I love Target, and the location cannot be beat, but I am at a loss on how they expect to pickup traffic in the store when their aisles have such low availability. I did not take this photo just to be snide, but out of frustration of always this Target a chance instead of other nearby stores. If they don’t have staples like chicken and beef (regularly), how likely am I to shop here again?Signed: Someone who keeps trying this location, continuously hoping for wider selections of the basics.

Kiss my @ss target, never come here. Just needed a reminder why I shouldn't. 1 checker having a panic attack because she can't get a single associate or manager to answer her calls for help. It's just sad to see what has become of normal customer service. It's almost non-existent compared to what it used to be.

There’s no such thing as a quick Target trip at this store. I’ve never seen more than 3 actual check out lines open, and the self check outs on the electronics side are NEVER open. The other self check outs always have a line of 10+ people. If you’re not going to staff things, at least invest in more self check outs so I don’t need to wait 12 minutes to leave with my two items. Quicker to go to Walmart (with their like 20 self check outs) or to Smiths.

Save some time by driving straight to the next target location. This one is atrocious. I couldn’t believe that each time I turned a corner, it kept looking like a good will rummage sale. Impossible to find the sizes you want or basically anything for that matter. Floors are littered with hangers, clothing and yes, actual trash. What an absolute trash hole. And after reading the months and months of reviews that have the same feed back as I do, looks like they’re not interested in cleaning up.

I would not recommend this location at all. Rarely are things stocked and in addition, when items are stocked it’s because the products are expired. Yesterday I went in to pick up some macaroni and cheese and found a whole row of expired boxes, dating all the way back to January 4th 2023. Completely unacceptable.

Love this store for the variety of merchandise available. It is possible to get really good values if you shop wisely(use the app and available offers). A very enjoyable place to go exploring! My little grandson loves to take his mini Target cart with us.

Don't buy an infant car seat here or any other baby safety products.I will admit, we made our first parenting mistake. We didn't save the receipt for a car seat that we had bought with cash that we had gotten from a baby shower. That was our mistake. I completely understand why they wouldn't return the car seat. Lesson learned.What we are upset about is they sold us a car seat that had been opened (from the bottom of the box so we didn't notice it) and it was missing stuff. The car seat didn't have any warranty/recall information, no instructions on how to install it and the seat had obviously been used. There was baby spit up all over the car seat. I would have been totally fine using the car seat from an open box if everything it was supposed to come with was in the box and if the seat wouldn't have been used. I just don't get how the employees don't feel like they need to check a product as important as a car seat, but then again this location has been going down hill for years. Definitely won't ever shop at any Target again. I'm upset that they didn't care about my baby's safety. There was no way we can guarantee that it is safe if heaven forbid we were to get into a car accident.We ended up going to the Super Walmart just on the other side of the freeway. Much much better experience because we got all the warranty/recall information, and the instructions on how to install the car seat in the actual box that the car seat came in. Also the walmart had many more options of car seats to choose from. So yeah for baby stuff, go to Walmart. You'll also save $20 on the exact same car seat.

Every time we've come to this target it will say things are in stock but when we go to the spot it says the item is on the shelf it isn't there.This last time we asked an employee for help and they said they knew how to find it but didn't know exactly where it was so we should talk to his coworker. When he brought us over to his coworker and said the guy told us to talk to him he nodded then completely ignored us for 10 minutes before turning around and finally telling us he couldn't help us.I understand things get hectic but this experience was just horrendous.If you need to shop at target I would highly recommend taking the extra time to go to literally any other location.

i’ve like never written a review before but it was PACKED the day i went… i was expecting it and stuff like that doesn’t bother me… but i waited in line to checkout, i ended up changing my mind on an item, i get it can be stressful around the holidays, BUT! the older woman Kathy was super rude??? like i said i changed my mind and asked if i could not get this item and the lady rolled her eyes and was like “yeah sure” and just continued to huff and puff. continue to throw the item on the register… crazy… please don’t stay at a customer service job if you literally can’t be kind to people, leave your job if you’re going to be that way.

Update: This location constantly looks to be under a state of disrepair and neglect. Shelves and softlines are trashed and never recovered. It is increasingly hard to find any team members on the floor to assist guests. In comparison, the local Walmart is able to run a larger store and somehow keep it cleaner and in-stock. What is going on at a management level?

Unbelievable!! I’ve never seen a store quite like this one! What’s going on at the Sandy Target? I felt like I was in the middle of a rummage sale. I turned around and left without even considering purchasing anything. Unfortunately this store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

THIS TARGET HAS FALLEN! They do not care about your time. The people working in clothes department sit around in a circle gossiping while you wait 30 min for self checkout. They don't care about pulling people form other departments to help the line crisis. They just don't care anymore. GO TO WALMART i never thought I'd say that ever but here I am. Go to Walmart you'll be much happier when you leave and won't sit in your car writing bad reviews lolPS all these guides leaving 5 star reviews must be paid employees

Target bakery hit it out of the park with my son’s birthday cake. They didn’t have an official Avatar cake but the girl was very helpful in helping me create a custom cake. She did a beautiful job and such a great price almost too low of a price for the high quality I got. Very happy and I will continue ordering birthday cakes from here. 10/10

This is THE WORST Target I’ve ever been to! There was trash, clothes, hangers all over the floor. I’ve never seen a Target this disorganized! Nothing was in its place and display tables were knocked completely on the floor. I thought I was at Walmart!

The Sandy Target is the most disorganized Target I have ever been to. It’s easily the worst target out there. Nothing is ever where it’s supposed to be or they simply don’t have what your looking for. Save your sanity and drive to South Jordan or any other target

I needed clothes and im sort of picky so I took like the whole store with me into the fitting rooms and the worker named lilly/Lily was so sweet and helped me so much such a kind girl I'm glad that people take pride in there work like Lily/Lilly does! Love her so much she deserves a bonus or pay raise! She was such a lifesaver! Some workers can be so mean and I have worked in retail and it's hard work to stay positive all the time!!!!

Unfortunately my kids are obsessed with Target, but they always have what they need! The customer service is great here, so it makes the shopping experience much more pleasant. Great place for Halloween!

I went to this location to buy something to BBQ today. Hardly any meat! I found that bizarre since they advertised great prices for what I was looking for. I'll never go back.

Came in with a budget to buy a webcam. I found it for $80 on the shelf, had room in the budget so I grabbed some cards. I made my purchase in the electronics area and on my way out I look at my receipt and see the webcam is $120.Now having overspent I go to the returns just to return the cards. They don’t let me return the cards due to it being a non returnable item and they refuse to honor the advertised price on the shelf.That was 35 minute process and they didn’t care to help at all.

It's a Saturday just before noon, two registers are open and three self-checkout are open and there are lines wrapped in opposite directions for each.Hire more people and open another register. I personally HATE waiting in line longer than I spent actuall shopping.

This target location is great. It is well maintained. The lines can sometimes take a while to get through but that’s alright. The employees seem very helpful. The location and hours of operation are convenient and the parking lot is never full.

Waited over 10 minutes for an order pick up when the employee finally came out to the service desk just said sorry I was on the other side of the store. I don’t think anyone is watching over the front end ever!
