Had a bowl of salad from their salad bar, it was good and filling and the sandanger sandwich was also good. Everything bagel was fresh and very tasty. Overall it fulfilled our need of a light brunch before a long hike. The pickles in the salad bar were a bit too pickly and salty for our taste so choose wisely. They had fresh soups too which smelled delicious but they had ran out of small containers, which was a suprise at 11am in the morning, hence we couldn’t try it.

Price gougers! Raos pasta sauce: $16.79. Small jar of pesto: $9.79. Kombucha: can’t remember the exact price but WAY too expensive to purchase. 1 pound of dry pasta: in excess of $5. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the market for groceries: buy before you enter Springdale. I rate this place ZERO stars based on price alone.

This store was well stocked and has ample parking spaces in the underground garage. This grocery has been a staple for some years as I remember visiting this market a decade ago.Prices are high but that is to be expected of the area and there is a wide selection of products. The store itself and bathrooms are very clean.

Five stars simply because it was there. Springdale has no other grocery options. I think that Sol Foods does a great job of having something of everything that you need. They get a lot squeezed into a small footprint. Clean, friendly. Prices are high, but I have no complaints. The other option was to drive 17 miles.

Interesting to browse, but that’s about it. As numerous reviews have pointed out, prices are inflated. Make sure you don’t forget to pack your essentials and then some when you come to Zion or else you’ll have to pick up something from here.

Sol Foods Supermarket is delightful. We love to feel of the supermarket. Small town and kinda rustic. They had everything we needed for a great weekend away. Plenty of baked goodies to choose from as well. We also loved the local trinkets and mugs there.

Nice small town market. Not too bad on prices considering it's 1 mile from zion natl park entrance.Has deli and Nice selection of foods.Has a huge hardware store, and Chris even has stayed open to help campers get supplies.Everyone is friendly and if you can't find something, just ask.I purchased this cool rain and wind/sun umbrella and I'm a local. It was reasonably priced! All and all , great place to get lost in and either cool off or warm up!Oh and I lost my hat and 3 days later it was found on a mannequin head. They called and I got my favorite hat back ! 😍

Interesting store has some sandwiches and salad stuff in the back. Liquor selection not that great. Plenty of beer choices but cocktails limited.

We were visiting Zion outside of peak season. The restaurant options were limited, but we found a relatively good selection of basic produce and prepared foods here. We stocked up on hiking snacks as well.

This market was handy to have in town, after we discovered our hotel suite came with a full kitchen. There are many options to buy if you have the good fortune to be able to prepare your own meals at your hotel, or just to stock up on snacks. The only downside is it's a little pricey, which I guess is to be expected in a resort town.

Great place!! They have SO many options, including gluten-friendly products! Options are marked up, but that’s expected, considering this is the only majorly grocery store in the area and easily accessible—overall great place.

Want a $15 DiGiorno's pizza? This is the grocery store for you! Food is insanely expensive. More than twice normal price, except for broccoli, which was surprisingly affordable.

This is a full on market with pretty much everything you need right outside of Zion National Park. The price is a bit higher than outside, but you could find pretty much all you need, meat, fruit, alcohol, etc.The supermarket is well stocked, clean and tidy.

Veeeeeery high prices, and I don't see why other than to take advantage of tourists. $10 for a small (not family size) box of oreos. I found it worth the fuel to drive to the nearest town and go to a normal store. Probably saved $50.The only normally priced items were marked down because they were past the "best by" date. I'm talking about tuna salad, by the way.

Sol Foods is only grocery store in Springdale, entry to Zion National Park. And that should tell you something about prices there. You can get very good deli sandwiches and pizza there. Cheaper then in restaurants around for sure.Ham and cheese panini was great. And they are working whole day.Hot chocolate is made with whole milk, not bad at all. They are very well stocked with hiking equipment, food and everything you would need to enjoy Zion hikes and backpacking.

