Took my Rottweiler here for the first time today for a bath and treats! We loved it!!! The self serve dog wash is very clean and smells great. They provide everything you need to get your dog clean. All the ladies working today were so kind and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about their customers. It was such a great experience ♥️ We can’t wait to go back.

Amazing! Tubs were large enough to fit our Irish wolfhound. Super sweet staff and very helpful! The tubs were accessible from both sides, so it made washing my stubborn dog a lot easier. Best dog wash I have taken my boys to!

Awesome staff, and an awesome place! Very holistic store that genuinely cares about your dog's well being, and knowledgeable staff that help you when you need it. We take our husky Shadow in to get bathed in their self serve dog wash and their shampoos and different settings on their nozzles really help get all of his undercoat out!! We took home a few treats for him to enjoy like the dried pig ears, which he loves!

Best pet store in St. George area! We were having trouble finding a food that our 10 year old lab mix would eat, so we stopped in Bone Appetit in Santa Clara to see if they had anything new to try out.Kyler spent time with us, listening to our concerns, and educated us about the food options she thought our aging fur baby might like. We settled on a brand and now our dog eats every meal without any issues. It’s amazing! Kyler even set us up on a customer loyalty program so that we can earn rewards for our purchases at the store.This is a very cute store with lots of interesting and unique all natural treats for dogs. We will be coming back for all our dog food and treats from now on

I live in Pennsylvania but have purchased several items from this store. The customer service is great! Natalie and Claire know the products are are very good at fitting my boys. I have bought knit sweaters and cooling vests from here and both items fit my boys perfectly. And it’s the only store I can find anymore that Carries Bark Bits… my boys favorite food topper.

Incredible place! Such a great experience and an easy way to give our very large fur baby a bath. He was struggling with dry skin and they were able to help us with shampoo and conditioner that would specifically help him. Not only does his skin and fur look better than ever, but to have a place that we can go to and trust to help our dog is a blessing. Highly recommend! Even better, they clean up the mess when done! Amazing people and amazing facilities!

One thing I’ve always enjoyed about Bone Appetit is that you feel welcome to bring your dogs in off leash. After today, I will NOT be going back. A younger worker with dark hair and reddish highlights in the front was extremely rude. I have never been in this location before (only Washington). My dog ate a chicken heart and she started yelling at my dog. I apologized immediately and grabbed my dog while telling her to please charge me. She responded with, “Oh I will be! It’s company policy. Your dog has come in multiple times and eats them. I’ll charge you for three because he had several.”Why are the treats on the floor and at head level for dogs in open containers if this never happens? I of course know I should pay for the treat he ate and I did, but the attitude and blunt rudeness of the worker was inappropriate. My dog normally sniffs the treats, so I figured it was fine. But we will gladly go somewhere else from now on.

Taylor Callister is the absolute BEST groomer! Her lines are perfect every time, my pups never have nicks or rashes. She is truly a natural talent! The store is so nice and always clean and never stinks like most grooming places. Everyone there is always warm and welcoming.

We will never darken the door of this business again. First of all we had grooming there and after going through groomers there faster than gas through a funnel. We left for someone else. A week ago we purchased a life vest for our dog and had second thoughts on the $100 vest and decided to return it today with tags on it and still in the bag and they refused to give us a refund. They quoted it’s a seasonal item. Stick your head outside people it summer time.

It’s alittle expensive and far compared to the usually place we take our dogs too but boy it is so WORTH IT … this will definitely be our go to spot for our three dogs from now on !!! Not only are the staff members so helpful and knowledgeable with the care of your fur babes but the products they carry were perfect for my dog and left her smelling so clean and a coat so shiny with so much fluff. The place is also clean and organized like they have aprons to protect your clothes from getting wet or dirty and the big plus was they had actual towels and not rag like things to dry my fur baby with !!! To top it all off they had so many different treats toys and goodies like quality goats milk to buy. My dog was in heaven and so were we definitely worth the time and money.

They have the most friendly staff. Mia, Kenzie, and Tyler went out of their way to help me get my dog cleaned and suggesting the perfect shampoo conditioner combination for my dog. They did a fantastic job clipping and rounding the edges when I asked if they could clip my dogs nails. I highly recommend and will be returning to this business!

I went in for the first time out of curiosity today. Sooooo amazing! It went beyond my expectations. They had so much different high quality treats. The bath area looked really fantastic, made me want to bring my Pugs and bathe them! There was toys, sweaters, food, natural health care products, shampoos and so much more and the prices were surprisingly lower than I expected.. And the ladies were all so bubbly and friendly and super helpful! If I could give it it a 10 star rating I would! I definitely will be a returning customer!

What an amazing store! I wish I lived here because I would come all the time. I will always stop by when we are in town.The store was clean and had an amazing selection of natural treats and toys. The employees were extremely kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. They have a good selection of dog bowls, clothing, and collars/leashes. The bath area looked as if it was very clean and well maintained.We ended up getting a few donut toys, lamb ears, bully sticks, and stingray sticks for our dogs. They loved everything! I feel good about giving my dog clean and natural products. Can't wait to come back.

Everything is way overpriced. 80 bucks to give my dog a bath and my dog loves baths so it's not like she gave him a hard time. Can't believe they're still in business as expensive as they are. I like to see what their markup cost is two three four hundred percent maybe more. Out of my pocketbook range now.... The dog and I just do drive-bys now.

She’s soft and so clean and it was so nice not having to clean my own bathtub and wash a bunch of towels. HIGHLY recommend!!! I love it here, I will be going back consistently!

Great selection of all things pets. The prices are higher than the big box stores but the quality is good. We were treated by very friendly & understanding staff. We had to return an item and while the policy is replacement not refunding, we quickly found an acceptable alternative. We brought our toy Cavapoo inside which was just fine. Another dog next to us even peed in the store & the owner was comforted that it was very typical and before we (or the urine happy dog) left, the mess was cleaned up with a nice smelling disinfectant. We'll be back supporting this local pet boutique. Did I mention dogs can be groomed there too? 👍🏼

Vacationing in the area for the week and stopped in to give our dog a bath and we loved this store. The staff was very polite and made us feel as if we were regulars. When we come back to stay again we will absolutely stop by. They have a great selection of treats and toys too!

Great store! I shop here at least once a week for pet food and supplies. Lots of variety and staff is friendly. Every time I have checked out, my card has to be swiped at least 3 times and not accepted and the 4th time staff has to manually input all the numbers. This is frustrating to customers who are waiting and the poor staff that has to deal with this. If you can fix this ongoing problem it would make mine and your staffs experience even better. Thanks

This place is awesome! Really great customer service! Always so accommodating and kind. They try really hard to fit us in, even when it’s last minute. Our little Bichon is always so soft, cute, and fluffy when she is finished. She smells so good and natural. She jumps out of the car when we get there, because she is so excited for her blueberry facial. You will not be disappointed! 😊

This store is fantastic! The self wash pet stations are super clean, the water is the perfect temperature and the towels for drying your pup are soft and absorbent. There line of pet products are top notch. The staff really goes out of their way to assist you, and they are super knowledgeable about the products they carry. I travel all around the United States and this by far is the best pet store I’ve ever been in. Well done Bone Appetit. Thank you.
