Not only was it a gorgeous property, the staff is exceptional! After driving from Vegas and arriving at 10 PM, we were met by a very courteous front desk person who greeted us like it was a fresh new morning.Unfortunately, our fresh new morning the next day had us facing a “dead battery” in our car, or so we thought.Denise, the front desk manager was amazing! Initially offering us a battery charger and then when that didn’t work Tess from the breakfast area, offered to jump our vehicle with jumper cables. Little did we know it was not a battery issue but an alternator issue. We were very fortunate to be able to start our vehicle, and only because of the amazing Staff! The next day, after our debacle of a rental car exchange, Rachel was very gracious in, allowing us a late check out because we lost an entire day due to not having a vehicle. It made all the difference in our stay! The rooms were clean and presented well. The breakfast was just what we needed to head out on a day starting with challenges. And the all-around property is amazing! We will definitely be returning and hope to make this a larger family event, and will always choose to check availability here first!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel for access to Zion. It’s obviously a very popular location and the wear & tear of the rooms show it. We were comfortable but there were a few things that needed attention in our room (dirty carpet, leaky shower faucet, super loud AC unit, cracked bathroom tile). For the price we paid, that was a little surprising. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing great advice about the Park and local restaurants. It was awesome to be able to use the outdoor hot tub after a long day of hiking.Walkability: Super easy to walk to local shops and restaurants

Nice clean rooms, family friendly, great customer service. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We saw the housekeeper each morning and she greeted us with a smile! She was eager to serve us and get us any extra towels we needed! The breakfast had different options that were hot and changed daily. Ex: French toast sticks, sausage, cheese omelettes, potatoes. We stayed 3 nights so it was great to have different options. They also had, waffles (red velvet and vanilla waffles), bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything fresh, and well stocked. The eating area is always open so one night we got takeout and ate there. Fresh ice cold water, coffee, and hot chocolate 24/7. They had apples and dried fruit to take with you on your hike. The hot tub was nice and warm. The pool is closed for winter, which was too bad. My kids were looking forward to swimming. Really close to Zion's national Park, which was a huge plus, as that's where we spent most of our time. The bathroom had a big counter with lots of storage, my teenage girls they had enough room to get ready together.

Great location and extremely kind staff. We're disappointed that the pool and hot tub were both closed during our stay, we were given no warning and would have likely booked somewhere else had we known. They allowed you access to the pool facilities at a next door Marriott, but there was obvious struggles with overcrowding-- we weren't able to get in the hot tub due to maximum occupancy both times we tried. Other downside is the $10 dollar a day fee to self-park in their very open parking lot. Clean but aged rooms . Decent place to stay near Zion's but you can get more "bang for your buck" elsewhere.

We loved this Hampton Inn!I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member, which means I travel quite a bit (well over 100 nights away from home for work), and this property is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. My wife and I stayed here when we visited Zion National Park over the New Year's weekend and we had a great stay. The location is super convenient to the Park. With a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are kept up, very clean, updated, and the beds are awesome. Those mattresses are perfect for a great night's rest after a long day of hiking and exploring! The staff handling the hot breakfast did a great job. Everything was fully stocked, refreshed and delicious.I also want to say a special Thank You to Natalie at the front desk for her welcoming demeanor and helping us find a place for dinner on New Year's Eve.Thank you!Juan Mercado

Great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern but the shower handle took a lot of force to be pulled.Breakfast was good as well. Selection of waffles, egg, sausage, really good oatmeal, ample toppings and cereal. Skip the French bread though. It was dry and not tasty. Get a waffle instead.Free coffee, tea and water is provided. In the evening the tea water is not as hot as it should be anymore. The location is good. Quick drive into Zion and ample restaurants around. Sol Market is a small supermarket close by.

Good grief Hampton Inn, service those air conditioners. Rm 104 air conditioner ticks like a bomb constantly. Check video to listen if I can upload it. Bathroom door needs alignment. You have to almost slam it to close and opening makes huge noise as well. Makes trying to be quiet hard. Mirror door won't stay closed unless you fiddle with it, otherwise it blocks the walk way. And good grief why charge room paying guest for parking?!

This review is not a typical one as I didn't stay at the hotel. I had a reservation but unfortunately had to cancel it at the last minute due to family emergency. I had a unique situation so had to call the hotel multiple times. I spoke with Natalie two times regarding my situation. She patiently listened to my story and made sure to share my message with a general manager.Although that manager never returned my call, Natalie took the initiative and did her best to address my concern by sharing it with another manager who later called me. I truly appreciate Natalie's outstanding assistance and commendable professionalism. She (and the second manager who returned my call) is the reason why I look forward to future stays at this location. Thank you so much, Natalie!!!