Small, has what you need, a bit pricey. However, my sticker shock may he coming from the upper Midwest where things as a whole are less expensive. Staff was super helpful, selection of products was good. Love that they have boxes you can use instead of bags

Great little small town grocery store, wide variety of items & brands. Did not find a few items but there were plenty of substitutions available. Staff is helpful & friendly. We stopped here to get a few groceries for our trip. They also have a lot of items for hiking, camping, etc putting them into the "general store" category. There parking is a parking garage located below the store. I had trouble getting my large truck into there but its stock height so it barely squeezed in.

Would have given it 5 stars if they had impossible meat. Other than that, top notch market with prices as you'd expect this close to zion.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE SPENDING EXTRA MONEY! Granted, the store is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Zion NP entrance. That’s where the convenience ends. The price gouging here is frankly despicable & disgusting. $8 for “just add water” Mac and cheese; $7 or orange juice; $17 for a small, thin towel; $3 for a Gatorade that costs less than $1 anywhere else! This shameless business practice appalled my group and me. I will never visit here again, it’s literally not worth it.

Sol Foods Market Deli in Springdale is a true haven for anyone seeking fresh, delicious sandwiches and wraps. Their vegetarian wrap, my go-to choice, is a standout. Each wrap is a beautifully crafted symphony of flavors and textures. The freshness of the vegetables, combined with the perfect blend of herbs and spices, makes every bite a delightful experience. The ingredients are always crisp, the portions generous, and the flavors, well, they simply dance on the palate. The other sandwiches and wraps on their menu are equally tempting and crafted with the same attention to quality and taste. What makes the deli at Sol Foods Market truly special is their commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite – a testament to their dedication to quality and freshness. The ambiance of the market adds to the overall experience. It's a welcoming, friendly environment that reflects the natural beauty and spirit of Springdale. The staff at the deli are not just efficient but also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings, always ready to offer a recommendation or a friendly chat.Visiting the deli at Sol Foods Market is always a highlight of my time in Springdale. It's more than just a place to grab a quick bite; it's a culinary gem that offers a taste of the local culture and cuisine. Whether you're a local or just passing through, their vegetarian wrap and other deli offerings are not to be missed. Fresh, flavorful, and fantastic – every visit is a reminder of the simple joy of good food made with care.

The worst type of predatory pricing, eating at restaurants in Springdale is around the same price, give the local restaurants your money, not these sharks…

Y'ALL THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED. I'm talking $7.50 for a regular size pack of Oreos or a small thing of mayo. 👀The produce was also poor quality. Like withered and obviously past it's prime.Their souvenir pricing was a frickin joke. $22 for a sippy cup 😂. Just grab one from the park. The cashier was also kind of rude.If planning a trip, make sure to schedule a stop at a grocery store/Walmart on your way. There is marking up for tourists, and there is robbing tourists because there isn't really another option. This place is the ladder.

The prices are out of sight. I guessed they would be high but not as high as I found. If you need a lunch sandwich, and you are a slob like me, consider going across the street to the convenience store and save a few bucks. The parking garage under the store was a nice surprise.

Great selection of hiking snacks and excellent location. Prices are the highest I have encountered anywhere in the US or Canada to date though.

Predatory pricing Alert !!! Don’t order food. $13 ( with taxes n all) for 2 slices of bread with bare minimum contents. Go to restaurants they at least give some sides. Everything is overpriced.

It's definitely pricey it is a mom and pop store so I can understand the prices. You need to pay attention to expiration dates 3 out of 9 thus we picked up were expired. The produce is not the best either. The staff was lovely, very sweet and gave great recommendations for the area.

Lots of incredible snacks and healthy brands, great quality fruit and vegetables, but... HORRENDOUSLY expensive. We bought some snacks and picnic items and it came to $160!!!! We could not believe it. We spoke to people who used to live in Zion later on our road trip and they said they used to drive 1.5hrs to another supermarket because they couldn't afford the insane prices here.

Great selection of groceries, just a little bit expensive compared to city prices. All in all, recommend.
