Travis and Stacy are LIFE SAVERS! They went above and beyond to help with my sons prescription. They actually made magic happen with a situation that seemed like a lost cause. Stacy spent a fair amount of time trying to contact our Pediatrician, and I appreciate her dedication and willingness to sit on hold when the clock was well past closing time.Travis also stayed after hours, and then he apologized for the wait... I was blown away with the courtesy and empathy this team of Professionals showed me. They could have easily just sent me out the door, but they didn't, and that's what makes Fusion Pharmacy better than the rest! Thank you again!!!

CAREFUL! STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.I get a prescription from my doctor, then I am asked to pay. I use my debit card which was weirdly declined, and my bank said there was fraud being committed. I thought that maybe they do not accept debit cards, so I called them and updated my card. Low and behold the very next day my credit card was charged over $200 from different random stores over at TX. Careful! They may steal your info! I am getting a new card from the bank as we speak.

I love this pharmacy.My husband has health problems and anxiety, and has a hard making phone calls on his own. I always have to call in to check on his refills and have his medicine shipped. They are always nice to me and helpful. Great staff and fast shipping.

I was sick with Covid, I live in WA state and had an online Dr. Write me a prescription for some medicine that helps with Covid. The only available pharmacy that was able to fill my prescription for some of the items, was Fusion. They shipped it right away and were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask a couple of questions about a couple of my prescriptions. Makes me wish that we had Fusion pharmacy down here in WA state! You guys are the best 👌

My doctor called my prescription in on a Monday and told me Fusion Pharmacy would call when it was ready. I hadn’t heard from the pharmacy by Wednesday, so I called them. The girl was nice, said they had the order and would call later to let me know when it was ready. I didn’t hear from them again until Thursday, when they called to ask if I was ready for them to mix it! And then when I went in two hours later, one hour longer than they told me to wait, it still wasn’t ready. I am not confrontational, but I really feel like this was terrible service, despite the kindness of the staff!

The only pharmacy I will use and shop at! Friendly and helpful staff, in-house compounding, tons of supplements and natural options right off the shelves! Dr Koby Taylor is thorough when asked a question and always has time for his patients. Honestly, Fusion Specialty makes you feel welcome, appreciated and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

One of the best businesses I’ve ever interacted with. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to help solve issues between the doctors office and the pharmacy. They always answer the phone, are professional and kind, have a quick turnaround time, and even stayed late one day to help me compound and build a medication I’d accidentally left on vacation. I went in looking for help with my horrible seasonal allergies. The pharmacist was happy to spend time with me and go through all the different things and explain it thoroughly.
