The groomer butchered my dogs hair.The worst grooming I’ve ever seen. I keep my dog clean and mat free. ( I have many witnesses) He just needed a shaping and sanitary groom and she shaved every part of him and poorly shaved him. It’s awful and traumatic. She all but told me she wasn’t in the mood for grooming and I should have run in that moment. She doesn’t deserve a job where she’s trusted. She’s NOT trustworthy.

I paid for the extra de shedding service. When I picked him up I gave him a bunch of snuggles and my hands were covered in his hair! Right away I said he’s still shedding! The lady looked embarrassed and said she was able to get a lot of hair out of him. I got him in the car and he covered my seat I hair. Is there a satiafacrion guarantee? For $80 I know this was unacceptable.

The ladies are very friendly and listen to how I want Gizmo's hair cut. They always say he was very good and he loves going there. They don't nip him when giving his haircut.

Whats the point of having walk in grooming services when you turn people away because you’re overbooked? Also hire someone to answer your grooming phone line.

The store is really dirty, and the stock is very minimal. Grooming was ok, but did not meet my expectations. Paid extra for the shedding treatment and it seems as if this service was not actually completed.

I would give them a zero review if I could. They never answer their phone, scheduling system is cumbersome. We have 2 small dogs, scheduling system most of the time would not allow to schedule both pets, it allows one pet at the time and doesn’t allow to have both scheduled at the same time. Since they don’t answer phones - we have to physically drive to the store for scheduling. Scheduled appointments get changed to benefit their time. As far as the actual grooming - quality and consistency varies depending on who’s actually working that day. Extremely frustrating experience. Not coming back ever again.

The cut was perfect! Did exactly as I asked. Next time I may go a bit shorter though. Did a great job :) I've gone to other groomers before and noticed when I got home they cut my dog or her nails to short where she would start to bleed and failed to tell me. Most of the time it was a trainee practicing without my consent or supervision from someone more experienced. I was very satisfied to see my dog come home in one piece.

It was the first time I ever had a dog groomed. I never had a dog that needed grooming. He turned out adorable but perhaps too much was shaved off of his stomach and around his genitals. Other than that he was beautiful.

They did a very nice job. However, Petco is really expensive now. I'm not sure I can afford it again (even with with the 20% off). It was over $100.00. I really like the haircut they gave my retriever for summer.

Marissa is the best! So caring and personable she gave us some great tips to prepare our puppy for her first grooming appt. I have been following Marissa to different Petco's for years. She is wonderful.

WORST customer service I've ever experienced at a pet store. The cashier argued with me and basically called me a liar about the cost of anxiety dog treats. They were marked on clearance, and even when I took her back and showed her, she still didn't believe me. I'll never go there again.

Kylee did a wonderful job. She took plenty of time to listen to my requests. I have a sheltie, and though I try not to be too high maintenance, I've had a hard time getting his hair cut so it's short enough, but he still looks like a sheltie. Kylee did a superb job, and never gave any impression of being overwhelmed or annoyed with my repeated and somewhat indecisive requests. She did a fabulous job on all counts!

They do a nice job. I just have to remember to book pretty far out. Takes a few weeks to get in which can be frustrating. Like I said they do a great job but they could do some little details like bows in their hair and one place I went sprayed them with a super clean smelling mist. Those things really make it a superior experience

Every groomer that we have had listened to what we wanted done with our puppy, Charlie and groomed him beautifully. You get quality services for cheaper than most pet grooming services.

I wish I could give no stars :( terrible! My beautiful goldendoodle is now bald and very ugly. I didn't even recognize her they didn't follow anything they said they would. Her hair cut is horrendous. We asked them not to cut her eyelashes or tail, guess what was cut. They didn't shape her head at all and cut her ears! The price was also double what they said it was.
