This pharmacy goes above and beyond in every way! I picked them because they deliver, little did I know they deliver in more ways than one! The pharmacists are very helpful, the aids and technicians are so nice. Then there’s Tammy and Susie, who are miracle workers! It’s like having my own personal person! Tammy fights the insurance and doctor battles for me. She gets all my medications filled on time and checks in with me often. I can’t believe I spent years putting up with the insanity and rudeness of the big chains, when this awesome pharmacy exists! Thank you Jolleys!

I wish I had a good review. I recently filled a compounded prescription through Jolley's in Sandy. I have amazing pharmacy benefits and had reached my yearly out of pocket deductible. When I filled this prescription, I was told that a portion of the prescription price was "not covered" by my insurance so I was charged an additional amount. When I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance, I was confused by the amount billed as it was very different that what Jolley's told me the cost of the medication was. I contacted my insurance carrier and was told that the compounding fee was DEFINITELY 100% covered and they weren't sure why I was charged an additional amount. I asked that they contact Jolley's. My insurance company was told by Jolley's that Jolley's didn't agree with the contracted amount (it was too low), so they passed the amount not covered onto the customer. My insurance suggested that if Jolley's did not agree with the contacted amount, they needed to renegotiate with the insurance carrier, not penalize the customer. Telling me that my insurance company "did not cover" this compounded prescription was deceptive. Jolley's billed my insurance company the FULL amount, which DID NOT include the amount they required me to pay at the time I picked up my prescription -- which I feel was also very deceptive. After talking with the Jolley's pharmacist, I was told that because Jolley's is a "small community pharmacy" they can't always accept the contract price given by the insurance companies. If that is the case, just tell me, the customer -- don't tell me that my insurance company does not cover the expense of my medications. I guess I'll have to find another compounding pharmacy -- I used Jolley's Sandy because they are in my neighborhood. So much for honest neighborhood pharmacies.

We LOVE these folks!Delivery service was started when we moved ALL are prescriptions here.We are greeted by name after our setup visit.Compounding is important to us. We trust them to keep us 'going strong.'Be careful with the driveway. It is a very sharp turn with a high curb...be alert.

They have always been so accommodating but today they withheld my medication because I needed to have a total of 5 prescriptions to receive my one important one for my mental health. Because they want to make a profit! It’s all about money for them. Not about helping patients/customers get their medication they need especially when they are out. That is horrible customer service in my opinion. Withholding medicine from a patient that has been prescribed by their Dr. 👎🏼

Claimed they reviewed pricing with me beforehand when they did NOT. Then refused to allow me to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy even though the technician I spoke to said I could transfer it. Really predatory practices which left me facing serious medical consequences for my child, or to pay them out of pocket for the cost. Don’t ever go here. This should absolutely be illegal.

I love going to the Jolly’s pharmacy! It is such a welcoming atmosphere and everyone there is so kind. I always feel well taken care of when I go there - unlike big chain pharmacies. Plus there is the cutest gift shop that I can’t help getting things from!

Be aware of the automatic refills and delivery without insurance. Every month they kept refilling and charging my card on file about a week earlier each time for my senior dog. I thought it was more convenient especially for a working mom and it was nice so I didn't have to worry about running out, however I informed them she might not be around much longer so I wanted to go on a month to month basis, unfortunately she passed over the holiday weekend and before I got a chance to cancel it they sent it and charged my card 9 days earlier then needed so I was left with a month and a half of medication I no longer needed(which I just left in their Rx dumping station) and a hefty charge they would not refund. I was disappointed that they wouldn't refund an unopened bag of a delivery I didn't even touch with the receipt still attached I tried to take back the next day and I understand that they can't take back medication however it's not my fault they sent it so early that I didn't even get a chance to cancel it. I'm sure this situation would've been completely different if I had insurance for my dog because they don't usually cover early refills but since it was Self Pay they didn't seem to care how early they refilled and charged my card on file. I will not be going back due to this situation, and I will definitely be informing as many people I know since I work in the Healthcare industry and I believe customer service is very important and trumpts over gifts and treats in their store.

One of my bottles was leaking when I received it. I called and spoke with the pharmacist, he basically accused me of lying. Tried to put the blame on the doctor’s office. Said they’ve never had a bottle leak before. “We have this problem a lot with this specific medication. People take it and like it so much that they want an early refill and report it as lost or stolen.” I had not even taken the prescription at this point. The pharmacist did not believe me and did not offer anyway to fix the issue.

This is my pharmacy and has been for years. The pharmacists and the entire staff are wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to answer questions. They also have a cute gift shop and free delivery. Highly recommended.

I’ve given this place a rating before. Upon reflection on how I was treated near Christmas I would like to reiterate the situation. I get a compounded medication that is class II. So in theory they need to be careful. I was with jolleys for about 4 months.Things went sour as my myasthenia Gravis, and anxiety got worse. My pain became unbearable and my anxiety and depression even worse due to my deteriorating condition.Unfortunately they labeled me as a “drug seeker” and treated me as such even though I had the full confidence of my neurologist and he was trying to find the right dose for me.I’ve been with another pharmacy for a good 6 months now with no problems. Pharmacist Elliot specifically treated me with less than humane dignity. I don’t want to see other patients go through the judgement and labeling I went through. I would be very happy to discourage any compounding patient to contact me and tell you where to go. 1. They treat you with love and integrity, 2, they are MUCH cheaper. I have full confidence in my new pharmacy and they do in me.Moral of my review is jolleys Sandy discriminates you. Leave.

