Met all expectations & more! Richard let us check in early & room was clean, comfortable and from our balcony had a great view. Right downtown & easy walk to Zion Park if you didn't want to get the shuttle just out front. After a long day hiking, the hot tub had an incredible view. The included breakfast at Porter's was fantastic. Staff there were awesome, quick and pleasant, with very little waiting even when it was packed.

The location + price was the main reason my friend & I stayed here. It's very convenient to travel to Zion via the shuttles. The front desk staff were all very pleasant, and I appreciate the care of safety when checking in. We got an upstairs room with a lovely view of the mountains. The only complaint about the room is that some of the towels were not fully clean (maybe some residue from detergent), but otherwise; the room was comfortable. One complaint that I do have is that during our checkout day, the power went out for the whole property (including Porter's, which is the restaurant providing the complimentary breakfast). They could only provide granola, fruit, and coffee for breakfast (even after the power came back).Rooms: For the 100s building, they all had a sliding door access to the balcony or patio (depending on the floor of the room). In my opinion, the first floor rooms don't feel too safe because of this.

Great Hotel, Amazing Location, Magnificent mountain views. My wife and I stayed one night. Drove from Las Vegas and arrived (6:40pm). The check-in was easy and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We got lucky with rooms that had the back patio view to the mountains and a family farm full of goats, chickens, ducks, and a pony. That offered great free entertainment.Breakfast (included) is at Porter's just in front of the restaurant. Its an easy walk to several nearby restaurants. Easy parking right outside your building. The FREE shuttle to take you to Zion is right in front of the hotel. There are shops, eateries & an ATM within walking distance. The pool & hot tub are open until 10 PM each day.

Perfect room for a couple, clean and had everything I need to name coffee maker and microwave and refrigerator. The balcony with beautiful mountains views and goats, horses in the yard.Great customer service. Free breakfast at Porters.Pool and Hot tub is one of my favorite spot.Location is the best. The shuttle stops at the road right infront of Bumbleberry.Highly recommended hotel.

We had an excellent 3-night stay in the Bumbleberry Inn and would absolutely go back. The front desk staff were helpful (take their advice and just ride the shuttle up to Zion!) and kind, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Their arrangement with Porter's made for 3 delicious breakfasts, and we got a kick out of Checking Out DVDs from their library to relax after our days of hiking. Oh, and there are goats at the little farm at the back of the property.Nearby activities: You're right next to a plethora of activities in Zion national park.Walkability: There are multiple restaurants and bars within a short walk.

Staying at Bumbleberry was such a fun experience! For the price, location, and service, it was definitely a place we would stay again. The view outside our room was stunning! There was always someone at the front desk willing to help. The breakfast at the affiliated restaurant was delicious! And we were only a 2 minute drive from the park entrance, and within walking distance of shops and Bumbleberry! The only bummer we experienced was super thin walls, hearing everything from the room next to us, including snoring. Just makes it feel like there's less privacy for everyone. But otherwise, it was wonderful. Thanks for the great experience, Bumbleberry!

Good spacious rooms with a great view, but the room service wasn't up to scratch. They threw away some of my stuff (thankfully easily replaceable) which was not acceptable..The breakfast option @ Porter's restaurant was wonderful though.

I cannot for the life of me understand how this hotel has so many stars. It's in a pretty location and ideal for visiting the park. The service was reasonable but the biggest problem by far was the room itself. In short, there seems to be no sound proofing of any kind. You can hear everything going on in the rooms either side of you, opposite you, and beneath you. I can only imagine it being just as bad if not worse if on the ground floor. You don't get to sleep when YOU want, you get to sleep when your NEIGHBOURS decide to shut the hell up or stop letting their kids run up and down the corridors. Even when your neighbours don't spend their time shouting at each other, the extractor fan and plumbing in their room can be heard from yours so loudly that you might as well stick your head in the air conditioning unit. The staff leave at 10pm anyway so I suspect it would be pretty difficult to get much done about parties late at night, for example. The idea of staying for a week is unbearable.

