Best boarding service! My pup was struggling finding a good sitter match, finally we tried the daycare service here and she LOVED it. Everyone who helped us was so wonderful and knowledgeable and loved my dog too. She was always excited to get dropped off in the morning, the best way to make a pet parent's day! There were multiple reasons I am giving a low review.I originally requested my boarding reservation in October, and received the confirmation on 10/15. My confirmation included the additional paid bath & brush package I requested, along with the note for a nail trim. This part seemed to go well, and I felt confident things would go smoothly. The one part I would suggest changing, is allowing for the ability to upload pet records. There is mention of the animal needing to be current on vaccinations, but no way to provide them, or confirm they were received, and are sufficient.At drop off, I was incredibly disappointed. The staff member seemed very unsure about things, and was not confident when answering my questions. I was never asked for vaccination records. I was the one who brought up the fact I had emailed the records over, and the staff member simply said they’d add them to the account.This was the first time boarding at Pet Central, and I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog. I asked if I could see where she would be kept, and sleeping, when not in the play area, and was told they don’t allow anyone behind the gate. That is a huge red flag to me. I reluctantly left my dog, with no reassurance from the staff member, and wanted to cancel my trip so I didn’t have to leave her.I dropped her off on Thursday morning, and was originally picking her up Monday morning, simply due to the very limited hours for pick up on Saturday, and being closed Sunday. However, as soon as I drove away, I immediately went into panic mode, and changed my trip plans, so I could pick her up on Saturday. I didn’t want her staying any longer than absolutely necessary. I emailed to request the change in pick up, and wanted to confirm she would still get a bath and nail trim. I received a reply acknowledging the pick up date change, but was told that she didn’t qualify for a free bath service, but I could request to be put on the list, but it wasn’t guaranteed. They obviously didn’t look at her boarding reservation. I responded letting them know I had added this paid service during the original boarding request, and it had been confirmed. I told them I wanted the service, and would pay for it, to which I was told again it was not guaranteed and she’d be put on the list. Frustrating and disappointing.Upon pick up, there was no conversation or discussion on how my dog had done during her stay. No “report card” or anything to let me know how she ate, behaved, played, bowel movements, or anything. I asked if she’d been given a bath or had her nails trimmed, and was told they didn’t know and would have to ask the owners. I was given a total, and that was it. The receipt doesn’t even itemize anything. It’s just a miscellaneous charge.I will not be returning to this establishment. I was incredibly disappointed, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have loved working with Pet Central for the past 3 years! They take the best care of Charlie, and he is always happy and healthy when we return. We never like to leave home without him, but when we do it’s great to see that he’s happy going to them and he’s happy when we pick him up. Everyone has been great to work with- we love Steven and Hilary! We highly recommend Pet Central!

We had a cross country flight and didn't want to subject our favorite four legged friend to that. So we found this place close by, they were great to work with, even if the times are a bit short, we got it all worked out. When we picked up they had given her a bath and she was excited to see us.

This was my first time ever boarding my dogs, they stayed at Pet Central for a week. I emailed to check in on them and always got a quick response. I felt very confident that they were being cared for and they seemed happy like their stay was good. When I picked them up they were both bathed and smelled great. I feel like the price was reasonable and I will definitely take my dogs back when I need boarding.

We dropped off our fur baby, and he immediately went to the staff wagging his tail. He was here for 9 days and loved it! He cuddled with the staff (Border Collies are not known for cuddling). They have a large fenced green area where boarded dogs can run and play. They encourage you to bring your dogs food and water dishes, their favorite toy, and something that smells like home. The staff is kind and they all love animals. If you are worried about leaving your pet, call them. They have doggie day care. We did the daycare before we left to make sure our pup was going to be okay. He loved it! We highly recommend them for daycare or boarding!

Pet central is the only place I will board our dogs. They truly love the dogs in their care. I am so confident that my dogs are well taken care of, and the best part are they are all such good people. They always are so helpful and kind. Our dogs are always so excited to stay there and be on their own vacation while we are on ours. Thank you Pet Central!! You are the best.

First time ever ever taking my pup to Pet Central, he had such a great time and everyone there was great to work with . I would always get a response whenever I would ask for an update I do recommend communicating through email as they’re always busy taking care of our pups and are away from the phone . They staff are so sweet and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about your dogs! They are very thorough in gathering information for feeding, how they react with other animals and medicine. When we brought our huskies here for a second boarding trip they were actually exctied to be back!

My dogs love to board here, they are so excited when I pull up to drop them off. The staff are all so good with the animals.For grooming, I was impressed! I have two huge labs so they are a lot to tackle. They were so soft when I picked them up after being groomed.I highly recommend boarding your pets here!

