5 stars for the Desert Pearl Inn! Our family of 5 agrees, this was the best hotel on our spring break adventure. Spacious, well appointed, bright and clean rooms. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The views are amazing and the pool area was clean and inviting. Laundry room was well maintained. Close enough to the Zion visitor center to walk if you don't want to wait for the shuttle that's right out front. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! Our room was facing the river and definitely worth the extra price. Clean spacious room with all of the amenities you could ask for and more. Awesome balcony/deck space facing the river and mountain (ever saw deer grazing in the evening which was just serene) Staff were kind, welcoming and accommodating and the facilities (pool, ice machine, on site laundry and restaurant) were all top notch. Great stay and will definitely be coming back!

Desert Pearl Inn was exactly what was advertised - spacious room with kitchenette, beautiful balcony and tremendous views. The room was spotless upon arrival. The location is fantastic - you can walk to restaurants and there was a shuttle stop outside the property. The attached restaurant was excellent and quite convenient. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to Zion !!!

We were all super pleased with our stay at the Desert Pearl Inn. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds - even the pull-out sofas - were surprisingly comfortable. The views are epic. The pool and hot tub were consistently maintained and a welcome experience after each day of hikes and treks. The location of Desert Pearl Inn is ideal - only a few stops or a short walk on the Springdale bus line from everything in Springdale - including the main entrance to Zion Canyon National Park. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. This is a quaint, comfortable spot in a quaint, comfortable town. I recommend it.

Great location just outside Zion NP. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the amenities are top notch. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster oven, dishes, cutlery, and dishwasher, it meant we could get food for breakfast and lunches to pack for our hikes into the park. We had a room facing the river and the mountains, it was gorgeous and the deck overlooking the river was a great place to sit and relax after a long day of hiking. We used the hot tub everyday we were there and it was a wonderful way to smooth sore muscles. Springdale is a small town so everything is close by. Will definitely return to the Desert Pearl!

We loved the Desert Pearl. Our view of the river was so relaxing and the patio was so clean. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We had everything we could have needed. Plenty of storage and room to spread out with 2 small boys as well. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were nice too. The pool and hot tub were great. No complaints at all. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay at the Desert Pearl Inn near Zion National Park was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location of the inn is simply unbeatable. Situated just steps away from the entrance to Zion National Park, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring the stunning natural beauty of the area. Waking up to the breathtaking views of towering red rock formations was an experience I'll never forget. The accommodations at the Desert Pearl Inn were equally impressive. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with a touch of Southwestern charm. The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure in the park. One of the highlights of my stay was relaxing by the riverside pool, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the Virgin River and the majestic cliffs of Zion. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge after a day of hiking and exploration. The staff at the Desert Pearl Inn went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. Chris, Sabree, and Victor (and the balance of the amazing crew) were friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations for activities and dining options in the area. They went above their call of duty!Overall, I can't recommend the Desert Pearl Inn highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Zion National Park. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply looking to relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful setting, this hidden gem is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!Walkability: About a 15-minute walk to the park entrance.

This is my go-to place for my wife and my anniversary. It's desert-swanky and the rooms are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great, service is above average, and the location is in one of the prettiest places on earth.Do yourself a favor and come here in the offseason. If you can find your way here when it snows, you're in for a spectacular treat. The red sandstone pops with the snow and the crowds are none existent. The hotel makes a perfect staging area for your adventures. Plus, the floors are heated to warm up your dogs when you come back from the cold.Love this place and look forward to coming back soon.

I think the Desert Pearl should be rated a 4 star hotel! We rented a King sized on the river. The room was large and well appointed. The kitchen area was great and had everything we needed to prep meals. The mattress and pillows were perfect. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The cleaning service did an outstanding job! Everything about our experience was great. We will stay here again.

This is our favorite place to stay! We've stayed at other properties in Springdale, but this resort is by far the best! The beds, linens, pillows, robes, and towels are lovely. Each room we've stayed in comes with a kitchenette, so you can stay in the room more and enjoy a meal or a late breakfast. It's hard to leave this property each time we stay. Thank you Desert Pearl! Can't wait until our next visit.

Great location with spacious rooms. We had a wonderful river view from our first floor terrace and could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Shuttle stop to Zion National Park is right outside the hotel which is an added convenience. The pool was closed in November but the hot tub was still open and a very nice reward after long hikes.

I am so impressed with Desert Pearl Inn! The location was fantastic, so close to the Zion entrance, and close to restaurants. We had dinner at Camp Outpost twice. Our room was perfect, with a kitchenette, nice size fridge, large bathroom, and balcony overlooking the pool. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. And price, not bad at all. Our hotel room at Bryce was well worn and basic. For just a little more at Desert Pearl all these amenities were included. What impressed me the most was when they reached out to me to offer to send back a charger I left behind. Other hotels just throw it in the pile of lost items. My son and family stayed there in July 2019. They highly recommended it to us, and we will highly recommend Desert Pearl Inn to anyone who’s visiting Zion.