I am writing from room 222 which is a corner room with an incredible view and balcony. The staff was super nice (from front desk to the restaurant) and they give what appears to be a great breakfast voucher for breakfast. Our room is new, clean and spacious. It is super clean with nice toiletries and a deep jet tub. The bed and pillows are also super comfortable. I think we may have chosen a slightly upgraded room for the corner and balcony and man was it worth it. My boyfriend lives in northern Utah and we both agreed this is our new spot when visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Oh! And there are goats and mini horses and sheep and ducks and chickens and rabbits directly behind the property you can visit and feed! It is also one of the closest hotels to the park entrance.Rooms: Beautiful, brand new and comfortableNearby activities: Zion National ParkWalkability: Everything you need is within .3 miles and the park is right down the streetFood & drinks: Great restaurant on the property!

Just stayed here Mar 27-28, was a really nice facility, perfect location, superb, knowledgeable staff. Taffi at the front desk went out of her way to help me figure out Zion hike options working around shuttle stop closures. Definitely recommend!Walkability: All of town very walkable from this hotel.

Let me start by saying that the view from the room is stunning! The room was quite small, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is small and quite crowded and in addition the coffee set (which was not clean) is located inside the bathroom, the shower itself is spacious but does not give a comfortable feeling.I will mention again that the view from the room is amazing!Regarding the lobby, there is not a large selection of hot drinks (the weather outside is freezing) and the water (which is supposed to be hot) is quite cold. The place has an outdoor jacuzzi which definitely adds to the good and quiet atmosphere of the place. The breakfast offered is at a restaurant near the hotel that offers a variety of great and delicious breakfast dishes!Definitely recommended for overnight stays near Zion National Park.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Springdale next to Zion. Room with a view, very friendly staff. A couple of minor downsides: the walls are thin - you hear your neighbors well and vice versa; and breakfast only starts at 8 - you will need to skip if you want to hit the trails early (awesome breakfast though). Overall a very pleasant stay, we recommend.

We stayed at this inn about 8 years ago and returned again when visiting Bryce Canyon NP. The rooms are upgraded compared to when we first stayed here.Located close to the shuttle so guests do not need to drive into Bryce Canyon NP. The shuttle stop is less than 8 minute walk.Plenty of parking. Breakfast voucher at Porter’s.Amazing views. We had a patio facing the mountains and it is a great way to enjoy morning coffee.

The good: Nice friendly staff, good wifi, the room had its own porch with nice views, they had a hot tub. My room was right next to a farm or petting zoo of some sort. It attempts to be an upscale community type place, and is legitimately nice to walk around. The Inn has its own shuttle stop to get into Zion, and is only a short drive if you rather. The staff was friendly. Very conveniently located, a lot of shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The bathroom was large, and the room was well sized. The breakfast provided at the restaurant with the voucher was excellent. The not-so-good: Room was poorly cleaned, there were cobwebs and stuff in multiple spots throughout the room. I did have to eliminate a rather large spider at one point. The AC unit (which didn't work great, but worked well enough) had stains all over it. The TV, fridge, and microwave were all on the small side. The parking spaces were small, I had to park off to the side so I didn't have people next to me in order to open the doors (I drive a full size pickup). I am not sure why they require you to stop into the main office to get your breakfast voucher every day, they don't just give you all of them when you check in, though there was never a line in the front office and the staff was nice.In short: The cleaning could be improved, and don't expect much from the appliances in the room, but in general the place was nice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting Zion.

Best location. They have fantastic complimentary breakfast at Porters restaurant. We enjoyed the hot tub. Rooms were pretty nice, though the beds and pillows could have been a little nicer. We really enjoyed our stay here overall and would be so happy to return one day.Rooms: Everything you need. Beds could be more comfortable. Loved having a walk out patio.

Springdale itself is beautiful. Bumbleberry is a great option if you're planning on staying in a hotel while visiting Zion. The staff were super nice and had no issues with giving us a late checkout. The hotel is VERY clean. You also get a voucher for a free breakfast from the nearby café.Rooms: If you want a room with a good view of the bluffs just ask in your requests during booking.

