I have had enough of the arrogance and lack of customer service at this store.I have dealt with unprofessional managers who don’t do anything when an employee cuts you off without saying excuse me to no apology when I leave feedback that I was overcharged for something or did not get my change back. I understand they need to verify but they take their time, chit chat with their fellow coworkers about non-work discussions.I get told for worser situations that a manager will call or email me back after leaving my contact info. It’s almost been three years and no callback.Just tonight, an immature young lady was driving an oversized pickup truck and was not paying attention while entering the parking lot. Instead of calming down, and getting over it, she gets road rage fever and starts going on a cussing trip with middle finger gestures.After I saw the young lady and her just as out-of-control friend enter the store, I turned around and went back inside to let the manager know so other customers wouldn’t get verbally abused or she wouldnt throw a cussing fit if someone accidentally got in front of her at checkout.I explained what was going on to the young man manager, skinny build, freckles, crew cut, who was not helpful or apologetic whatsoever.When I explained that the Hope Avenue and other locations ask the rude customer to leave and apologize for the awful situation, he doesn’t really seem to care. He said I could be lying or she could be lying and that it’s a civil matter and he can’t do anything.I asked him to view and listen to the surveillance cameras if he did not believe me.I also explained that I worked in customer service before and that this was unacceptable. I told him that Walmart could get sued and held liable then he refuses to help me.If that happens at any of my customer service jobs, even if a customer explains liability or threatens to get a lawsuit, I would be required to show empathy and offer suggestions to help the dissatisfied customer. No reply from him.I will pay extra to shop at WinCo, Smith’s, Associated Foods, or even Amazon next time where they will actually listen to the customer who was treated rudely and do what they can to keep him or her.I definitely will not be shopping here again because even though they have high turnover with managers, they never do anything about rude customer service.Hopefully the corporate offices see this but again, I’m not expecting any good customer service. Kroger and Albertson’s will hopefully merge and put Walmart out of business.

This Walmart has one of the best views of almost any Walmart I've ever been to. It was clean and everything was orderly. I have no complaints about this location at all.Months later, still the same high standard

Make sure you check & get ALL your bags. Unfortunately can be sneaky! 🙁 Also the cashiers should use a lesson packing food. Geesh. I guess this is the only place to give feedback bc no one is answering the phone. Yikes. The new management team is a 👎

It would be better if the shelves were stocked when the store is closed. There are always obstacles to try and get to or reach the items. Also, your employees, collectively stand in the way of access to the isle when stocking. This is not just one employee. Also, the people that collect the items also block the isles and have no consideration for the shoppers. You can do WAY better Walmart. Disappointed after shopping many years with this chain.

Clean organized store. Didn’t interact with staff other than the greeters as we left. They were nice. Other than that can’t speak to how the staff are. I didn’t find exactly what I wanted but found an alternative that works. I didn’t have a bad experience at all. I will be back.

I came without money. I had a phone gift certificate. My phone died. Stacey the customer service person paid for my purchase!! What aa angel!!! She said she did care if I paid her back!!! Where do you get people like her!!! Unbelievable!!

In this Walmart I want to place a complaint for the manager in the spark pickup area, a Mexican guy with long hair he’s extremely rude with drivers that aren’t his friends and don’t pay him to receive the orders, there’s information that that manager receives money from 3 Venezuelans that have fake accounts, he puts them in priority to get orders, a Venezuelan that has a Toyota Corolla’s ano year 2010 and has the back of their car crashed that doesn’t follow correct safety and another Venezuelan, black race with a black Nissan which are the ones who pays the manager to get the better orders, us drivers pay taxes unlike these Venezuelans here that use accounts not under their name with peoples information, we’re trying to find a way to denounce this since Walmart won’t do anything about it

manager is very rude rude is mexican with long hair, and receives money weekly from Venezuelans who do spark to give other drivers priority and to give them the orders because they use accounts that aren’t theirs, one in a black Nissan and a silver corola

Apparently they closed all the self checkout registers because they had problems with people stealing. There are only two regular lines and after waiting thirty minutes in line, I’ve never wanted to steal more in my life.

This has always been my store of choice but I was there with my husband and saw something on the shelf that was hard to find in my private conversation a VENDOR jumped in and started arguing with me that I was a liar and it always there I said well not once to my knowledge and isn't the customer always right? How dare your vendors jump into a private conversation and argue with me it was so unprofessional and RUDE I hope you take this review seriously he was stocking beer and should be fired

I love Walmart the service is great I usually shop from home and the people who bring my groceries are usually very kind and helpful there have been a few that don't bother to knock on my door and let me know my groceries have arrived sometimes they don't show up on my phone so I can be ready to sign for my delivery

I live a few blocks away from this Walmart. One time, my wife said that she wanted to walk up to Walmart instead of go to the gym, and I was like “huh?” and she was like yeah because it’s an uphill walk from our place to “the wal” as we call it. And so it goes.This Walmart is just about what you would expect from a Walmart. It is not very clean, and it does not make you feel very special, but as walmarts go, it is perfect. It is open 24 hours!!! Which is nice. One time I was building an IKEA dresser well into the night, and my screw driver was having trouble (I was trying to put a screw in the bottom dresser drawer, but in the very back of the bottom of the drawer, and there is not a lot of space to move around there, and the screwdriver I was using is one I got as part of a junior toolbox kit, and the kit has a red plastic cover in the shape of a car, but the screwdriver, although it is metal, is not very strong, and the end of the screwdriver started to get worn off as I kept trying to get this screw to go farther in, so bottom line, I needed a new screwdriver, and it was 2am. The only place I could think that would have a screwdriver for me at this time of night was the wal) so I drove there (like 2min drive), bought it, went home, and finished the dresser. It turned out that the screw never went in properly, so you have to push the drawer slightly to the left when you close it, otherwise, it doesn’t close all the way.Although I don’t enjoy shopping at Walmart (“the wal”), it does have its place in society, and I encourage you to consider going there if there is nowhere else open, like at 2am.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy was out on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back and was immediately put on hold no chance to talk to anyone. Walmart either needs to give more hours and or hire more people to take care of there patients if it takes this long to get through to there pharmacy Walmart is clearly lacking in customer service.

I’m gonna be honest, I might be the only one thinking this but EVERYONE at this location freaks me out. It’s something in their eyes and the way they watch your every move but don’t say anything. And if they do, they’re accusing you of stealing. Another reason to not go to Walmart besides the plethora of fake service dogs.

Enormous building and parking lot that are both mostly empty. Low stock, very neat. A better use of this large site would be a neighborhood of townhomes, with a park in n the center.

I waited 20 minutes in my car for a pickup order and no one has come out at all. Absolutely ridiculous! I called the main store number 3 times including the pick up number on their sign and no one answers the phone. It’s 10:36 so I know the store isn’t closed. It closes at 11. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas because I was trying to stay warm.
