I am so tired of bringing my dog here because the wash hose doesn’t turn on. It is so hit or miss. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve wasted money.I have reached out to the owner before and he said he would Venmo me to get my money back, and he never did. By the looks of other reviews here, he gives other people feedback with his cell number. But doesn’t fix the issue. Don’t offer help then not respond to your paying customers.The owner told me he has spray nozzles that you adjust for certain pressure preference based on your size dog. But there are times when I am trying to adjust and twist the nozzle head for a solid 10 minutes. If this is the case, give instructions on how to work this dang thing! It’s incredibly frustrating. Very happy when it works but I’m probably going to give up on coming here because it’s too inconsistent.

Went through the touchless car wash with some mud on my car and paid for the $15 double wash. There was still mud all over the sides of my car and my windshield. Disappointed in the quality of the wash for the price I paid. I will not be bringing my car here again.I have taken my dogs to the attached dog wash a few times since I moved to Santaquin a year ago, and it is usually clean and pleasant to use. The last time I went, the tub was clogged and the dog wash was very dirty. I tried reaching out to the owner about the issue and never received a response.

Tried using the dog wash a couple weeks ago. Paid 20 dollars and nothing happened. Tried calling their number for assistance getting it started or for a refund and nobody answered. Left a message and never received a call back. Very frustrated to have paid 20 bucks for absolutely nothing

Love going to get my car washed here. It's nice that they have a rack with towels to dry spots the dryers may have missed. Reasonably priced too.

Let me start by saying I love supporting local and I prefer not to use places like QQ or WW (other automatic car washes).I also need to mention, My husband and I worked at a car wash and our expectations are high because of the owners we worked for. They expected the best and always made sure the washes were working properly to avoid any upset customers.At first, we enjoyed going here because it was close and we thought it was doing a good job. We changed our mind after just a few times of going to the automatic car wash. It was leaving streaks and chemicals on our cars and not getting them clean. I reached out to the owners to let them know the problem and they gave us a free wash. It was nice of them, but we still have the same problems. We haven’t been back to the automatic because of that.Then, yesterday, I stopped at the manual wash (at the Sinclair) and put in $3.00 cash. It only gave me about 5 minutes of wash. The machine required $2.00 to start, but their signs say $1.00 to start. Also, the time you get when adding additional quarters was inaccurate. Their signs are incorrect and it didn’t give me enough time to thoroughly clean my car. Update the signs or follow what the current signs state.The next problem: their chemicals did the same thing in the manual as it did in the automatic. I had to go home and windex all my outer windows because the spot free rinse and wax left streaks and spots on my car.Their only redeeming service is the dog wash. Unfortunately the machine has broken down a few times and doesn’t work properly, but I will still go back for the dog wash….

This contactless car wash is great! There are no automatic brushes to scratch my truck, and the price doesn’t hurt the bank either. They have vacuums available and free to use clean rags. I will say that I did not know that the vacuums take quarters only to operate so come prepared!

This is a great dog wash! I appreciate the tubs and the temperature of the water! Two shampoo options, good water pressure, and the TV in there was a unique addition.

I love this place! From washing my car to just doing a quick rinse off it's the best quality for your time and money. I haven't tried the auto wash up the street, but it's definitely next on my list. Not having to get out in the winter weather will be a nice bonus, I use this companies dog wash too and they just seem to know what they're doing!

The first time I used the car wash it was late at night and the owner came over to say hello and was very kind and gave me a free wash. Today I used the dog wash and I will absolutely be using it again! My dog is 100lbs and it was his first bath since we've had him, possibly his first bath ever, so I was nervous. But I loved the double chains in the tub to help keep him in it. The whole setup and process was very clean and easy. I will definitely be going back.

I paid for the extreme car wash and didn't get one. The machine told me to pull in and then the doors closed. It soaped half of my truck and then stopped and said please pullfoward. I had to leave with soap all over my vehicle.If I had stayed I would have found out that it was my fault, not the car wash. I guess I pulled in too far to the left.The owner contacted me and offered to rewash my truck.I love to support companys that have good, honest owners. I would recomend this carwash.

Awesome dog wash!! Card reader is super convenient, with a button to add extra time. Dog wash tub has easy an access door. Plus tub keeps dog completely enclosed and contained. Absolutely love that they have a t.v. and play country music videos!! Just wish they had a shop vac, to help with the drying process.

We use the Dog wash, it was originally very nice but it is falling apart and getting no maintenance that I can see things that were broke when I used it were still broke 2 weeks later, not good for businesses if you ask me.

I made a mistake and pulled in crooked making the machine lightly bump my truck so it immediately stopped. When I called the owner to have it restarted he was extremely nice and had it working again within seconds! Also I’ve never been impressed with automatic car washes until now! I had mud and hay caked on my truck and it did amazing. Highly recommended

Car Wash did an excellent job it is a touchless wash with high pressure. I used the $10 wash my car it was horrible with mud and the nasty snow we got bit it came out looking excellent. Owner then came out to talk to me to see if I was satisfied with the wash excellent service would highly recommend they also have a dog wash attatched to i where they use all organic cleaners.

Great little car wash in Santaquin. It I lay has 2 bays so it does get backed up at times. It looks like there is a possibility of an expansion on the east end of the building which would make this place even better, cannot confirm that though.

Literally the best place to take your vehicle for a car wash. I take my Shelby GT500 here because wiggy wash started making scratches in my paint. This is 100% touchless and one of the best car washes this side of Utah county.

It was nice to see a good car wash go into Santaquin. The double bay helps lines move much faster than the single ones in the area so you can get in and out without waiting too long.

I have a lifted Truck with a shell on the back and haven't been able to go through an automated carwash in years. Most have a height limit of about 7'4" - 7'6" and mine is about 7'8".So I pulled up to the Kiosk and the guys in charge came out and had me pull in to see if this carwash could handle the height of my truck. I am SO glad to report that my truck can fit through this wash!!! I am so glad that I don't always have to wash my ride by hand EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. anymore.Thanks for the help and the great wash guys! I'll definitely be back!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This place is amazing! Perfect for all dogs. Well worth the $10. I will definitely be returning. A few notes:1. Be sure to bring your own towel and brush. The blow dryer is great but your dog (if fluffy) will need a once over with a towel. I would have thought there would be a brush but that's not a big deal.2. They have shampoo, tick and flee shampoo, and conditioner. All of which were light enough to not dry out my VERY sensitive hands, so they should be good for most dogs.3. They have a roku tv playing music, which is great, but I can't change it. If they had a remote or a way to connect your phone to it it would improve things.4. The sanitatizing rinse once your done shouldn't cut into the time spent cleaning your dog. If it were possible to shut off everything, then ONLY have the sanitatizing spray on for a minute or 2 once your cycle is up it would be amazing. I wasnt able to clean up after as much as I would have liked.If the last to points were fixed this would be a 5 star review.