The only place I ever want to stay every time I'm visiting Zion. I love the hot tub and pool and the surrounding rock formations/towers. The hospitality is great; they offer complimentary breakfast vouchers which are so amazing in the mornings. The bus stop into Zion is right in front of the hotel. Great coffee options and restaurants within walking distance. And an e-bike rental store just across the street. As an aside, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE E-BIKE RENTAL INTO THE PARK. One of the best experiences of my entire LIFE; I totally underestimated it and wrote it off as a tourist trap lol. It was not! It was breathtaking.

EDIT: I reviewed the wrong place. 😂This is actually a great hotel. The little restaurant and bakery they had was a plus. It is in the middle of nowhere, but it makes a little oasis for people traveling to Zion for a little getaway.

Our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The rooms were very spacious, the only area for improvement would be that the bathrooms were out of date. This did not impact our overall experience. The breakfast at Porter's included in the stay was a perfect start to the day. The hot tub was also a hit after a long day of hiking. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as we had an excellent stay!

Cons: Although we were placed in the corner facing the cute farm animals, we could hear every sound coming from inside the hotel. At 2am, we were woken up by the people talking through the wall. Then 3am baby crying. While preparing to check out, we also found blood stains between the sheets.Pros: great location with shuttle stop right at the front. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Plenty of parking.Verdict: negative experience. I would strongly consider other options before coming here again.

Nice little hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights during a road trip through some national parks. The rooms are a bit dated, but was not an issue for us. Free breakfast at the restaurant next door was fantastic. Great food and service there. The front desk closes at night, so make sure you have everything you need before then. Great location! It’s directly next to a free shuttle stop which takes you to the park. Lots of nice food options within walking distance. Parking is included.Walkability: You can walk pretty much anywhere in the area. If you don’t feel like walking, just hop on the free shuttle!

Was craving pie and decided to try the famous bumbleberry pie. The crust is fantastic. The group had mixed reviews on the pie filling. Some of us wanted the berries to be sweeter and some of us liked that it wasn’t overly sweet and a little tart. Probably depends on the batch of berries which you get? The chocolate chip cookies and the brownies are so good. Highly recommend those.

My fiancé and I came here on a trip to Zion NP. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help any time there was an issue (like when I had trouble with the TV remote). Housekeeping kept everything tidy, but I didn’t like that they replaced the soap bar every day because it seems too wasteful. The free breakfast isn’t at the hotel, but it is next door at Porters. You get to choose a breakfast item & a drink from their menu with a voucher card. The view from the room was great- I wrote part of my thesis by the window! There are also some goats and mini horses that you can give carrots to, but you have to purchase the carrots from the grocery store up the road.Rooms: Comfortable with a desk for writing (and two chairs). The TV is a little small, but I was there for the views and proximity to Zion so that didn’t bother me too muchNearby activities: Zion NP!

We stayed here for three days in the middle of July. This was only about a mile to the park entrance. We chose to drive into the park, but we saw many people leave their car at the Inn and walk. The room was a little dated, but it was clean and bigger than we thought it would be with much more open space than more modern hotels. A/C worked well even though the highs were in the low hundreds. There were lots of available parking spots a short walk from our room - which was really nice when we were tired from hiking all day. The “breakfasts” that came with our room were actually free meal vouchers at their cute little local diner - the breakfast food was simple, but delicious. The kids enjoyed the farm animals - goats, chickens, etc., located right behind the Inn. (No cost to wander along the path and watch the animals play.) Twice, we woke up and saw dear outside our window in the morning - a treat for these city kids. My husband and I also enjoyed sitting on the little “patio” (cement square with a couple older chairs and a small table) to watch the reflection of the sunset on the mountains. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we wanted.Rooms: Large rooms, a little dated, but clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: The Inn is about a mile from the park entrance. We drove, but saw a lot of people walking.Food & drinks: The diner on the property was simple but delicious. (Our room came with meal vouchers.) There is a coffee and ice cream shop next to the diner - perfect for us and our 3 kiddos.

We loved our experience here! It was so cozy, comfortable and convenient. The view was amazing! Zion was visible from the parking lot and our balcony. We were able to get breakfast at the local cafe, do some shopping at the stores nearby and also come back from the park and take naps throughout the day.The staff was so friendly, the shuttle stopped right in front of the entrance and it was close to so many restaurants. If we wanted to, we could also walk 20ish minutes straight into Zion. 100% would stay here again!
