Purchased a speaker from their store. 2 days later I wanted to return it. When I got there they said they did not do returns on electronics. I looked online and it says electronics can be returned within 14 days of purchasing, I had the receipt and it was unopened. I met all 3 requirements. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me she wasnt in and they didn't know when she will be in. I will not return.

Great place for just about everything. They have toys, school supplies, food, drinks, candles, headphones, speakers, etc. Everything is at great value and price. The employees are super nice and friendly. Love this place

Usually good customer service. There is one lady who works there who makes it feel like it isn't her job to check out your purchases and has kind of a bad mood but if you get there on days she isn't there, it's my favorite place to shop for almost anything

I like most Family Dollar stores but this one can be a pain unless you happen to go in when the store manager is working. A few of the other employees tend to feel that their personal conversations take precedence over helping customers.

Terrible experience, the most terrible coustemer serves I ever had from the supervisor, she really is pathetic she has the nasties mouth breathe because she talks to me so close to my face that they that i dont know how im still life. So she was very mean with me and my boy his is 5yrs old my son was eye bolling at the time she was done screaming at hem. I try to file a complain but and sted she call the police on me. I also try familydollar website and they never awser my complain. This hapen at the Santaquin utah location.

The new remodel added so much more stuff to this location! If you don't wanna drive all the way to Walmart I suggest looking at this location because it finally might have what you need!

This place is garbage I basically went to look at some headsets and look for some office supplies there was none went out to my vehicle and and got accused of shoplifting those headphones so watch when you go in there they might accuse you of stealing☹️☹️😤😤😤
