We have enjoyed our J. Glow Blinds for over 10 years now, and continue to love them! They are a high quality blind that will last way longer than anything we could have purchased at a big box store. They were installed perfectly and we have never had an issue with them. Both Jeff and Michelle have been so easy to work with and I will definitely use them again. It’s so nice to have a local business that provides such wonderful service!

J Glow blinds exceeded our expectations!! They were very fairly priced, professional and kind. They took the time to explain the difference in the shutter options which I appreciated. When it came time for install, we were blown away. Jake and Curtis stayed late and cleaned up after themselves which is a rare find! The product is amazing and the people are even better! I cannot say enough good things about J Glow! They are super kind and efficient. My annoying dog wouldn’t stop barking at them and they were so sweet to her. They even talked Minecraft with my 5 year old. The shutters and shades we had installed are gorgeous!! They completely make the house. I have 3 windows that I didn’t think needed anything and after having these, I’ve decided to put shades on those too! And the best part is, they were our cheapest bid! I could not be happier with how things turned out. 10/10 recommend!

We recently moved up to Logan and had already purchased blinds from another company. We needed some help installing some roller shades that were about 20 feet high and contacted J Glow Blinds and a couple other companies. Those other companies took weeks to respond but J Glow Blinds responded within a day and we’re willing to help us out. There is no way we could have done this project ourselves and we highly recommend them. We definitely will be using them in the future.

I am not happy with J Glow. They were eager to take my order but avoid my wife and I when service is needed. The blind is installed incorrectly so it has a 3/8th inch gap at the roller when extended but rubs the roller when retracted. We have tried for a year to get this fixed with out results. Our phone calls and texts are not answered. Finally, after a year we heard that the 'clutch (?)' wasn't working correctly and he replaced it. This didn't fix the problem.While working on the blind, he shortened the chain pull and raised the tensioner which left holes in our frame. Now the chain is too short to move the tensioner back to its original position to cover the holes so I must trim, fill, and paint the frame to repair the work done. Our experience is they want the sale but not the responsibility. I will not recommend J Glow and caution those planning to use them to watch the install every step of the way and insist it be done correctly. It will be almost impossible to get them back once out the door.

We love our new window coverings from J Glow Blinds! We ordered roller shades for a few windows and blinds through out the rest of our home. Both types of window coverings are high quality and look beautiful! Excellent customer service from the initial quote through installation, and very affordable as well! We almost ordered “cheap” blinds online and are so glad we didn’t make that mistake!

We worked with Michelle and Jeff to install some motorized shades in our living room and we couldn’t be more happy about how they turned out. The whole process was so smooth and easy, and they did everything they could to make sure the ordering and installation process was seamless. We really appreciate their help and plan to use them again for another set of shades next summer.I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for new shades or to upgrade existing shades. They were able to connect ours to our smart home speakers (Alexa and Google Assistant) as well as to our thermostat so that our house stays cooler and we save quite a bit of money on our energy bill. Highly recommend!

They did a great job of getting my blinds put in fast! Very nice people and great to work with. Took the measurements really fast and when they put the blinds in they fit perfect. Custom fit length to every window which I love. Some blinds are way to long for the windows. Not these ones ! They look great without all the traditional holes other blinds have.Great blinds !!

I initially bought some blinds online seeming like it was the best deal. Jeff came in several years later and I got better blinds, for less money than my online buy. That's been many years ago, and although my online "budget blinds" have fallen apart, the blinds I got from jglow blinds are still in excellent condition. Our experience with this company has been nothing but terrific! Michelle was the employee who met with us at our new build to show us options and measure our windows. We purchased white shutters and 2" blinds 5 years ago. JGlow came in with the best price and best quality.
