Hello! This is my business. Someone set this account up without my knowledge. I am not able to apply to reviews or access this page. The person who left a 1 start review, came in at closing to use our SELF service dog wash. We have signs posted that self service washes must be started one hour before closing. Most people take an hour and it takes 1 1/2 hours for us to clean an sanitize. Had we allowed him in against our policy with his large dog, my employees would have been there 4-5 hours past closing. Although this is not a page accessible to me, our grooming salon is a definite 10. Our Groomers are beyond excellent and our standards, policies and care are higher than you’ve ever taken your dog to. This review does not reflect our Grooming Department.

Close their washing at 3 PM apparently… We planned our ONLY day with our dogs at the canyon to wash our dogs…. NO WHERE was it mentioned they closed early. Apparently they just wanted to leave early.