We love this pharmacy and every one of their pharmacists and techs. They give you the personal care and time to explain any questions or concerns you may have. When we served our mission, they sent our meds directly to us without us having to keep track of when they were due for refills. When I had a recent bout with food poisoning, they were helpful in suggesting non-prescription alternatives, that truly helped turn the issues I had, around for me. Best pharmacy ever! And the gifts shop part of the pharmacy is such a great place to browse and pick up unique gifts - just what you’re looking for! Try them - they’re amazing and you’ll love the whole experience!

I have never heard of this pharmacy until the other day at my lactation appointment at the U and got an Rx and I had it sent here because my mom lives two miles away. I walked in everyone was very kind and helpful. They got me my Rx and I was back on my way in 20 min. The next evening I got a call that they had only mixed part of the ingredients so it was just aquaphor... but the pharmacist apologized and told me he was making the new one right then and going to personally take it to the house in Sandy!! I was blown away at the customer service and that he even offered to do this; instead of telling me I need to come back, at my convenience to get it. Thank you!! It made my life so much easier working full time and full time mother! Thank you for calling me too and not just letting me think this stuff wasn't working as fast as they said it would.So honest and kind. I also bought a cute little wooden picture from their gift shop for my bathroom! Highly recommend for gifts/jewelry/baby stuff, and a great compound pharmacy. Definitely coming back. I was specifically asked if I wanted my prescription filled fully or in half by the lady who was taking my prescription yesterday. I had told her that I indeed wanted the full amount, as my doctor wanted me to use it very frequently over the next two weeks. However, when I picked it up, the prescription was only half filled (120 instead of 240ml). This means I will have to likely get the other half filled, when it should have been filled in the first place. Why was I asked and then ignored? While I don't doubt they use the correct ingredients, it definitely makes me miffed that they couldn't read the total amount and the note I thought the lady wrote on my RX paper. Very irate.

I've been getting a compounded medication from this pharmacy since 2006. When I moved to NV 7+ years ago I was afraid I would need to stop the medication since I could not locate a pharmacy in Henderson or Las Vegas that compounded the medication. I was delighted to find out that Jolley's can mail the prescription to me. With our hot weather here they are able to mail the prescription in a cooled container to prevent damage or changes in the medication. When I lived in Utah I discovered Jolley's as a result of our primary doctor's office being right down the hall. I fell in love with the gift shop and found they have great bargains if you catch their sales. Sometimes it's worth splurging to get unique items at the gift shop. I'm still using an essential oil household cleaner I bought from them. Staff are always so nice and helpful when I call to discuss mailing the prescription, to update them on credit card information or changes in my insurance. If they have any questions they always call me for the information. I give this Jolley's pharmacy an AAA+++ rating. They make my compounding concerns and prescription refills easy, and it's always fun to shop while my prescription is being filled. I so glad I found them.

Very helpful when I got mixed directions from home on insurance coverage. Multiple people helped me understand a discount that I could get on a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance. Saved us quite a bit on the full price.Pretty busy place that does a ton of business of compounding scripts.

Shout out to Elliot the pharmacist and his pharmacy team! They give Fast, Friendly & Accurate prescription service. This was my 1st time at Jolleys pharmacy. I called to make sure they had the meds I needed for compounding and Elliot; the pharmacist was so nice and was able to tell me that part of the prescription would be covered under insurance and what to expect in total cost. I called other compounding pharmacies and another Jolleys and the price quoted to me was so much more. When I got there it was easy to find. I was greeted and acknowledged right away. While I waited for my meds they have an OTC section and a little gift shop that you can browse through. When my meds was ready Elliot is very knowledgeable and counseled me on what to expect and how to store them. McKenzie helped ring me up for everything and offered an ice pack to go for my meds. Everyone was very kind and professional. Thanks for the great customer service!

I just dropped off a prescription. You have to order the materials to compound it. I understand that. But you required a payment (credit card number) on file despite not dispensing the goods. I am a prescribing doctor and I will tell my patients to fill elsewhere. I have never had a pharmacy do this before.

A mistake was made with a prescription I needed to pick up and the doctors office needed to clear up the mistake was closed for the weekend. Tammy went out of her way to find a solution and make it possible for us to pick our prescription up when promised. She was kind, understanding and accommodating. I was very impressed and grateful. Her customer service made me want to use Jolley's for every prescription!

I have been shopping here for years, initially, for my husband's meds. Now, we bring our 7 y.o. daughter. She always finds a treat in the famous "dolly nook", and I get something I love for bath time. As a Disabled Veteran, my husband needs special help. Not only does Becky and Troy always go above and beyond for him, they treat us all as family. I have an internal (discounted) pharmacy where I work; we drive past three other pharmacies just to get to Jolley's, our home town pharmacy!

I was sent to Jolley's by my doctor for a special RX back at Christmas time. What I found was much more than a pharmacy. They have a ton of fun items and great gifts. I found a beautiful burgundy shawl for my mother, who loved it... and my daughter loved the rings. Also picked up some little owl figurines for another gift for a friend. I’ve used this pharmacy for years, for both compounded and regular prescriptions. The pharmacists have always been very willing to answer all my many questions. I’ve needed several compounded medications over the years; they’ve helped work through my insurance questions (my insurance isn’t great for compounded prescriptions) and helped me get the best value for my meds. We’ve started going there for our flu shots, too!

I was referred to Jolley’s by both my dermatologist and old pharmacy. Jolley’s offers wholesale pricing for my acne medication, which ended up saving me over $200 on just one month’s supply. They were very prompt to call me & obtain the rest of the info needed to transfer & fill my RX. I was kindly offered a free chapstick & bottle of Vanicream Moisturizer when I picked up my prescription; something they do for all first time Isotretinoin (Accutane) patients, since this medication is known to cause extremely dry lips & skin. Such small details really are appreciated, along with a very friendly staff!
