We have loved all of the items we've purchased from Ruff Swag and use them all daily.Their bungee collar is the perfect pairing to an e-collar. It makes slipping it off and on a breeze and allows easy adjusting of the tightness. Our bulldog has a big head and It is great to be able to stretch it over his head quickly and get it adjusted without any issues. I love the selection of colors as well. Unfortunately they are so well made, I have not needed to order more.We bought their dog beds for multiple rooms in our home. They are so easy to clean and comfortable for our dog. Ruff Swag slip leashes are excellent for easy on and off, are small enough to fit in your pocket when allowing off-leash, and totally lightweight. The treat pouches are comfortable to use, and a smart design.We were introduced to Ruff Swag by Innovative K9, a top notch training facility in Utah. Ruff Swag is amazing... I have their leashes, beds, treat pouches and just got the online training, which so far is full of great info and I’m so excited to work with my dogs! The team at Ruff Swag are helpful, professional and just all around wonderful to work with... I highly recommend their products and the online training system! Don’t hesitate to get this online training, it is a great price and the Facebook Group creates a solid community and awesome support group as we go on the dog training journey.

HAVENT RESPONDED TO SIX EMAILS FOR RETURN PRODUCT. Company e-mailed same day of purchase as address was wrong, I thought wow great customer service. Since I have to return product zero response in 10 days. Reported them as FRAUD!!!!! to my credit card company.DO NOT BUY! WONT RETURN. PLUS THERE RETURN POLICY IS ONLY 7 DAYS. so when they dont respond in a timely manner you are out of policy.STEALING THOUSANDS FROM.CUSTOMERS!
