Overall a really good value. Their pool and hot tub were unavailable during my visit but we could use the facilities at the Marriott which was a fair substitute; however, the hot tub there was extremely overcrowded to be enjoyable. Breakfast hours were very visitor friendly. Rooms were large. Lots of places on the property to sit and enjoy the views. I would recommend this motel to anyone visiting Zion National Park.

More than adequate (included) continental breakfast which included a variety of: Chobani yogurts, milk (no dairy free items), cereals, pancake machine, cinnamon buns, veggie & egg white omelette, cheddar omelette, potatoes (only one of the four days), bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage, etc. they switched out items every day.Rooms were quiet! You don’t hear your neighbors at all! Beds are very comfy! Water pressure in the showers was great, way better than a usual hotel!Cookies were put out around 4pm everyday! A nice treat after coming back to the hotel after hiking!fire pits outside in the sitting area were awesome to sit around and read at night!Only con is breakfast gets crowded even by 8 am so it’s hard to find a seat inside! Most mornings we sat outside bundled up but that’s okay because the scenery was beautiful

This was the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The views from the room are out of this world. We didn't check in until about 1:30 AM and the staff was still friendly and bubbly being so late at night. The breakfast was amazing and they switched up some of the hot foods each morning. The distance to Zion was perfect. Rooms were clean. Everything about our stay here was superb. Would definitely stay again

We booked a last-minute room here. It is usually our go-to of hotels when we are traveling and not sure where to stay. Why? Because we know they stand behind what they do. Their rooms are always spacious and clean. They offer more than just a room to you, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. That goes without saying what you put out in kindness. People tend to return that same kindness. They have a pool, hottub, and gym to top it off. They offer FREE breakfast, which is a big thing, especially for families of 4 or more. One is the convenience of not having to travel our to find food when I wake up with two very hungry, energetic kids. Breakfast always has a large variety and quality. This is a beautiful location and the staff was just great, we decided to add to our stay and booked an extra day.

We booked one of the “family” rooms for our spring break vacation to Zion. The room has a king bed in the main room and a smaller attached room (no door) with bunk beds, a chair and a TV. It worked very well for our family while hiking at Zion. Breakfast is included daily from 6-10 am, plenty of options to choose from to eat there or bring back to the room. The hotel was very busy for spring break but the staff was very helpful with any questions or needs. With it being so busy, there was quite a bit of noise from people in rooms next door or above, or people taking the stairs next to our room (since the elevator was broken). There is an on-site laundry room with two washers and two dryers — this worked well and I was able to get quarters from the front desk and buy detergent from the small sundry area up front (which also had drinks, small food items and other amenities). The room had a microwave and small fridge with freezer. Given how busy Zion was for spring break, being located on shuttle stop 6 to go to the park was an advantage, because you could get a seat or spot to go to the park — those at hotels closer to the entrance may be able to walk in, and would have a harder time getting on a shuttle. Parking at the hotel is located all around the buildings; we also used the electric chargers on two evenings. They worked well, although some people parked/left their cars in the charging spots so it limited the chargers available. A comfortable place for our family to rest and enjoy Zion, do a day trip for the Coral Pink ATV Tour in the coral sand dunes and then depart for Bryce Canyon.Rooms: The family room has a king bed and in a separate small room (no door) a bunk bed. Both rooms have TVs and individual climate controls, and the main room has a desk, microwave and mini fridge with freezer compartment. WiFi was fine but not super fast or reliable. The bathroom is standard with a shower/tub, sink and toilet, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash plus towels. There is also a hairdryer and iron.Nearby activities: In addition to Zion hiking and rental equipment to do the Narrows, highly recommend Coral Pink ATV Tour. It is about a 90 minute drive through the Zion scenic byway to the dunes.Walkability: Easy to walk to local restaurants and the one main market is about a 10 minute walk away — but for getting to the Zion visitor center and main entrance, you will need the shuttle.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated just outside the park with a convenient shuttle service for transport. The stunning views outside were particularly enjoyable, especially when relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a long day of hiking. The room was a decent size and included everything we needed. The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. If I visit Zion again, I would undoubtedly select this hotel once more.

The place is very well maintained and the staff were friendly. The room’s were clean and spacious. The bathroom had some technical issues though. The advantage is that it is very near to the Zion National Park. They have a hot tub in open with spectacular views. I loved the area as well very accessible to downtown and national park.

