I have been working with Denyce to adopt my first feathered friend. Her, her volunteers and her nephew have all been completely amazing to work with. I've tried working with other bird adoption agencies and I've been unsuccessful because I live in Montana, and most rescues won't even consider you if you live out of their state or farther than 350 miles away, no matter how good of a fit you are. They have given me a chance and I'm so beyond grateful to them. They are incredibly caring for their birds. I've been in twice now and you can see just how much they care for the birds in their care and as a whole. They are SO BEYOND knowledgeable about every bird in their care. They do a great job matching you with a feathered friend based on what the bird needs. She was able to decode every thing the bird did as it was doing it, explain mannerisms and she is so patient witty me and the bird. I sat there for 2 hours with 2 birds, just letting them explore me and working through their anxiety with me being a new person for them. She got other birds out to give them attention and allow them time out of their cage too, in a safe way. She has been faced with impossible situations with horders in the area and she absolutely is a safe place for these birds awaiting their forever home. They also set you up with everything you need for your feathered friend, a cage, starter food, toys, info sheets, etc. And she's a great resource. I look look forward to my next few visits with my hopeful, soon to be bird friend and I could totally see me coming back for another once I get settled with my first little friend. These are great people, I wish there were more of them. The prices are fantastic too, and you are contributing to a good cause going through her than a breeder. There are many options too. If I could give her a better review, I would. Thank you for taking care of these birds, some of which were surrendered to her many years ago. She does a good job of making sure you are matched well.

We're huge fans of Ronie's! We've been coming here for seven years or more and have never received anything but the highest level of customer care and expertise.We also had an excellent experience recently adopting a bird from Ronie's. It's actually B&B Bird Rescue, which is a separate entity from the store but it's the same building and same people. They have an entire interview process, with an application and references, and then you come in and an expert observes your interaction with the bird you're looking at adopting. All in all it was a very professional experience. All the love.

Everything is so clean and they have the best healthy pellet options that you can’t get in typical pet stores. Denise and Dominic and the volunteer staff do a wonderful job caring for the rescue birds that didn’t receive the best care in their past homes. They are very thorough through the whole adoption process making sure they go to the right home. I have felt they’ve had my back with anything that has popped up since adopting my bird and never once felt like they didn’t care. Our new girl is already very loved and a part of the family. I will be a long time supporter and highly recommend this rescue to anyone interested in adopting a bird. Thank you for all you do!

my special needs green cheek and i are new to the state. needed to establish somewhere i can get specialty items, get his nails trimmed, etc and found Ronie's. they are 25 mins from me and after arriving for my grooming appointment with my little buddy i realised i left my wallet all the way back at home. they were kind enough to left my first visit be on the house. you dont see that kind of service anymore, can't recommend this place enough ! totally worth the long drive

We are so in love with our new family member Cobe a blue and gold macaw. Roni’s was so great to work with us since we traveled every week to visit him. They not only gave us a great deal, but sent us home with toys, food, cages and more. I am so impressed with how hard working everyone is there. I recently adopted from Ronnie's and my experience was great! You can tell how much they care for the birds and placing them in the right home's. During the process of adoption they not only answered all of my many questions they also took the time to educate me on how to care for my bird. I also use the store to get .my supplies and grooming done.I enjoy going in there to talk with them. They are always nice and helpful.

This place is great! Everyone there is very nice and have a love for birds. I take my Budgies in to have their beak and nails trimmed and it's always a pleasant experience. They are very careful with my birds and do a great job.They have lots of quality toys available as well as fresh millet that my birds LOVE!if you're in the market for a feathery friend or if your feathery friend needs some new toys, food, or treats you should definitely pay Ronies a visit. They are great people.

