I do not recommend the dog zone. I used the self wash and it was the worst I have ever been to. It is so cheap, and not in a good way. Cheap, dirty, falling apart tools. The baths are so dirty and it was just a hose. The shampoo was basically water. There was no conditioner out and I had to really ask for them to bring some out due to my dogs skin needs and the bottle was absolutely drenched in sticky stuff and hair. It is so loud in there due to the boarding / daycare, which honestly looked sad - a small 4x5 gated concrete bottom area with a cot. I would never leave my dog there. He was terrified. I'm nervous how his skin is going to react to the product, but time will tell. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Although the price of $16.50 for a larger dog is relatively affordable I guess, there are MUCH better places.

We have had awesome experiences with boarding at the dog zone. Today we had a grooming appointment with Elijah and he did such a good job! We have tried a lot of groomers over the years and I honestly think this is the best we’ve had. He treated our dog with love and kindness and did an excellent job on the grooming. Very impressed with their staff and service! Definitely recommend.

Axle and Rex stayed with the dog zone for 9 days. I was super worried but they were well taken care of and made so many friends during their stay! I use them for daycare at least once a month for them to get out and play and socialize. Daycare is amazing as well! Can't wait to bring the dogs back to play.

Glad I went! Dogs in the boarding area were barking and seemed to be having a good time. Place was kept clean, and the tools that I used all worked well. I went for the self serve wash and a nail trim, lady at the front counter was nice (and patient) and Elijah was very sweet with my little dog. Thanks Dog Zone! Bonz and I will be happy to visit again

My regular groomer was booked until August… This was my first time ever going here! I just randomly picked!🙌 Everything was perfect down to his ears! He smells so freaking good! He did his teeth, tail and just these tiny little perfect details! YESsssss! 👏Look how precious when I picked him up! Everyone is complimenting him!I wouldn’t do a review if I wasn’t thishappy 🐕! I’ll add a before and after picture too! You’re a rockstar! We will be back 💯! Best haircut he’s ever gotten! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🐾

I regularly wash my labradoodle at a DIY pet center. I kinda ran across this one while driving. It’s near home and I called to get their hours cuz I was running behind. I base my 5 rating on their availability, it was easy, everything worked and I wasn’t on a timer machine. I upgraded my 75 lb. dog wash to include hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner, aluminum tub, . It was $24 and I took my sweet time. The blow dryer worked great, he hates their loud pitch sound, but a towel over his head does ok. Bottom line is everybody’s happy and that can be worth a 5 sometimes.

Mine and my partner's dog always looks amazing after his grooming appointments with Elijah, our groomer of choice. The service that we receive from the Dog Zone has always been wonderful since we started bringing him in for both daycare and grooming visits back in 2017. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I love the dog zone grooming!! I’ve had some bad groomers in the past (one broke my dogs tail) so I have been super hesitant to try anywhere new. We tried to dog zone that was recommended by a friend and we love it!! We love Elijah!! He always does such a good job!! My dog had some bad matting by his tail due to the weather and I told him if he needed to he could shave it, but he is so good he didn’t!! Finn looks so good. 10/10 recommend.

Groom turned out well and they worked me in which was really nice. Only complaint which unfortunately is a big one is they clipped one of her nails to the finger short enough to bleed and didn’t communicate this to me. This is a common difficulty in grooming so I’m not necessarily annoyed it happened, but annoyed for it not being communicated. Mistakes happen, but I’m paying for a professional service.

We have been taking our two yorkie pups here for a couple years now and the service has been getting better and better! We just had them both groomed this week and they were done within 3 hours and looked wonderful when finished! Such a lovely staff that really seems to care about the animals that walk in the doors- thank you!! 🐾❤️ 🏼

Leah (the dog) was brought in to help with the matting around her legs. Now it’s fair that it was really bad but there were random patches of hair around the face and belly there were so uneven and left completely botched. I was very unsatisfied with the service and felt like the staff barely tried. I took her to Petco the same day and they were able to even out the terrible job.

The dog zone was wonderful. They were very friendly and kind to our dog. Our dog looked wonderful after she was groomed. They did a wonderful job. The cost was reasonable. The only reason why I have 4 stars was because their facility felt a little dirty and had a smell that was difficult to tolerate. Other than that it was a wonderful experience

I hadn’t boarded any dogs for nearly a decade. In fact, I barely got Josie in August ‘21 and Ava right before Christmas, so they’d never been boarded in their lives. Not just that, but boarded for 2 weeks! I was worried about them and missing them the entire time. The staff was amazing and quick to get us checked in and kept me updated on happenings like when they ran out of food and such, and even let us know how they were interacting with the other short-term residents. Not only that, but when I came to pick them up, Ava didn’t want to leave! They seemed to have loved their stay, the staff loves them, and I love the dog zone. I’ll definitely be returning for all our boarding needs and recommending to friends ❤️I’ll attach the photo from when we were leaving the dog zone for funsies!

