We arrived a little before 6:30 and watched as this employee set up and stationed herself at the entrance to the dining area. The sign says they close the dining room at 7. That’s fine, but she stood there for 30 minutes doing nothing but glare at people as they came in, telling them they were closing in x number of minutes. 30 minutes of doing nothing but stand there behind a gate, scaring away potential customers. Not good for business and a total waste of time.

I was scammed!! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a side of onion rings for $4.69. What I got is 2 small chicken strips in a bun and 5 tiny onion rings. Avoid this place!

Stopped at the flying J specifically to get dairy queen only to find them closed and under construction. The restaurant at this location will no longer be a dairy queen, it will come back as a Wendy's.

Wow! Hours at drive-thru state 10AM-7PM. Pulled up at 11AM to place order and nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and they UNLOCKED it to see see what we wanted. The employee started with Ummmm, Ummmmm, looking over her shoulder to ask another associate ‘Should I help them?’. Wow! No, thanks! If you don’t want to help people through the drive-thru put up a sign.

My husband and I ordered meals. We waited 20 minutes while several other people were served. When we asked about our order a young man grabbed our order off where the cook had placed it to be served 15 minutes earlier. It had been sitting there the entire time. They obviously forgot, but instead of just saying they were sorry the woman named Destiny at the register rudely insisted that she called our order number several times in 15 minutes. I was standing in front the of the counter the entire time! She’s a liar and definitely not an employee I would want at my store!

I've never had bad food at dairy queen, until today. In fact, I absolutely love dairy queen. The patties on my burger should never have been served. I've served tens of thousands of burgers in my years spent as a grill cook. If I where to guess, I would say those patties where par cooked at least an hour or two prior to being served, then sat in a stack on the flat top till I came along. They where the worst patties I've ever seen cross the serving counter anywhere. They should have been 86ed, not served! Fries where old too, but at least didn't resemble the sole of a boot. What a waste of money.Front of house was awesome though. The two that where taking orders were friendly and professional. This joint needs a proper manager.

Decent. If you're driving south and can make it another hour, Dairy Queen in Beaver is somehow always better.On the flip side, this Dairy Queen has a petting zoo next door.

We have Dairy Queen in Texas and it is usually pretty good food. This place is not on par, I have eaten here three times, and it is always not very good. Today I got tenders and fries it made me sick and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Won’t bother stopping here again, the store prices are too high as well, and this DQ is the worst. You'd be better off trying to steal some hay from the petting zoo.

If you're having a great roadtrip, don't stop here for food. Sounds like a pretty bold statement but the girls working at Dairy Queen seemed to be having their worst day on earth.Nothing about this quick visit was nice. The taste of the burger didn't make up for the rudeness we encountered to get it. If you ask for your meal to go and they happened to put it on a tray, save yourself the rolling of eyes and rudeness, grab your stuff and just get out. I regretted looking at my receipt to ensure it said "out" and mentioned it was actually to go. I've worked fast food before. I have compassion. I also think if you're working out in BFE, seeing people that are passing through, you should treat each person as if you want to leave a good lasting expression.In my case, I'll drive to Fillmore from now on and go to another establishment that was 10x better and respectful.

We have stopped here a few times. Usually, they are really good. Their fries are cooked perfectly and ice cream is delicious. They put chicken tenders on my chicken sandwich that was supposed to have a patty. It was definitely odd. They do well when it is busy and get food out quickly.

Took half an hour, only for them to call out the wrong order and someone else take my food. Then they ran out of patties and couldn't make it. I understand it happens, just wasn't a good experience.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. I stopped here for a burger combo and asked them not to add pickles and Mustard and they were making fun of me for telling them not to add Mustard and Pickles on my burger. There’s was a blonde Woman that looked like she was a teenager and another guy that was there making fun of me too. I would not recommend eating here. This place is very unprofessional and they were not wearing their name tags and know what they were doing. I am a truck drive that comes through here all the time. Not coming to this place again.

Hours state open until 7pm. They close the lobby whenever they feel like it. Leaving truck drivers with no availability. The drive thru is open but only to cars. No walk up. This had been the only reason I stopped at this truck stop. Never again.

Random hours. Can never trust when they will be open. As a trucker choosing this Truckstop, I planned to get here early only to find they shut down way before the 7 pm ‘ish’ that they say. Businesses without reliable times don’t get many chances for repeated customers. I’ll stop at other Truckstops rather than risk going hungry here again.