This property is fantastic for visiting Zion! We stayed on Thursday January 4. Denise at the front desk was very helpful and recommended an amazing location for dinner (Oscar’s). The room was perfect, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The eating area was clean. Natalie did a great job checking us out and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this property. The photo I submitted was taken as we were walking into the property after unloading our vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn with our family during Christmas time. We were welcomed by Jon and Rachel who checked us in and were very friendly and helpful throughout our two day stay. During checkout Natalie helped us out and was also very friendly and kind. The rooms were nice, comfy, and clean. The only con was that our fridge was not working, but we didn’t need it so it was not a big deal. We enjoyed the breakfast and having access to coffee and tea all day. The location is ideal as it is close the park, restaurants, and shops. Based on our great experience, we will be back for sure!

Cannot say enough positive things about this Hampton. All the pros: location close to the park; delicious free breakfasts; this place had infused water, regular water, snacks, evening cookies and coffee/tea out; fire pit under the stars; spacious rooms; friendly and helpful staff; any amenity you could wish for. Loved it! Already a loyal Hampton Inn fan, and this location goes above and beyond with all the details.Rooms: Clean, spacious, big windows with canyon views.Nearby activities: Zion! Right next to the park. So convenient.Safety: Need key card to enter doors.Food & drinks: Loved the hiking snacks they have out to take to-go in the morning. Loved the breakfasts. Loved the 24/7 coffee and tea bar. The evening cookies were the best!

Great location, good value and great service. Just a short drive from the main attractions in Zion Park, and surrounded by very good restaurants.Service at this hotel was excellent. We had an issue with the room we were initially given, and we were given an alternative room on request within minutes.Tess was incredibly helpful at the breakfast buffet. I have to eat gluten free (I’m coeliac) and usually struggle to have a decent meal at hotel buffets due to cross contamination risks. Tess went to the trouble of checking the labels of the food being served, and showing me the labels so I could double check them. This made me feel very at ease about what I could eat and how safe it would be. I was offered omelettes, GF cheerios, and oatmeal, and Tess toasted me some GF bread separately in the oven too (to prevent cross contamination). I was very grateful. I haven’t had my dietary needs accommodated to such an extent at any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Thanks very much Tess!

This is a fantastic location to get quickly into Zion and with a few (serious) tweaks and policy changes could be really great. The breakfast is exactly what you would expect from any Hampton Inn property (except there is no one checking to make sure the tables are clean). The price for us at spring break was $354 per night plus all kinds of fees and taxes, totally over $900 for 2 nights, so exorbitant, to say the least for what we were getting (and what you would get at any general Hampton Inn in the country). With that said, the rooms were ‘ok’ (slightly outdated, dripping faucet, etc), but terrible television options (no movie channels unless you want to watch the free movies from the 1950’s-1980’s). The HVAC system was so loud it sounded as if there was a UFO taking off in our room all night long, lending to a miserable nights sleep. The walls were so thin we heard every conversation next door and when the family next to us got up at 05:00 AM on the first morning, we had no choice but to get up also as it was so loud in our own room.***The worst part to me was that all morning and afternoon of both days we stayed, there were piles and piles of dirty towels and linens lining all of the hallways. I do not expect to stay in any hotel and have to crawl around laundry stacks (left for literally hours and hours) in front of my door (meanwhile we received no service at all, which was fine with me, however no towel refresh-no cup refresh-coffee-nothing). The laundry was stacked every few rooms all up and down the hall, all day long. For ANY hotel/motel, this is not something I would find acceptable, but for a hotel where I figure I’m spending twice what I would expect to pay for what I’m getting, this is totally unacceptable to me. Housekeeping management should step up here and get this process cleaned up. NO ONE wants to stay in a hotel where dirty linens and towels are littering the hallways all day long, if at all-ever! We literally had to lift our luggage to get between and around the cleaners carts and the dirty linens in a couple different places just to get to our room. Once the carts disappeared, the dirty piles of linens remained indefinitely…Oh! I forgot to mention that we got our virtual key online before we got there (where they anssigned us a room), used our virtual key to access the room they assigned us and walked in on another family who had already checked into the same room!!! This place really needs to get its act together