My dog went into heat unexpectedly, and I had already made plans to go out of town. I couldn’t find ANYONE that could take a dog in heat, but at the last minute, my friend recommended Pet Central. I thought there was zero chance they’d take her in her condition and on such short notice, but to my surprise, they said they would! They made everything easy for me once I called them. Booking was simple, the check-in process was a breeze, and I was able to relax all weekend knowing that my dog was being well taken care of in a safe, roomy facility. She was happy and healthy when I got her back, and now Pet Central is at the top of my list of favorite boarders! I would definitely take my dog there again.

I am very happy with the service here!! I was able to get my dog in last minute and when I picked him up I could tell that the lovely girl helping actually listened to me about his needs and tried to make his stay as comfortable as possible. I will be using this place for him from now on!!

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS BOARDING PLACE! THEY KILLED OUR DOG!If you want your pet to live a happy life, DO NOT let your pet stay here!Facilities are filthy, staff is friendly but limited. There is only ONE person PER DAY there that is responsible for many dogs. The facilities smell of urine and look like they have not been properly cleaned in several years.We left our Labrador at Pet Central - Springville and after TWO DAYS, her demeanor radiated death was very near.Our dog was on medication for arthritis at that time and we had separated the medication into dinner and breakfast bags, hoping it would make it easier for the staff to feed our dog. Two days later, when we went to pick up our dog, we discovered that they had neglected to give breakfast (our dog's largest meal for the day) with all of her medications. They also neglected giving our dog water because when we (the owners) presented a bowl of water to our dog, she drank the water as if she had been roaming in the desert for several days dehydrated. She was severely dehydrated as her nose was crusty and super dry.When we went to pick her up, she was lying by the dog shower on two blankets covered in urine. She usually wags her tail when she hasn't seen her owners for a long time like almost every dog does. When she first saw us Monday, she looked absolutely miserable and did not wag her tail.The owners were out of town when we dropped our dog off and when we went to pick her up two days later, which wasn't helpful at all.When we (the owners) asked for the women (that's correct, ONE) to call the owner, she did and the owner stated that her dad (the owner's dad) helped our dog... The young women who was there on Monday, when we went to pick up our dog, stated that there was ONE staff member on Sunday who was having quote: "physical problems" and had to go home.Our dog was, according to the owner, fed Blue Buffalo dog food because the staff (again only one person for the entire facility) "did not know" our dog had her own meals prepared and separated for her already.Communication between all staff members was nonexistent. When we went to pick up our dog, all the young women could say to us was "I'm sorry" in a very unsympathetic manner.We had asked the staff member, when we had dropped her off two days before, to trim her nails and give her a bath. When we went to pick her up, we discovered they had not trimmed her nails and only had one poor quality bath about 20 minutes before we had arrived.When we finally arrived home with our dog, she would not eat. We also discovered that our dog had a deep wound in her hind right leg, as if she had fallen onto a sharped object or been poked with a sharp object. No matter the case as to what had caused the wound, her leg became infected and swelled to an unhealthy size. We later took her to the vet who said that the wound was deep enough for the infection to spread to her knee joint and that it was a fatal wound/infection. I have included a picture of the wound.No matter what the other reviews of this place say, disregard them as they are not accurate presently.I hope that this review will help other dog owners in the Springville, Mapleton, and Spanish Fork areas search somewhere else to board their pets. Pets DO NOT deserve to stay at Pet Central - Springville.... PETS DESERVE BETTER.Do not be deceived by the staff's friendly personality. If you do decide to board your dog with them, you will regret it. You may not have to put your dog down, but your dog will never be the same again when you pick them up from Pet Central - Springville.It was a very traumatic experience not only for our dog but also for us (the owners).

We booked the service right before Christmas, with one of our elder dog with stiches and staple wounds. They took good care of my dogs. They seems to be happy and well cared.I wish they have more flexible drop off time frame though.

I love love love this place and the people. I trust them 100% with my dog. These people are the nicest most caring people I have meet in Utah. They take care of Gracie super well. I can’t tell you how great it is that I don’t have to worry about Gracie when I am on vacation or doing something for work. Even last minute they manage to get her in. Very nice people. They made myself and our min-pin Sofie feel comfortable and safe. She is usually easily freighted, shaky, and insecure but went back to get her nails clipped without a problem and came back as if nothing happened. Super surprising and reassuring!

This is my go-to kennel. I was really impressed today since I showed up 30 minutes after their drop off time. The girl was just closing the gate as I got there, she could have told me to come back at the next drop off time, but she went ahead and took the doggos and checked them in. Fair rates and my doggos seem to have a great time.

Great place to board your dog. Prices are reasonable and the facility has large grassy areas for dogs to run around in. Our dog has always come back happy.
