Pleasantly surprised. The food we got was delicious. Onion rings were crisp and delicious as were the cheese curds. Then we tried our bacon cheeseburgers.... perfection. Will not hesitate to eat here again when driving through.

Honestly I didn't like the fries because they tasted old but other then that everything was good. The service was fast despite it being incredibly busy. I recommend stopping here. One thing though is the gate blocking the truck stop is annoying. If you read my review do me a favor and please follow me here on google. I review restaurants across the nation. Thanks 😁✌️

I stopped at Flying J next door for a break and discovered friends were also there. A nearby restaurant we hoped to visit was closed, so we went to A & W.Bailey took excellent care of us. She served our table well.The food was fresh. Onion rings were done perfectly. The hot fudge and caramel sundae was the perfect ending.

Candace and Tina do and amazing job and the food is always amazing andi notice they are always cleaning and keeping things clean and are very clean folks they are very friendly and outgoing and Go out of their way to help the customers their very professional they are the ones that make A& W a great place to eat thank you you both for being professional and outgoing and friendly.

I’ve never seen this A&W as busy as it was this afternoon. The restaurant was almost full the whole time we were here. The tables were clean and the food was good. My hamburger was piled high with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I almost didn’t need the meat. The staff was friendly and fast, despite the crowds. Best fast food experience I’ve had in awhile.The bathrooms at the Sinclair need work, but was happy that one stall was open.

Stopped for gas at the Sinclair whose price per gallon was better than flying J. They also had an A&W in the station. Where they make their own A&W root beer. The store was clean. Staff friendly. Bathrooms clean. The food was very good. Great place to stop.

Stopped for gas and decided to have lunch.Normally love A&W but this one was one of the worst! Very unclean and slow service. My husband ordered and didn’t notice they give a 10% discount to seniors Diane informed me it was to late for that. Please don’t advertise a discount and then say no. We took the food into our motor home to eat as the restaurant was Very dirty. The Papa burgers were ice cold and had dry hard buns. The fries were the same.! It is a shame when seniors try desperately to make ends meet with all the current inflation and spend $33.00 for a lunch that was unedible.

We stopped by on a road trip and it was surprisingly busy. The lady at the counter was running both the food and the gas station counter, and we had to wait a few minutes to give our order, but she was kind and friendly. The food was great.

Customer service sucks. I stood there for 20 minutes without getting helped they looked at me and walked away. The person who took out order is definitely on drinks and could barely see what she was doing. Got the order way wrong she repeated it back and it was currently but didn’t get the right food. Looks very dirty and unsanitary. Over priced

Lady working here was definitely tweeked out on something. Never felt like the person taking my order might bite me or another customer before. Peddling food poisoning to travelers is not a good look. Got terribly sick eating here. If you hate your job and life this much just quit instead of making people sick.

I personally think the food was overpriced. 5.99 for a tiny child sized hamburger. They also forgot a main entree in our order which I didn't realize until we were back on the road handing out food, so we ended up having one child without food. Not very impressed.

Jerry was super nice and helpful, despite being the only person working both counters. He ran between registers to make sure everyone was taken care of. The restaurant could have been cleaner, but he literally didn't have time to come out and clean. The onion rings were cooked perfectly! Thanks!

So, if you are in the area looking for a fast food place, this is about the only option you have for quite some time.This place is located inside of a gas station, and I was hungry. Haha.The one problem though, is that the credit card machines were down, and they were only accepting cash.... I had two $50 bills, but they said they weren't able to accept anything bigger than a $20 bill. So, sadly I was not able to purchase from here, so I guess I will just be hungry and have to move to the next city, about 30 minutes ahead.The employees were very friendly though, and I didn't feel bad that I wasn't able to purchase from this location.

This would get a 5 star for customer service. But it was so filthy, I really felt uncomfortable. From gross windows and sills to sticky dirty floors. All stainless steel areas were really filthy. A little effort to keep clean would go a long way to match the nice service.

The restaurant was dirty when we walked in. Every single table had crumbs and food smeared on it. They were obviously understaffed. Our order did not come out correct but we got an extra burger so whatever. Then they said my chicken tenders would be out shortly then completely forgot about them so I waited 10 min then finally went up to get them and they'd been sitting in the warmer the whole time. The tenders tasted disgusting, like soggy wet chicken. I couldn't even eat them. The fries were ok. Don't stop here unless you absolutely have to! I know it's the only stop for miles but it's not worth it, keep driving.

I like their rootbeer floats, but I don't feel comfortable purchasing here any more. They don't care about maintaining a clean and safe environment at all. The employees had no masks at all, and further indication of the lack of care for cleanliness and safety is the fact that there were literally dozens of flies not only in their nasty bathrooms, but dozens of flies were all over the counters and the register and the food equipment too. This place is a cesspool for COVID and other diseases.

I think the lady taking our order was on drugs. Also very unpleasant to talk to. Sighed a lot in frustration and didn't understand us when we said thinks like "we just want the sandwich, not I'm a sandwich" and she would get really flustered. Then she messed up or order twice
