Your store is booking too many groomings per day. I waited 4 hours before the grooming was complete. The grooming itself was great. But the delay caused more stress for my dog and greatly increased my stress because the late pickup caused us to be late for another appointment.

Don't get your dog groomed here. After dropping of our dog they called us 2 hours early to tell us our dog was too wiggly to give a haircut. After not giving a haircut they charged us the full $65 amount and wouldn't give a refund. Paid them to not do their job and now will have to pay again to get it done elsewhere.

We took our black goldendoodle here and it was such an amazing experience! We made an appointment through the petco website and Jessica did such an amazing job with our dog! We did bath, haircut, and one of the packages. The website does give you a cost estimate, and the workers will also let you know any additional cost that might be needed for your dog. They called us whenever he was ready to go! He looks so handsome ❤️

No one at the front to help on arrival. I was unsure where to check in and waited until someone finally came to the front desk.Took very good care of my pet and the grooming was very well done.

Tried to take our dogs for a "walk-in" nail trim, since you can't book online and nobody answers the phone, twice. Both times got told in a rude tone that she couldn't do it. The second time she was nice enough to book us an appointment to come back. The day we were supposed to have the nail trim, our appointment gets cancelled with no explanation. Received a voicemail to give them a call back to reschedule. I called, of course nobody answers, so I leave a message for them to please call me back. That was days ago and still no returned call. I am so fed up!

Had a grooming booked for my bernedoodle. We give him a calming treat prior to all grooms because he struggles badly with anxiety. This was our first time coming to this specific petco and they turned us away “because he had a calming treat this morning.” It just seemed that staff asked every question in the book to figure out a way to get out of grooming him because he has very long hair and they just didn’t act like they wanted to groom him from the very beginning. We will not even try taking him back. Groomer name who he was booked with was Bella C. If your staff cannot provide customer service at 8:30 am because they’re too tired, maybe don’t open as early.

The 2 groomers that were there when I dropped off and picked up were absolutely amazing. They took the time to help my dog get everything he needed and they really care about Chewie. The way they talked to me and handled Chewie was above anything I’ve ever received at the pet store grooming salon. Thank you

I had been taking my dogs Lilly and Sophie to another groomer, the last time they did them they did a horrible job. I called here and they were able to get both dogs in sooner then later. Shayla is a great groomer. I was a little worried about it because we used them in Texas, but not here. I will definitely be using her again.

The staff was really friendly and truly cared about my dog and how I wanted his hair cut. It turned out exactly how I wanted! She was definitely way more detail oriented than the last groomers we went to.

Excellent service! All the Groomers really care about my dogs! They eagerly greet them and they are always so happy to see them! I have very difficult dogs! They are both Scottish Terriers, but all the groomers are excellent with both of them.

We attempted to take our dog in for a quick nail trim because she was scratching our son when he played with her. The store’s website and door say they take walk-ins until 8 pm - it was 4:30 pm. After standing at the groomers desk for about 15 minutes, someone finally approached us and asked if we had been helped. She then went into the back to find the groomer, who told her she wasn’t going to do any more work. We replied that we only needed a nail trim that would take a few minutes and that they were supposed to be available until 8 pm. The lady said “well, she’s done for today.” These guys don’t care about their customers or friendly service.

I’ve come here severs times for a quick grooming and have come away mostly satisfied each time. The convenience and price is good but you may sacrifice quality and personal relationship that you’d get from a stand alone groomer. I may or may not come back.

I think this might be the best hair cut my dog has ever had!!! And she is 5 years old!! Everyone was super nice and my dog was finished so quickly!! I will definitely refer my friends to Petco!!

Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for service at the fish tanks. 2 female employees walked passed me several times and not once asked if we needed help. Went to say something to the young blond and she ignored me and kept walking. All the fish are sick anyways. Stay away from this location.

Susie is a golden doodle, we ask for her to be trimmed tight around the face and that her nails be trim back quite a ways I don't feel like this was accomplished and issues groomed all over but her face was not exposed as matches but.