We got there at 6:55. They told us we could only get it to go. Brusque cashier wouldn't let me change my order. No substitutions allowed. They shooed us out the second we got our order. Couldn't go get a fork. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I thought they were just in a hurry to close but it sounds like it's the typical culture there. Does the owner stop paying them right at 7? Petting zoo is the only redeeming part of this stop. I won't stop here again.

It's ok but I wish there were more food options around. At least there's Subway across the freeway. I've gone a few times when they should have been open but they're not. Hamburgers aren't the best but they make due. Employees aren't the most professional or pleasant and generally seem to be more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than customers.

Very busy stop off the highway but food was made fresh & fast. The only downside is that its always packed with travelers but the staff here must be use to it because they shuffle everyone through without any long waiting periods! Large convenient parking for truckers & there's also a large covered outdoor picnic area straight across the street from gas station. Great place to get some fresh air & stretch your legs!

I came in to order food from the Dairy Queen and watch the person making my food wipe his hands on his pants and continue to make food. When I spoke to the manager she basically told me to leave after insinuating that I said the owner was touching the food which she was not and the manager said that I was disruptive because I question them about their food handling policies they also do not wear gloves and I did not see any of them washing your hands after they touched other stuff they're not supposed to. So basically the manager lied to the owner the owner took her word.

Stopped by on our way to the mountains. The drive through was fast, friendly, and super delicious. Everyone in the car raved about their food and we made it a point to stop by on the way back, which we did. Thank you for a wonderful drive thru experience.

Typical Dairy Queen more or less. Part of a truck stop. Not very busy at the time I stopped so service was excellent. Only had a Blizzard so cannot comment on the fast food quality. Seemed very clean. Plenty of parking.

The staff here we're so friendly. You have to walk thru the drive thru, which some people don't like. However this has always been a childhood dream of mine, it was so fun and weird to walk thru a drive thru. The food was delicious and served hot! Didn't try a blizzard but in sure they would be fantastic as well!

This DQ is so pourly managed....... First off they close the looby at 7pm and only have the drive thru open. We had a car load of 7 with 2 separate family's and orders. So drive thru was kinda a pain then the lady taking our order was a little huffy with us when we changed from a kids hotdogs meal to a chicken strip meal..... We got to the window and she started handing us very drippy, melting shakes. We asked for some napkins and to wrap around the shake before we put it in the car and they wouldn't give us any because we already had them in the car. The older (probably manager) says very rudely " well we made these shakes when you ordered them." You know making us well aware that they thought we took to long to order and so it is clearly our fat that the shakes were melty. They also charged me double for a meal that we didn't get.... and the list goes on. The drive thru line was continously backed up at least 10 cars the whole time we sat in our car to eat our food.... Just all around bad business.

HORRIBLE!!!! 0 stars!!!Everything the other reviews have said is true... Absolutely pathetic customer service.So bad that yes, it's true, they do get in arguments and confrontations with customers who are just trying to order some food. None of the staff have any idea what they're doing, especially when it comes to the simple basics of handling customers, communicating, and being a decent human being to other people. The most horrible Dairy Queen experience of my life happened here. I've never gone to a Dairy Queen since.Yes, it's THAT bad here!

Places closes at 7. And that means 7 sharp. I have never seen an entire staff watch a clock so hard. They start flipping chairs on top of the tables at 6:50 And wont let anyone else sit down, even when the place is full of paying patrons. They had the whole place emptied out, caged off and shut down by 7:05. There must be something in town suuuuuuuper important goin down at 8 I suppose. Or maybe it's shift change for the zoo across the parking lot.Although my experience was not terrible, every customer's that came afterwards was. I highly recommend that Dairy Queen pulls their franchise here, or does a serious quality inspection. This places makes you look horrible DQ, get it together.

The location closes at 7pm but staff were all clearly annoyed that my family and I sat down at a table at 6:30pm. They gave us awful looks and put up every chair on the table around us. Took away all of the ketchup and napkin dispensers and completely blocked us into the table section with chairs and a gate while they swept, which completely blocked all exits for us. Not very safe! Food was fine but What a rude experience. If you are open til 7 then be open til 7. If not, then change the hours on your sign.
