We had a great experience here! We only had 2 other puppies in our first class and it felt very productive and structured for socialization rather than just overwhelming to the dogs. Introducing the puppies to various textures and equipment was valuable and not something I’ve seen a lot of other places do. The trainer was knowledgeable and the environment relaxed and motivating, for both people and dogs. We will definitely be back

Update: We recently started going to Zoom Room’s calm down class with Paul and it’s been so helpful. I’m learning so much on how to distract Callie when she’s wound up. It really works! Friends and her groomer are noticing the improvements in how she’s doing and even the trainers have commented about how much better she is doing. The trainers are so good and I appreciate that they recognize Callie’s love for everyone she sees and are helping me learn how to redirect her when she can’t contain her enthusiasm.Zoom Room is such a great place for training. We’ve been going to basic obedience classes and all the different trainers are great! Callie and I have learned so much. Today we tried our first agility class and it was so fun. The trainer was so patient and sweet with my exuberant young dog and it was a great way to channel some of her energy. We also attended a trick class a few months ago and that was fun too. I really like that they use positive reinforcement and nothing is punitive. I highly recommend Zoom Room!

We had a wonderful obedience lesson today. Tabby is a talented instructor. The biggest lesson that my puppy learned today was that wheelchairs are not monsters. It’s OK to be around them and even lay underneath them.

We found the best place for dog training that offers what we were looking for. Our dog jet loves coming here and learning as well as interacting. Perfect for puppies and any dog. Our dog is now 1 years old and working toward agility training, which he loves. We definitely recommend Zoom Room. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, patience and amazing! We love zoom room. The entire staff is amazing. We highly recommend Zoom room

My dog use to be extremely reactive to everything! But Paul has really helped us and now our dog only reacts to dogs within a certain distance. My dog also looooves all the trainers (just wants to play play play with them and make them happy)! My dog also loves the agility courses that they sometimes set up pieces of during class

Yesterday we attended a Zoom Room group obedience training session with the head trainer, Paul. Paul Is extremely patient and a great teacher. The progress we have made with Bella, our nine month golden retriever is amazing. If you are thinking of checking out the Zoom Room don't hesitate you and your dog will be so happy you did🐾❣️

We love zoom room. We have 3 classes with three teachers. We have like all of the trainers. They have a flexible schedule and the classes are competency based so dogs can move at their own speed. We get just as much out a class with 4 dogs as 8 dogs. My dog always seams happy when we go to the Zoom Room.

We love the Zoomroom and so do our dogs. We have an adult dog and a new puppy, and their trainers and classes are great for both our dogs at their different stages of life. I learn something new every time I go, and the trainers experience goes beyond tricks and helps us in our every day life.

I have a high-energy 3 year old Aussiedoodle. The last several years we've participated in a variety of training and obedience courses and received some benefit from them. However, having now found the Zoom Room and participated in obedience in preparation for agility I can say without reservation that Paul and the others at Zoom Room really understand how to train dogs, but more importantly, to provide the skills and training to dog owners. The challenges we've had with our dog were largely because of our inconsistent and sometimes just wrong methods. The Zoom Room is fantastic. We are confident that with the help of Zoom Room we will achieve the desired results.

I’ve had so much fun bringing my puppy to the zoom room this summer! I’m learning how to train her, and she gets to play with all the other puppies! She started in puppy preschool, and now she’s in the older puppy class. It’s been super helpful to me, and I can’t wait to try some of the other classes when she’s old enough!! Highly recommend.

We’ve been taking our pug puppy to the Zoom Room for the past year and wow, it’s been such an awesome experience! Paul/team are super amazing and have been so helpful through all the puppy training classes. Overall, it’s a super clean facility and the staff is fabulous. I have been taking my 2 dogs to Zoom Room classes since October and it has been great! The trainers are really friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. It's obvious they want to help dog owners succeed with training and handling their dogs. My shy dog is gaining confidence after passing obedience 1 and moving into Agility 1! They also have an awesome selection of treats, toys, and other dog accessories to buy. It's a really fun and welcoming place for humans and dogs. I would recommend anyone who is interested to go try a class, you'll be hooked! My dogs leave happy and tired from each class!

Overall, money wise, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a VERY young puppy.I would only recommend this facility if you adopted a very young puppy and plan on going more than one round of training(more than 12 classes). If you have a teen/adult dog, I'd be hesitant. My teen dog did love going, but for the money, I didn't see enough progress because the training is always the same commands each class with no new information added on. I felt going to one class with a paper copy of their basic information would have been fine rather than buying 12 classes as you mainly do your training at home anyway. They more or less train you, not the dog. I'd recommend classes with Paul, tho. I wouldn't recommend any other trainer as this did cause issues the first class.

The training space is clean, open, and bright. All the staff I've met are knowledgeable and seem to really like what they do. The pricing is competitive. We've taken one puppy class so far, and I was happy with the instruction and pace of it. I have 3 dogs and plan to enroll my other dogs based on my experience with the first class. I'm happy we chose the Zoom Room.

We love the Zoom Room! For my puppy Maizy and I, it has been a very important and fun part of our life. The staff is so fantastic and there’s so many different classes to choose from…something for every kind of dog and personality. My dog gets so excited the second we enter the parking lot. As a first time dog owner I have really appreciated the training I’ve received to help me train my dog. We have done agility and obedience classes and playgroups, which are all overseen by skilled employees who obviously love dogs. It’s not just a business…we feel at home here. This is a safe, organized, clean, and happy place to be.

We love the Zoom Room! Our puppy has been attending Puppy Preschool classes here for the last few weeks and he is obsessed! The trainers are all very positive and encouraging as the little pups get the hang of training and socialization. It's been super wonderful to have a safe place for our pup to interact with other people, puppies, and new situations (wheelchairs, walkers, agility equipment, and even big fake beards).

Emily was professional, informative, and calm as she helped me to calm and redirect my overstimulated dog. I appreciate how she taught me to adapt to my dog’s emotional state and temperament. I was super impressed by all of the staff! The orientation was great to see why my dig was reactive and if he would qualify for any of their different levels of classes. We had a one-on-one consultation )because he had bitten a dog before), and we felt super comfortable with what we were doing and the information that was presented to us, and the plan going forward. Don't feel like you have done anything wrong if your dog has bitten another dog! They give you hope! And so much advice to make sure your cute pup is happy and well and able to be around other dogs! Couldn't recommend them more! Their suggestions and training have been a vital piece to our dog being less reactive and more friendly! It has eased our anxiety as well as our dogs anxiety! Do not hesitate! Their trainers are amazing and their price is unbeatable!If you are dealing with a reactive dog( and we have a dachshund), please take them to the Zoom room! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Zoom Room has been just what we needed! Lucy, our new puppy, has so much energy. She’s had the best time playing with the other puppies and I love that it is in a safe and secure environment. The trainers have all been wonderful, and we really enjoyed our most recent playgroup experience with Kelly. I appreciate being able to ask the trainers questions and learning new training tricks and tips during the puppy preschool and puppy plus classes.

First timer to the agility’s school/training. I am so glad I found the Zoom Room Dog Training at the Sandy location. The instructors and everyone there are knowledgeable and helpful. Started private training with Trainer Paul to help our Australian cattle dog overcome fear of other dogs and people. Paul is very knowledgeable and great to work with. We are looking forward to our next training session in two weeks. In the meantime we will apply what we learned today in our everyday walks and will make them into training sessions in real life situations.
