I had an extra ordinarily good experience here they were able to cut and program the keys I purchased online for my Kia Optima The programming was a little complicated for them but they cut three emergency keys and programmed the smart key for $25 which is $15 off their usual price. I have no idea why they were willing to work that hard for that but I thought I would leave a review since their service was so over the top, above and beyond what could be expected

I had a boy named Ethan help me. He was so awesome in every aspect! It was honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Give that boy a raise😉 also the manager (he had glasses & I didn’t get his name) but he was excellent help as well.They both took a large chunk of time helping me in hardware and it was very appreciated! Also thank you to Ethan’s friend ( I think he’s new) he was really kind as well.

CJ, the store manager is the reason why my family and I come to Ace! He is always very welcoming, quick to help, and is an expert. If I am looking for something and I see CJ I know he will be the one to help me. He always has a great attitude even after a long shift at work. He is a very valuable team player for Ace! I highly recommend this store.

Store location, hours and display is a 5. Customer svc is a 1. 6÷2=3. Your staff for some reason either doesn't know how or has no desire to interact with what gets them paycheck, THE CUSTOMER! Maybe install self checkouts. I as the customer shouldn't have to be exposed to gloom and doom. Also try secret shopper svc multiple times to find out what is keeping this store from reaching it's full potential.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful!The store is always clean and organized, which I appreciate!They have good stock, and some of their products are priced are a little higher, but easy return of products and convenience. It makes up for the little higher price. I think kameryn was who helped me, and he was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Every time I shop here I have noticed how unfriendly the employees are. They avoid eye contact and never ask if I need help finding anything. I found what I needed and stood at the cash register for several minutes waiting to check out. No one came so I left what I was going to buy and walked out. The manager needs to talk to his employees about customer service. They could at least smile while you walk by them chatting at the paint desk. It is a beautiful store but we always prefer stringhhams for the friendly atmosphere.

Chance was the most helpful employee I’ve ever met at any ace hardware location I’ve ever been to. Not only did he locate my desired product with efficiency and exactness, he even donated his own kidney when to me when I had a sudden attack of severe dehydration in the middle of the gardening gloves and rat killer. Chance regularly adopts old animals from shelters so they don’t die alone. All of chances peers have encouraged him to run for president but he is too humble, and insists that his manager would be an excellent leader of this country. Chance Nemelka will lead not only this Ace hardware location, but the entire city of Santaquin in an undeniably positive salvation for the good of the human race.

I went in with a list of small random items (I didn’t have a clue where to find) And my two toddlers. the associate there helped me so much! She even held my basket for me while I picked up my crying /tired two year old to go to check out. She made a stressful situation for me so much easier thank you!!

CJ was incredible. Great leadership and was on top of his crew making sure everything was running right. I had an small issues with my motorcycle passenger seat back rest.Not only did they let me borrow their tools to try and fix it in the parking lot but when I needed different screws to secure the seat pad CJ went back into the store got the correct screws and fastened them himself.I love going to these stores because you can get your individual part and more often than not you are treated very fairly and like a loyal customer every time.Thank you CJ and your team!

CJ (manager?) came in on his day off to fill the propane on my RV. I'm so grateful because with the freezing temperatures, my pipes would have frozen without it! Super friendly and professional, very grateful for his help.

Well for some reason the GPS is showing the location in a completely different spot, so if you don’t know where it is check the address first.It’s not a huge Ace but it still has a fair amount of everything that is used in and around the home.It’s a little more expensive than the Home Depots prices, but not by much in any case the nearest Home Depot is far enough away that you will be wasting more money in your time and fuel than if you would have just bought it here.Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help you find what your looking for. This place is perfect for someone like me that occasionally needs that one last thing to finish up before the night ends. They are truly helpful and conveniently located in Santaquin to save lengthy trips any further than I want to go.

Recently one of the sinks at my house began to leak badly enough that I had to shut off the water supply to the house. I snapped a picture of the leak, and went to Ace Hardware in Santaquin. A man named CJ looked at my pic and determined immediately what was wrong. He showed me which tools and fittings to buy, and explained how to do the repair myself. I was able to quickly and easily do the repair, following CJ's instructions. CJ is a rockstar! He saved me from water damage and expensive plumber services! Thank you CJ and Ace Hardware Santaquin!!!!

Horrible customer service! This is a shame given the wide array of stocked product. The worker teens made fun of my brother because he had skin cancer on his nose repeatedly cluster talking about him when he went by in the store. One said to almost every other associate did you see Ruduloph? I think you could grow up and get a life kids!

Do not go there if they are mixing paint.. it literally took 40 mins. Why I have no idea but don’t be in a hurry if you think you can quick grab some paint and finish your project. The light was gone by the time we left..
