Very nice, clean, quiet motel with great view. They have small kids play area besides the motel which is really great. They have a pool which was closed because of cold weather but you can access on the roof and see the whole canyon view which is really great. The heater worked perfectly fine and though our room was the last room close to the streets but we didn't hear any sounds from outside. The price of the room is reasonable if you compare with view and amenities. They gave us breakfast coupons of a very nice restaurant which is really great than other hotel's buffet breakfast.

We have stayed here a few times. The rooms are clean the staff are very nice and helpful. You can’t beat the location. The family room is perfect for us and the kids. Grocery store is within walking distance. Shuttle pickup and drop off is right outside. Free porters breakfast was amazing. You can literally stay here, relax and don’t drive anywhere. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This place is a favorite of mine in this area as it has a couple family suites, like two bedroom apartments with separate bedrooms, a kitchen, living room. You don’t feel like you’re staying in a motel, but in an apartment. The decor is kind of kitschy, but cute and new, and spotless clean. The staff is friendly and helpful about finding local spots to eat, shop, etc, and the prices are pretty good for the area.Rooms: Beds are very comfortable, nice pillows, lots of space (I can only speak for the family suites).Noteworthy details: This motel has family suites - two separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Great for family or friends who like the privacy of their own bedrooms.

What an old-school gem of a place--wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, a convenient and easy location with walking access to town and Zion shuttles. And it's remarkably affordable. We really enjoyed our experience at this motel and would absolutely stay here again. We hope this motel can stay its authentic self and remain in business forever...

We stayed at Zion Park Motel twelve years ago during our first visit to Zion, and it stayed in our minds for its cleanliness, affordability and location. So glad to see not much has changed. This time we went with our 6 year old daughter.Breakfast is offered at Porter's next door and the Zion's visitor center is a beautiful walk away, if one is inclined. Old school and comfortable with friendly staff, very happy Zion Park Motel continues to be an option for lodging at Springdale.

Excellent little motel. On the outside, it is nothing to write home about, but the room was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. And they have a reserved parking spot for each room, right in front of your door. This was important to us, as we were travelling, and needed to swap items in/out of luggage. And the breakfast. Oh my. They don't serve breakfast, but instead give you a coupon to Porters next door. You might think, oh, sure, but you get what, a waffle? Nope, huge omelet , potatoes, coffee, toast. It was superb. The breakfast would have been 30-40 bucks - and worth it. But it is included. Obviously, tip your wait staff!!!!!! But factor that breakfast into your costs. The Zion Park would be a deal even without the breakfast, but with it? It becomes a no brainer. As for location, it is maybe a mile (probably less) to the entrance to Zion.If I am back in Zion, this will definitely be the place I stay. Don't let the quirky, older looking décor deter you. It is clean and comfortable.Oh, and the staff. The front desk was great. Asked about the brew pub (also excellent), and they said it was great, and also mentioned some other places. We were only there for a short time, so did not get to experience those places. Guess we have to go back!

If you stay anywhere else while in Springdale, you either like to spend too much or walk too far. This is by far our favorite place to stay and we have been coming to Zions for over 40 years. Kris and her staff are helpful, friendly, courteous, kind... and they are not even boy scouts! The rooms are much nice than most hotel rooms as there has been so much attention to detail put inside. Whomever has done their carpentry work has done a fantastic job. They now offer breakfast vouchers that come with the room - and this is not one of those "make your own waffle" type breakfasts. They are for the restaurant next door called Porters and the quality is outstanding - a real game changer for Springdale in my opinion. Their location is right in the middle of town next to everything so you don't have to walk far to get to everything. Oh, and did I mention that wifi? Wow! :) :) :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Zion Park Motel. The location was perfect-just a few minutes from Zion NP entrance. We got last minutes Angels Landing tickets and there was one room left here. Kayla helped us on the phone and she was so great. She left our key on the door because we couldn’t get there before 9. Our stay was short but everything was clean and as stated on their website. Would definitely stay again. We also forgot something in our room and they texted us and said we could stop by anytime to pick it up. Most hotels won’t do that.

We really enjoyed our stay at here. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and well designed (see pic). One of my favorite perks was that the cleaning service cleaned every day during our multi night stay. A lot of hotels you have to ask for this service these days. The pool was heated and clean. You have a beautiful view of Zion from the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and the shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very nicely decorated. They allowed us to check in and park about 11am, even though the room wasn't ready. We then took the shuttles into Zion and got off at Stop 6. It took my 18 year old grandaughter and I, (61), 4 hours and 15 minutes shuttle to shuttle, to hike to the top of Angels landing. We got back to the motel at 5:45pm and picked up our room key. We stayed in room 109, with 2 queen beds, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, corner desk with 2 chairs. The only thing that wasn't perfect is a small hole in the tub-shower combo that looks like it may have black mold. It needs to be cleaned with bleach and sealed. We ate at the restaurant next door, (Porters) $18.00 for a burger and fries, but it was ginormous and very good. They also have an ice-cream shop as you walk in the door, but we were stuffed from dinner and didn't have room for dessert. I would definitely stay here again!

You know you want to stay here. You saw it in the internet and thought, “I want that 1950s motel experience.” Now go for it. This place is awesome. Clean, friendly, located perfectly btw the park and all the downtown amenities. The best coffee across the street at Deep Blue (?), Bit and Spur just up the road a piece for dinner (so good) and a shuttle stop just outside the door. Ask for a room that faces toward the park and you’re golden. Didn’t use the pool because it was October and chilly when we went, but the upper deck is a great place to hang and the pool looks refreshing and well maintained. Book it. You will have no regrets.

Zion Park Motel is a wonderful, retro feel motel. We loved it!! Comfy beds and pillows, parking allowed while visiting the park, a pool with a slide for the kids, right in the middle of town. We prefer these places over the overpriced chains that have taken over. We would definitely stay again!! Keep up the good work Zion Park Motel!!

Friendly family run business - we stayed in a suites for two nights - which was in fact a little 2 bedroom appartment with fully equipped kitchen + a private little balcony in the back. High value materials, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool with the little "mountain slide". The pool area also has a roof terrace with 360° view of Zion Canyon.

Clean, comfortable room with great service and location! Owners are clearly experienced and care about the property. Park the car (in nice wide spots - I have a full size pick up) and use the free shuttle to access the park. Also, many restaurants, shops and grocery store all within easy walking distance. Refreshing pool, great mountain views, comfy bed, quiet, friendly service. Would definitely stay here again.