Such a wonderful place. Ronie's has excellent wild bird feed and toys for pet birds. They are a great place to board your bird for vacation. You can rest assured your feathered baby will be loved and well cared for. Most importantly, they are an amazing rescue. There are so many beautiful birds awaiting their forever home there. They carefully ensure that the new bird guardian is properly matched with the perfect bird. They are also a 501c charity that relies on donations. Ronie's/B&B birds is an amazing parrot rescue. Even if you aren't rescuing a bird (rescuing a parrot is a very big responsibility and requires a lot), being able to go and see birds on their open house days is such a fun experience, and being able to donate and help them out is even better.They always need donations for the basics (newspapers for bird cages, money for food and toys) so I love being able to directly do my part and see the result of that. Sometimes they'll even let you pick a toy if you ask!When parrots get to go to a forever home it's a great feeling knowing you helped their quality of life in the meantime.

I take my conure here to do nail, beak and wing trims every few months. We have always had great experiences and the price is very reasonable. My conure would probably give it a one star review, but she’s just a big baby. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Ronie’s For the Love of Birds. They displayed patience and were very gentle while handling my cocktail. They perform the grooming in-front of you so you have the added peace of mind your bird is being handled with care. This is the best place for anything bird related! Everyone there really cares. If you have any questions they have lots of experience. I bring my bird with scissor beak in for regular grooming and they take such good care of her. There are always plenty of toys, food, and treats to choose from. If I ever need to board my bird I know for a fact that I could trust her in their care. And if I’m ever wanting to add another bird to my family I will definitely adopt through them.

We discovered Ronie’s when we were searching for a parrot supply store for toys. They have so many amazing and stimulating toys for parrots. They also did a fabulous job trimming my African Grey’s nails. You can tell that the birds they have up for adoption at the shop are incredibly well cared for and important to them. The staff is very helpful and kind. We will definitely be returning again and again. It’s always a treat for my family to stop by. We are so glad we found this place!

That being said, they care just that much about their customers.They are always there for questions, information and education to help you make the best decision for your feather babies.My birds are my children and mean more then anything to me. I’ve been a regular customer of this amazing shop for years now. I know my birds are in good hands with their expert grooming services, and I buy all my bird care supplies there, including toys, pellets, treats and herbal supplements. Staff are very knowledgeable! They are so kind too. I asked if we could buy some treats to feed the parrots and they gave me some from behind the desk. I had my son with me, who can be nervous around new animals. I wanted to see how he did with the different birds. Great place to go if you are looking for a parrot, or if you need some quality bird supplies. They are also great for asking questions about training and birds and where to go to find the best information.

Great intelligent staff, Denise and Dominic know birds.It's great to work with folks that dedicate themselves to re-homes birds instead of adding to the number of birds by breeding and selling babies. Birds live long lives, many times longer than their owners. They work hard to give great birds a new lease on life with a new family. Much better than putting these amazing animals down.They have very high quality seed, made just for their store. They stock great toys. Dominic has always been so incredible with our birds for wing and nail trims. Most recently when we took in one of our birds that was recovering and a bit weak, he was very gentle. We took in new birds to our family and he was helpful with their first clippings.We won't go anywhere else and love supporting them.THE BEST cuddlebones, too. Our birds are so picky, they will chew on no other brand than what we purchase here. Quality food, toys, and supplements.

I've been a visitor/customer for years, and have always been impressed with this place, even when it changed hands. It's always clear that the welfare of birds comes first (which is good to know when you board your parrot ). The store is always very clean and the owners are knowledgeable, helpful and very fun to talk to. Do not expect to buy a parrot here, because the store does not "sell" parrots even though it did in the past. This is because the owners recognize that the real need is to rehome parrots who have lost their homes. (parrots often outlive their owners.) You can go home with a new parrot friend, but in essence the parrot has to agree with the store owners that you will be a good caretaker. This might happen over a matter of weeks, but not in a single day. If you adopt a parrot from Ronie's you'll know that you have the continuing support you might need. And if you already have a parrot, this is a great place to find food, toys, and good advice.

We just love this place! The birds are well cared for. Clean environment and cages. We especially love that such care is taken to make sure they are in the least traumatizing transitional housing. You can tell the staff at Ronie's really care for each and every bird.
