Took my pup here for her first grooming. The staff was incredibly kind and they did such an awesome job with her! My dog has a tendency to be shy/nervous but she seemed super at ease and happy when I picked her up. I could tell that she had a fun time there with all the other pups around. I will definitely be going back!

They always do SUCH an amazing job! I’ve had some bad experiences with dog groomers in the area, and the staff at Doggy Den is fantastic! My dog is always a MESS when I bring him, and they do the most wonderful job with him. They take their time, and you can tell that they truly care about the animals. I’m very grateful that I found them!

My dog Tofu went here a while ago and she was terrified. They did ok on the grooming but they barely cut her nails and we had to do it at home afterwards. The services that they are easily something you could do at home for free. They took almost 3 hours and that time was completely uneccisary. My dog is not very good with other dogs so I didn't appreciate that they are all in the same space together. That could easily lead to a dog harming one or several other dogs

I took in my scottie dog for a haircut for the summer, i have never been to a stylist before, and my dog is still a puppy so i was worried he wouldnt be accepted in since he's so wiggly and new to it, but they were all very kind and understanding, and made the process easy! They seem to know and love what they do, and it looks very professional. i'll make sure to come back! 🙂

Just moved to Utah and was in the market for a new groomer for my cocker spaniel (as you can see she’s very happy upon pick up, tongue out and ready to hit the road :)Lula looks great and the price was more than fair. She enjoyed her afternoon at daycare with her new doggy friends.Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new groomer, the owner is extremely hands-on and the staff seems happy to be there and work with animals. After taking my dog here 3 times she got bit. The bite was so deep she had to get staples in her lip. They had no idea she had been hurt that day or what happened. When I picked her up the dogs were in the back unsupervised. After an argument they paid 1/2 of the vet bill. With cases of negligence I think they should have paid all of it. If you love your pets don't bring them here.

I was looking for a place to get my very very elderly dog's nails trimmed. She has a really hard time on slippery floors, so I asked if they would be willing to come outside and trim her nails there. To my surprise, they were more than willing to accommodate my request. We must have looked pretty silly all crouched around my dog on the grass out in front of the store.It turned out that her nails didn't grow all that much since her last trim, so they ended up not even charging me anything. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the fast, friendly, free service!

My little guy was so pampered during his stay at The Doggy Den! Bindy and her staff are 100% dedicated to their job and taking care of our pets. Not only was he taken care of but I had him groomed and he looked fantastic. If you are looking for a great groomer look no further. If you need a play day for your dog this is the place. They truly are amazing!!!!❤️🐾❤️🐾

Will forever recommend this place for grooming. We have tried groomers closer to us and we would rather drive the 30-40 min to take our dogs to The Doggy Den. They do amazing work with our 3 miniature schnauzers, my doggies are always excited to arrive and we leave super happy. Their haircuts are always amazing, its the little details that count, like their little bandanas and adjusting collars before they leave. We notice those things and are forever grateful for the kindness shown to our pups.

I'm not typically a review writer, especially when service is positive--but-- this place was great and deserves a recommendation.First time staycation for my 50 lb, 7yr old furry girl. Seems like she had an exceptionally fun time playing during her 6 day/5 night visit, as all she has done since I picked her up is sleep! She was happy and relaxed with the handlers and other dogs when I went in to get her, to the point where she almost didn't want to leave! Also, she smells nice, not multi-dog kennel-smelly, and I think she may have even been given a bonus bath during her stay?!?!I am very pleased with The Doggy Den and plan to use their services more in the future.

great place for your furry family members. If fido needs a trim or daycare, this is the place. we had an extended weekend away from home that ended with a delay getting home. the Doggy Den staff was accommodating with our crazy schedule.this was a great value for the care my canine received.

Horrible experience! Took my dog in just for a nail trim. My dog fell off the table twice and another groomer was screaming at the dog she was grooming! If my husband wasn’t there, he thinks she would have hit the dog! Will never go back there!!! I tried to call and speak to a manager or owner and no one picked up the phone.

It felt like no one really knew what was going on. I wasn’t a big fan of that.I’ve brought my dog here anytime I’m in town.This one might be my last.His face was not cleaned, and not all of his nails were trimmed.Kinda bummed.

Been to many groomers over the years who take way longer than they tell you, overcharge, hide mistakes, send my dog home traumatized, etc. Doggy Den is consistently prompt, clean, has decent wait times to get an appt, and best of all, fair prices. Thank you for running a good grooming business. The dogs in there always look at ease despite their many numbers. Special shout out to Esther.