Recently stayed here for our trip up to Zion. We reached to verify with our status and that with it we get a late checkout and we were bringing pets. They confirmed the late checkout and pet fees. This is where the positive experience ends…We get to the hotel and check in to find out there is no late checkout. We mention that it was confirmed with the earlier staff and they mentioned “they say things like that a lot but it doesn’t mean anything”…what?! After some back and forth they put notes in that we could get 30 minutes extra time and contact the manager in the morning for more details. Then we heard the dogs fee was more expensive than a night in the hotel by itself.Waking up in the morning we call the manager who gives us another whole 30 minutes to check out…yay… The cleaning lady knocks on our door at the earlier time and then stands outside our door until the minute we leave. In all the stay left just an overall bad taste in our mouths with how they run things. But at least it was clean. I will give them that.

What a stunning view from every spot. You're right in the heart of the Zion National Park entrance area. There are lots of shops and restaurants all in a leisurely walking distance. The hotel is lovely, clean and has a delicious selection for breakfast.Rooms: Lovely, clean rooms with captivating views everywhere.Nearby activities: Lots to do: Zion National Park, shop, eat, drink and be merryWalkability: It is so easy to walk where you like in town. If you want to get deep into the park, you'll want to drive for that. There's soooooo much to see, and walking won't get you there unless you're backpacking for a week or more.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Springdale - Zion Natl Park Area was disappointing. During our visit from April 14th to 16th, 2024, my brand new clothing items worth $450 went missing from our room.We chose this hotel for our trip to Zion Park before heading to Las Vegas. The missing clothes were meant for our Las Vegas trip and were on the second bed in our room (we had a room with 2 queen beds). When we reached Las Vegas and discovered the loss, I contacted the hotel, but they were unhelpful, claiming the clothes weren't left there. It was a big inconvenience. Based on this experience, I can't recommend Holiday Inn Express Springdale - Zion Natl Park Area, and I won't consider staying there again.

It was my bfs first time in Zion and we were so happy we chose this place to stay for the night. It was cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay and more. The gym had the basic equipments you need for a good work out which my bf took advantage of that morning and I loved the firepit outside which was wonderful to sit around perfect for the chilly weather we encountered. Free breakfast was good too, wish they had waffles but the pancakes were good. We regret not staying for an extra night here. But we decided when we take another mini vacation this will be our first pick coming back.

Had such a great stay here! Walked into our room and it was super clean, our receptionist was extremely friendly, and the check in and out process was simple. Breakfast every morning was great, and kept us full before heading out to hike Zion. In the evenings there are fire pits that are available for use and it was great to take a hot chocolate out there, stargaze, and just unwind for the night. Within walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants so we didn't have to worry about paying for downtown parking. There was also a heated pool and hot tub in the back that we didn't get to try out but if we are every in the area again we would be glad to stay here again!

Probably due for a refurbishment. A big deal was made of giving me a room upgrade - emporors new clothes. Big deal about nothing. Not enough room in the restaurant to seat people at breakfast. Poor design - food has to be conveyed across main passage way to restaurant. Poor quality breakfast. Powdered egg, paper plates, plastic cutlery. No mention of parking charge till check out.

Love IGH and room nice just one bed was broken in middle and the fan was so loud we turned heat down to 58 degrees at night (and froze) so it wouldn’t turn on as kept us awake half the night. You don’t want to be exhausted next day due to fan that sounded like a jet ✈️ 🛩️ engine pulsating all that it woke you up every time it came on. Beautiful views hotel and great breakfast and nicest staff!Rooms: Fan was absurdly loud and one bed mattress sagged on right side in middle as if box springs broken?

Everything was great. It was a bit pricy but well… it’s literally just before Zion park entrance. I visited just before Thanksgiving and the hotel had heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Also gas fireplaces here and there. Complimentary breakfast was also not bad. Only cons for me was no elevator as it was just two stories building so I had to bring up every luggage by myself.

Biggest issue is most of the rooms have connecting doors. It was difficult for front desk to find us a room that didn't. Luckily there was one. Building two (outside and in hallway) has a septic odor which we were trying to figure out if it came from hotel or restaurants next door. Staff were friendly and location is great. Pool and fire pits outside were nice. Rooms and hallways could use a refresh but overall we were satisfied.

My first stay at a Holiday Inn Express and would definitely stay at one again. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped for a short or longer stay. The staff were all very pleasant and genuine in their interest that you were enjoying your stay. Included breakfast excellent, I am an early riser and so missed the crowds.Location was on the main road but set back so no traffic noise, restaurants and shops short walk away and visitor centre to National Park within walking distance but also easy to use the regular bus. Lastly the pillows were THE BEST!! Thank you for a lovely 2 night stay whilst travelling with a Collette tour.
