I bought a trout printed bandana for my golden retriever very cute on him. They have leashes and collars that also match the same print which is exciting to know. I loved the style and prints they had made for each item. What I found interesting is they have doggy beds that unzip and zip back up kind of like a sleeping bag. The employees that helped us very super friendly and invited our dog into the store so we could try on is the accessories on. The employee said both the colors and the leashes were made in the US so that's a bonus and all products in the store are high quality. The bandana was $14 and collars were about $21. Would definitely recommend going here especially if you like hiking or outdoorsy things cuz they have prints that will match your vibe. There's not much to the eye when you walk in but if you look deeper you'll find what you're looking for. Definitely would recommend this to friends.

I bought the dog harness that was not adequate to the size chart that they had shown I have asked for a replacement one or an exchange for a larger one and emails which they have not replied to me at all I have called them left voice messages there's been no reply to that as well. The dog harness was about half the size that was expecting to get. I picked the medium size one which extends up to 24 in and my dog that weighs 36 lb does not fit in it. That means a 36 lb dog is now a large or possibly an extra large dog according to their size chart. Little over priced and lower quality then expected.

I love the Wolfgang products! I had previously purchased two Martingales of theirs through Amazon, which are fantastic, but I was looker for a newer style for my pups and tried their website, and I'm glad I did! I purchased another two! They have such a variety and print for everyone. I had an issue with my Gpay giving the wrong address to ship, I sent an email and the Wolfgang crew took care of it and corrected my shipping location. I got the collars in two days. My dogs love them, the Martingales are awesome, we walk our dogs on a dog leash and the style really helps.

I put in an order a week ago and have yet to receive any shipping details.I had an issue the last time I purchased something from this company and thought I would still give them another try as their products are cute (durability to be determined).This company is impossible to get a hold of. I have been attempting to reach customer service for multiple days and I guess this review is my final attempt.

Update-Got ahold of someone there and the order was taken care of. The products are really good so glad it was able to be sorted out. Ordered a leash and collar, the website took my money and I waited a week for shipping info only to find out that they are closed up. Now I have to find a way to get my money back. Really frustrated by this. Update-I guess they are open but I have sent emails to the info account and on Facebook and no one is responding, which is why I thought they had closed up shop for good.

I bought the Antigua COMFORT DOG HARNESS for my 20-lb miniature schnauzer last year. It was a nice product but she didn't like it (no big deal) and I returned it to Wolfgang.1) The return process for Wolfgang is a pain. No pre-paid shipping label, had to go wait at the post office to get the product returned.2) To add insult to injury, I never received my refund from Wolfgang. I inquired about the status of the refund and was told there was no record of any return and since there was no USPS receipt I was out of luck.While Wolfgang makes good products (we do have a collar for our dog), I am not impressed with the service this company provides. I do not recommend.

Very dissapointed in my experience with this company. After placing an order on their website, there was some big mixup with shipping my order, I never received it. I left numerous emails and voice-mails, not one response. Eventually contacted them through social media. Whoever ran that account was indeed polite and helpful, however they were never able to give me any tracking info for my re-sent package, and just refunded me. If you really want one of their products, I suggest buying it through Amazon, or picking another company.

Collar is great and the design is beautiful. Staff communicated well after a order mishap (the USPS being at fault) and helped me resolve the issue. I highly recommend supporting this business and getting your pup a collar of quality and uniqueness. I will definitely be ordering more items from this company in the future.

All around great products... Trying to communicate with the company via email or phone is next to impossible. First off there is no clear customer service phone number. When trying to communicate via email it takes an entire day or more to get a response back. Apart from that I love this company. I don't know of another site that sells collars like this.Update: Within 30 minutes of me posting this review I got a call from Chandler explaining the situation. Problem solved. A little clarity goes a long way. Great company and great staff.

So let’s start with the positive.....the collar and harness are cute......that’s it. I’m leaving this review almost a year after I purchased the collar and harness. The day I got the harness I opened the package it was frayed already so 5 mins after I emailed with photos asking not for a refund but for a new one I never heard back. I called two days later and mentioned their warranty about if it breaks we’ll give you a new one......geez was like pulling teeth to get a new one. They asked why I didn’t send an email the day of ( I did) then asked for photos (they were in the email) then they said we’ll see what we can do. I also had said if you send us one can you size up and we can pay the difference......never heard back but two weeks later got the harness......still the wrong size. Now almost a year later the collar I purchased as well has fallen apart and our dog is an indoor dog....waste of money and the worst customer service!!!

Horrible harnesses. I was so excited when I purchased them but a few months later they started to fall apart from normal day to day use! I tried to contact support and they never get back to me. The harnesses are suppose to have a warranty but doesn’t look like the company is going to support it. On top of that the harness is holding a nasty smell that won’t wash out. I have washed in the washer. Hand washed. Nothing works. I am giving up. About ready to switch over to ruffwear. Designs were cool but quality was horrible. 😞Collar is still good but not the harness for both dogs unfortunately. They tried to blame it in chewing(for one harness) but the harness never come off the dogs and if they do, they go into a locked storage box. My dogs never chew on anything.

