigger and bigger, now to the point where I believe it is actually an infection. After checking my other dog's ears, sure enough, she has some redness and scabbing inside one of her ears as well.I am absolutely sure that they got an infection from unsanitized equipment used by your groomers, as there were no signs of them having an ear infection prior.If I could give negative stars I truly would.

My 5 year old daughter and I went to PetSmart to get her a fish as a reward. When we got there and went to the fish area, there was a lady helping someone already. She greeted us and said she'll be with us in a moment. After she finished helping with that customer, she approached us and overheard us talking. She inquired if this was our first time buying a first. When I said yes. She was able to give me the run down of how it's best to get the tank and have everything ready beforehand. My daughter wanted a gold fish. The lady was able to let me know they could get big and dirty. So it will require cleaning the tank more frequently. She was really helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter wasn't so sure about the fish after all. But mentioned maybe a hamster. So the lady pointed us in that direction. Another employee in that area was really friendly and helpful there as well. In the end, we didn't get anything. But the employees were really amazing and helpful. They were really good at helping my daughter and I. My daughter wants an animal of some kind but ultimately gets scared when it comes down to actually getting something. So that's why we didn't get anything. But the employees were really good at trying to tell her things to bring out all the positives. I really appreciate how they interacted with her and tried not to just interact with me but to include my daughter.

I am not the kind of pet person to buy from a chain or recommend, but this place is awesome.Specifically, Caroline is awesome. She knows what's up, and deserves a raise!By far, the best experience I've had at any and all of the petsmart/petco in the valley, or the state for that matter. It's clean, they care, they are actually knowledgeable, and they're the right amount of pushy for donations. The cashier that worked with me was also awesome.

Grooming isn't too bad, my dog has never left and looked good, but they can effectively shave them down. However the front desk is terrible. Idk why they are outside vaping rather than checking out customers when there is a line.

Staff are very friendly and patient with my son and I. This is my go to spot to get ghost shrimp and snails. The store is always clean and I really appreciate their efforts in keeping customers safe during this pandemic by implementing and enforcing social distancing measures. I really appreciate that. I will be back. Highly recommend

I love PetSmart they let me bring in my parrot he's in a cage of course and we go shopping and checking out the birds and people come by and just think he's so cute my husband and I love shopping there they always have the good LAFBERS food for my parrot.

I love Rhiannon!!She is fabulous!! She knows how to handle high energy dogs I have been going to her for years when I had my other schnauzer Rocky. Now she is taking care of my sweet Winston! And she even takes care of my old man chihuahua peanut! I highly recommend her and her team!!

Horrible store. Chain pet stores mistreat their animals terribly and the employees don’t give two hoots about there job.There’s at least 30 dead fish chilling in one tank. Disgusting and disappointing. I wish I could call animal services and they’d do something.They don’t even have enough lights for their reptiles and they all look to be malnourished. I’ve heard to many horror stories about PetSmart even mistreating animals they’re supposed to be grooming and/or caring for.Not to mention they’re severely over priced!! You can get crickets and super worms for so much cheaper at “Pets n Such”.

I got my aquarium and plants here and my little dude onyx. This store is always great when it comes to customer service. The lines on the other hand get out of control and its a long wait. I would definitely not coming in the evening or before close.