I was looking for a dog groomer to trim my dogs nails and was suggested to try this place. I called on friday to get an appointment(like their website suggests) for the following week and was told to try back the morning I wanted to come in and they would tell me what time to come in. I work full time so this was going to be difficult but I thought, "Hey they were recommended so I'll give them a chance". I called Monday and they said "Yeah I guess come in today if you can". I got off work early to be there as soon as possible. Once I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment, I told them I tried to make an appointment but was instructed to come in and the person at the desk acted annoyed that I was there and proceeded to ask if any of the groomers wanted to take my dog. All the groomers ignored her and acted as if they didn't really want to help us. Now I have a boxer so he is not small, but is super friendly. Once one of the groomers reluctantly agreed to help us, the groomer did an okay job but acted the whole time as if we were a massive inconvenience for her. I just found it weird that I was wanting to pay them for a service yet they acted as if they were put out the whole time.I would not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like your a burden and inconvenience for the business.

Thoroughly pleased with emergency groom needed after my own at-home attempts. No judgment, just kind help to get on top of mats and general condition. My girl came home looking great and staff worked to keep her fur as long as possible, which I’m sure took extra care and effort.

Love this place for several reasons, but my #1 reason is the people who work there and the owner is great too! Pups abound freely within a gated salon and it's a great social experience for our beloved pets! Also love that you can drop off your dog @ 9 am and no matter when the grooming app't is, you can pick up your pet at 5 pm! (Possibly later?) Plus they board and I've had many of my friends board their dogs here and they love it too!

I brought my cute little fur baby Lulu in to this shop to have John Love groom her. He was so nice while making the appointment. He worked with me on a time and was so excited to meet Lulu. When I got there the owner and John (maybe John is an owner too) were so nice to us. I love the environment. Lulu usually hates getting groomed but when I saw John finishing her up, she was smiling and wagging her cute little tail. I thought she was a poodle (small) but turns out the owner let me know she is Maltese and Poodle so she is a maltipoo, isn't that the cutest? i just have always loved Maltese. I just want to say that all the dogs looked so happy and the groomers all take such good care of them and they are animal lovers themselves. I highly recommend that you let your dog experience a visit. They don't kennel your dog either, it is like one big happy family. Thank you so much for making Lulu comfortable and looking so darn cute!!!!

I have used the Doggy Den for several years and I have always been happy with the way my dog looks when I pick her up! I live in Southern Utah county and have tried other places closer to me but cant find anyone who does as good a job for as good a price as Doggy Den so the drive is worth it to me. The owner has always been professional and a pleasure to work with. I have and will continue to recommend this business to family and friends!

I have taken my dogs to a number of groomers over the years, which gives me a good idea of what to expect. With that said our previous groomer (doggy decadence) did a fantastic job but is no longer open.The space in this store is extremely cramped, and a large number of dogs are running all over. The store is dirty and beat up. I did not feel that my dogs would be safe there or stay clean after their grooming. I could see a large amount of urine and feces on the ground.Now lets talk about the quality of the grooming. It was awful! After the first experience with my two dogs we decided to go back as we felt the staff was overwhelmed from an increase in clientele from our previous groomer closing. We had hoped our second visit would be better. It was worse. We ended up taking one of our dogs back as his face was not trimmed at all, I mean completely missed. To be completely honest, the cuts looked like someone who had never cut hair decided to work there for a day.There are many options in the Sandy area to have your dogs groomed. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

I LOVE The Doggy Den!! They have been so Accommodating at every turn. My two--11and a half year old pups Dahli and Dyson Love it there and, most importantly, when I leave them, my Dogs are super Happy!! If you ever question a place to Leave your pups for Boarding or Grooming, This is the place!! It's given me so much Peace of Mind knowing that I can leave them here and when I return, I see my SAME Happy Dogs!! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Bindi is AMAZING!!! My dog is very aggressive towards groomers and she has always been so loving towards us and our dog! She takes the time to get to know her customers and their pets! My dog also has a skin allergy and she always remembers to use the right shampoo and he always comes home looking amazing 10/10 would recommend!! They are phenomenal.

I took my two dogs to The Doggy Den for the first time today. During this time of social distancing they made arrangements so they were able to take care of our fur babies. I wish I could find a place to get my hair cut in these times. I'm quite pleased with The Doggy Den and will be back again.They also have a kennel service for when I need to travel without the dogs. That's nice to know...Thanks Doggy Den!

I took my pup in for nail hanging off his quick thinking it was really bad. These lovely ladies took him in and trimmed it. Told me it was as bad as it could’ve been and didn’t charge me for it. They gave me really great tips to keep the nail clean! A really lovely environment for your dog and very nice people as well. I’ll be back again soon to get him groomed there!
