Wish zero stars was an option...The "shift supervisor" took one look at my package and said no, it's too big... I asked if they had the rules written and she didn't know... Luckily the clerk next to her pointed out the sign. I read it and showed her that she wasn't following the rules and she can't just refuse me. Apparently they have to lock the packages up in a cabinet for security, ok makes sense, she showed me the cabinet and how there was "no room." Sadly there was a complete empty shelf with a few labels sitting on it that wasn't for packages?!? Idk... Anyways she refuses to let me speak to the store manager and turned me away...Why have rules if you won't follow them? This "shift supervisor" was rude, not apologetic...Hopefully FedEx will just cancel there partnership with this Walgreens if it is so unreliable and not following the agreed partnership rules.