My order was shipped to the wrong address, which wasn’t a big deal, because after emailing Wolfgang, they said they would resend it. It’s now been over 2 weeks, and I still have not received a replacement. Not only that, they no longer respond to emails I’ve sent regarding the replacement and eventually just requesting a refund. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Honestly zero stars. I was so excited to receive my package today. The first thing I did was put it on my dog and it fit like a glove. 20 mins later the harness fabric came apart. I spent around $60 for the both leash and harness. I’m not going to bother using the leash anymore. I have a big strong dog and I need something durable. I’m so sad that this happen. Money down the darn.

I feel the need to write a review about the store location after my purchase months ago and minutes ago. My wife and i were expecting....haha to buy two puppies. We knew we would be getting them for Christmas presents for one another so we decided to jump ahead on purchasing things we would eventually need for the two little guys. Leashes and Collars were one item on the agenda. So we looked and researched and this seemed to be the Best Buy and quality out there. Being new to Salt Lake we were pleased to find this store location a few blocks down from where we reside. Anyways, i went in a bought 2 large collars and 2 leashes to match the print on the collars. We bought large ones because we knew our pups would one day grow. They were left packaged. At time of purchase I explained to the gentlemen helping me with checkout that i was unsure of how large the dogs were going to be and i really wanted some assurance that a return/ exchange would be fine and no hassle. He explained, all i needed was the collars. I LOVE when companies back there product so much they dont even need to see a receipt so....thats what i thought would be the case. Well here i am to tell all of you google reviewers out there that this was a flat out lie. I brought back the leashes to get a medium size seeing that the large collars on its smallest setting was still going to be hanging off my puppies necks. And let me just tell you how much NO HASSLE turned into. He argued with me that the product i had brought back was not resaleable....Hmmm seeing that i had never used it i asked him how so? He said that the material was “frayed”. He showed me a little stitch that had come undone from the LABEL that says WolfGang. I quickly picked up a paaackaged leashe and collar the company had on display at the store....what do you know same “wear and tear”. Something i had not noticed while purchasing and to be honest probably never would have, because I BOUGHT IT THAT WAY. Then it was this whole ordeal of him not knowing which collar-leash-harness sets they had or didn’t have. He didn’t know what print came in a harness and which ones did not. Anyways back to the collar situation. I just needed a medium collar so he swapped one of them for me but the other one (both unused) was deemed damaged. I get home a little more upset to find out he had just swapped a large collar for the same large collar. That’s right, not only do two employees not know what product they sell or even have they gave me the same sized collar..... So just Proitable Business 101. Cost to make leash collar and harness combo...i will ball park it at around $10.00. This company was not willing to take a loss on something that cost them less than $10 because their manufacturer left a frayed stitch on their label. But it gets worse they were also not willing for me to exchange the ones i had bought for another print that was available for the leash harness collar combo. I would have been buying 2 Large Harnesses each marked at $45.00!!!! But he couldn’t get over the fray on the label so he actually lost his company money. Logically not the right move. Financially not the right move. Not standing behind your product? No instagram marketing from me. No more business from me. For sure NO WORD OF MOUTH from me. Does this Company even have a Customer service team to resolve these issues or am i S.O.L?

I was really excited to buy a collar. The package never came or got mixed up with the post office. I searched everywhere for the package and even let the company know. They said they would send another one. They never did. I asked for a refund. No answer. What a bummer.

I ordered a harness during the holiday rush which never arrived. I called Wolfgang expecting to have to pull teeth to get results. Chandler answered, identified that the problem was on the courier's end, and provided tracking for another harness within 5 minutes. Customer service as it should be and accountability beyond the scope of the company. Never change, Chandler. Never change.

Absolutely amazing collars. Bought two for each of our Aussies. One collar had white on it and the white stayed clean for a very long time. We just recently purchased the new VintageWhite line after our first Aussie passed away this weekend. Looking to spoil our other Aussie we went with the VintageWhite line knowing by looking at our previous collars from Wolfgang, that the white would not be an issue. Went with the VintageWhite Collar, Harness, and leash for our little beast. Support your local business' and buy Wolfgang!

After a few week the color started to fray a little. Now a few months it is so bad I have to cut strings off. Our dog is inside most with the exception of walks and playing in our backyard. It shouldn't look this bad so fast.I tried to place a review on their website twice (2 different devices) and they never post it. So i wouldn't trust this company.

I bought a collar at an outdoor festival where they had a booth. When I got home and tried to put it on my dog I found it was too small. When I called their store they were so kind and made the exchange so simple. I have never experienced such great customer service from every employee I spoke with. I highly recommend them!!!