Most importantly, this was one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in. And as a Diamond member for over 10 years, that is saying a lot. Even the gentleman that checked us in thanked me for being a Diamond Member. Simple right? But in over two years, he is only the third person at the reception desk to thank me for being a Diamond Member (over 60 stays). Hilton corporate has really lost their way with regards to the expectations and accountability they set at the hotel level for frequent visitors. This hotel is the exception. The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms were very clean. All amenities were awesome. Beds were way too firm for my liking, but that is a personal preference. Perfect location as well that allows you to walk to restaurants and shops. So why the reason for the three stars... The first was related to poor communications and the surprise I received on being charged $10 per night for parking. Nowhere did I see this when I reserved the room on the app, and the receptionist made no mention of it at all, despite handing me a parking slip to put in our car. I did not find out until I was emailed the bill. I went back onto the Hilton app and did find it in the fine print under hotel policies/parking. Most do not got looking for this. The poor communications needs to be fixed. But I would also simply just add the parking to the cost of the room and then list it as free. Why add a cheezy charge like this? You are in the middle of nowhere and everyone has to drive in. Just make parking part of the cost of the room. Another issue we had: Something that for my wife and I, as well as others that use the fitness room, is very important. The fitness room itself was exceptional, rivaling most in far more expensive hotels. But the big issue was that despite having a container for cleaning wipes to allow users to wipe down the fitness equipment before and after use, it was empty for all four days we were there. My guess is that it has not been filled in some time. Sounds simple, but you can imagine how disgusting the equipment gets after a multitude of people sweating all over it and never being able to wipe it down. The spread of bacteria is also a critical issue. To me, this is simply unacceptable. Fix these issues and you are an easy five stars. I would also appreciate it if you got a conveyer toaster given the breakfast crowds. Having a two slice toaster created such a backlog, I simply gave up waiting. Lastly, there were no doggie bags in the container out front the entire time we were there either. All of these issues are just simple attention to detail that can make or break a guests experience.

Far and away the best Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed in. Loved staying here and would do it again if going to Zion. Beautiful view. Clean. Convenient to the free bus/shuttle stop to get to Zion park. Fire pits and pool and hot tub. You won’t be disappointed.

As Hampton Inns go, this one is at the top of the list. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Springdale. It's a perfect location not only for visiting the park, but the cool retail stores within a block or two and either direction.Rooms: Very nice rooms, step up from what I'm used to with a Hampton. Pillows are mediocre, which is far too common.

I was expecting a standard Hampton Inn experience which would have been completely adequate, but this exceeded my expectations to the point I feel I needed to write a review! The employees were so helpful and lovely to interact with, everything was extremely clean and quiet, and the location is perfect to the park and restaurants.Walkability: Walked to coffee and dinner

The grounds are immaculate here. Great breakfast and the team serving the breakfast are incredibly friendly and attentive! There were fresh baked cookies in the evening and snacks to take on hikes after your morning breakfast. The lady at the front desk in the mornings was always helpful and very friendly. The bikes for rent out front were great but the team on site knows almost nothing about the program. The room was very clean and everything in working order. I'd stay here a million times over.

They charged an additional $10 parking fee without informing us at the front desk. I discovered this mysterious charge on my credit card statement. Our neighbor was making a lot of noise around 3 to 4 am. Additionally, a non-English speaking server knocked on my door at 9 am, attempting to communicate, which felt very strange. Overall, it was not a good experience. I won't choose it again.

Definitely one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Staff was fantastic and made every effort to cater to our needs. The Zion area is very expensive. We chose this place because it offered a great breakfast buffet. It also has a nice grill by the pool that we used each night to cook hamburgers and steaks for dinner. Easily saving us $50-$100 a day. Rooms are spotless, spacious and comfy. The views of the canyon by the pool were amazing . I'd give this hotel 6+ stars!

We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past & had nothing but great times however they must be under new management because this last experience was absolutely awful. We were road tripping back home from Nebraska to Oregon for the holidays & decided to hit some National Parks along the way but got stuck in a blizzard the night we were supposed to reach Zion. I-70 was impassible so we called the front desk. With both the weather plus being a Hilton Diamond member, we thought we would have no issues with them understanding the situation & getting a refund since we literally couldn’t make it. The person we spoke to that night was nice but couldn’t help us so we called Hilton who also couldn’t help & told us to contact the property manager. We have left voicemails for Nila Nielson 5 times now & even waited on hold for her to finish a phone call then 30 minutes later we were told that she couldn’t take our call, & that she would call back within the hour. We have still not heard from Nila Nielson & nobody at this property is helpful. If customer satisfaction is important to you I suggest staying at a different property in town. Both Marriott Fairfield & SpringHill Suites were nicer plus the customer service was great.

Our family recently (Oct. ‘23) stayed at the Hampton Inn Springdale Utah and what a memorable experience we had. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Shelley at the front desk and we knew right away we had made the right hotel choice.Shelley made sure we had access to every creature comfort the Hampton Inn provided. She made us feel like a houseguest in her home.My 3 kids enjoyed her company so much that anytime we walked past the front desk they asked about her.The rooms are fantastic, clean, quiet, & comfortable. Breakfast was fresh & delicious. The afternoon tea, coffee & cookies were very tasty.I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn Springdale Utah for your next event.