My dog got a great bath, haircut, and nail trim. She came out looking posh and polished for summer and so happy, even though she was nervous going in because she is shy going into new places. She was clearly treated well and babied through the process so that she felt comfortable and happy.I am very pleased with her new haircut and how well trimmed all of her troublesome tangle spots are. She is prancing like a pony and smiling wide, so I know she is happy. Such a great experience for both of us. 😀

I took my dog Bolt there to get groomed and everyone there was so nice and knowledgeable and gave me good advice as well as making him look SOOOOOO good!!! They loved my dog as if he was their own and treated him so well!!! Thabk you guys for making my puppy look and smell so amazing!!!!

Used the self service dog wash station. All supplies were. Staff was friendly and accomodating (I had an injured foot I couldn't walk on so I had someone come with me to assist, but the staff provided me with a chair and made sure I wouldn't slip on anything). If I had a question, it was easy to get help. They didn't have staff at the front the whole time, but a bell rings if you open the door and they are quick to respond. I could see the kennels in the back and they appeared to be clean and dogs seemed content. They seemed to enjoy they're social time when they were let out of the kennel. Staff made sure the station was clean before I used it. They had towels, shampoo, and conditioner available all thigh I used my own (I believe they charge extra for conditioner). Yes a grooming table and 2 hair dryers. They have a bigger tub and a smaller tub. I have a 27lb dog who had plenty of room in the smaller tub.

As a former employee please please be cautious when bringing your dogs here. There have been maggots , there were times when dogs didn't get fed because of either poor training of the employees or just plain negligence. I would not recommend bringing an unfixed dog on account of the dogs constantly going after one another. The managers hardly ever come to the actual facility, the staff doesn't train new employees as much as they should, overall id find a different doggy daycare for your pets.

Would be 5 stars if they had a out Door area. Not big fan of not being able to potty out side with all our potty training. But Daisy loves coming here and leaves super tired. They treat her well and send me pictures every time I call. Would recommend

I did the self dog wash, they had good stuff, aprons, shampoo and conditioner, a dryer, but they didn't have any brushes, even though online it said they did. Kinda hard to dry a double coated, shedding dog without a brush. But besides that the staff were very friendly and everything else was great.

My dog is just a giant sweet ball of anxiety (German Shepard x husky) and they did so well with him I believe his groomer was Isaiah which scrim made friends with fast. I forgot to warn him scrim was also an escape artist but he found out soon. My baby looks soo good and his nails!!!! Thanks Isaiah! Hope your ears feel better soon!

My dogs are very well taken care of here. Everyone that works here is awesome! I have been taking my dogs here for over a year and have never had anything but good experiences. I have two large dogs and they can be a handful, so I am grateful to have found a place I can trust with them. They are also very reasonably priced and well worth the cost. I bring my boys to daycare at least once a week and have boarded them many times.

I would strongly discourage recommending this establishment under any circumstances. There appears to be significant operational shortcomings that are cause for concern. Firstly, the absence of adequate training provided to the staff by the proprietor is indicative of an organizational deficit. This omission places the staff in a position where success is elusive, leading to subsequent errors. Regrettably, the proprietor's response to these errors lacks assertiveness and instead of rectifying the situation or engaging with the client, the onus is placed on the staff to resolve these issues unguided.In addition to the aforementioned challenges with scheduling and client interactions, the state of the facility itself is markedly substandard. In contrast to my experiences with numerous other boarding facilities over the years, the conditions at The Dog Zone are deeply unsatisfactory. The distressing occurrence of dogs being compelled to rest in their own uncleaned waste is, astonishingly, a recurring phenomenon. Such treatment of animals is disheartening and reflects a disregard for their welfare.Given these compelling concerns, it is my belief that an urgent intervention is warranted. The continuation of operations at this establishment should be subjected to careful scrutiny and evaluation. The welfare of the animals and the integrity of the services provided demand nothing less than immediate attention.Just to clarify completely - the owner, Larry, messed up my reservation and refused to take responsibility. I had booked a two-night boarding and made sure the staff understood this very clearly. By the way, I strongly recommend checking out the reviews on Yelp - they're absolutely terrible! It seems like Larry has gone ahead and posted fake reviews on Google to boost their rating!! Please be cautious and think twice before trusting this place.

This was a first time for us to go the Dog Zone for haircut. The person at the front desk and the groomer both were very polite and nice. The groomer did awesome haircut for my dog and he is looking super cute. We all love the new look of our Teddy. There is little strong animal smell inside but the service is amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you.