This is our second time staying at this amazing place. We loved it the first time and the second stay was even better. This time we reserved two suites and brought friends with us. It’s so beautiful here, it’s hard to leave your room. The private patio with Adirondack chairs, kicking back and listening to the river, amazing red cliffs, and deer that seem to come down the mountain to graze on cue. It’s too perfect to seem real. We understand why this is an award winning property and a recommend in every way!

Desert Pearl Inn is AMAZING! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice soft sheets. Upscale toiletries, the soap rock is especially nice! The views of cliffs all around the inn are beautiful! You feel like you are staying IN Zion with a great room! The big pool is very nice and the hot tub feels amazing on tired hiking legs! We had a riverside room - wow - being able to sit in the comfy Adirondack chairs and stair at the mountain while listening to the river streaming right in front of you - perfectly peaceful!! It was very quiet in our room, no noise from beside or above, even with no vacancy at the inn. This second stay here has cemented it - this will be our choice every time we visit Zion!! Hope you get to stay here too!

Located right outside zion national park, desert pearl inn was close to everything we needed. The outside view was amazing and the room (we got the river view king) was very clean, large, and stocked with everything we needed to cook and store food. There was on site laundry which came in very handy after we got soaked in the narrows. We went during off season (early december) so there was hardly anyone there which I'm sure made it an even better experience.Staff was on point. I got the feeling they genuinely were happy to help with whatever we needed. We always have the do not disturb sign up and as we were coming out of our room, one of the staff was also coming by and asked if we needed anything like coffee or other drinks. I don't know why but it kind of made my morning because it was a small gesture but unexpected. You can hear people walking around above you and noise outside after 8 (when staff starts their rounds) but it was not excessive. I would 100% stay here again.

I miss this hotel. The room was amazing: spacious, comfortable, and well appointed with a full kitchen and a balcony with a view of the Virgin River. Walking distance to Zion, but there's a bus stop just outside too. It was idyllic and peaceful, like out of a children's fable. On our last day, while packing the car, a deer came to watch us. Amazing.

Great place to stay. Our stay at Desert Pearl Inn was incredible! From the room to the view, to the pool, and location. Cleaning staff is outstanding. Easy (walking distance), convenient location for getting into Zion and restaurants in town. Pool area was great! Nice hot tub after a day of hiking. The views are gorgeous. Kitchenette was so convenient for Coffee, breakfasts and packing lunches for day in the park. Town shuttle right out front. If we could give 6 stars we would.

Awesome location, close to Zion National Park entrance. Beautiful view along the river. Rooms are nice, amenities are nice, but for the price, we didn't think it was worth it. We paid over $500/night for the larger room with the separate bedroom and a cooktop so we could prepare some of our meals. We booked two other rooms for our group and we all gathered in our (larger) room, which was nice. But the total was $6000 for three rooms for 4 nights. That's a big chunk of change for our group.I would have expected the front desk staff to know more answers to questions about the park.Service prior to arrival was great. They allowed me to change credit cards, for a different payment. Email communication was responsive. Service after departure left something to be desired. We called them about some items left behind. They offered to ship for what the post office charged plus $10. I was taken aback. After spending $6000 for our rooms, I would think they would have shipped our things for free, as part of good customer service. They didn't even offer to waive their own $10 (handling?) charge. When I let them know that I've never heard of a hotel policy like this, nor had my friends, they insisted that they are a small business, they couldn't afford to do this for all their customers, and claimed even luxury hotel chains have this policy. Well, I stayed in a luxury hotel in July of this year. My mom left her binoculars behind, and they happily shipped them back to her, no questions asked, no hassles.Desert Pearl Inn's management dug their heels in and refused to make an exception or even a compromise. So, when we return to Zion for a family reunion, with a larger group, they will not get our business. Too bad for them. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. They could have spent $100 or less to make us happy (returning) customers that would spend well over $6000 with them next time. Their loss.

We had a perfect weekend at the Desert Pearl Inn. A great place to stay, 5 minutes from the south entrance to Zion National Park.Walkability: Everything in town is within walkable distance.Noteworthy details: We had a ground floor room with a river view. You can only see the tree line for the river from your room, but you can hear it in the room. You can walk out to the river.

Really great hotel. I had a nice room that overlooked the river and trees. It felt private and secluded.(until my neighbor started having confrence calls on his porch starting at 7am. shame on you sir)It's well located, 20 min walk to the park if the shuttles are full and a quick walk to great coffee and resturants.I would stay here again!

This place deserves 5 stars all-around. They have been accommodating for all of our needs, and the cleaning staff is top-notch. They set up my child's favorite stuffed animal on a throne in his bed and my kid got a kick out of it. Definitely super professional and personable, all at once. The dish washer was started before we got back to the room, and the ice was free. Pool was clear and hot tub was well-cared for. We will be coming back.Nearby activities: Super close to Zion Park, and a shuttle service takes you right into the visitor center in 5 minutes.
