The pharmacist (and technicians) here are absolutely the best. They stayed until past closing time to help us with a billing issue on a critical prescription, which brought our out-of-pocket cost down from $700 to $0. Highly recommended!!

Petty staff. Went to CVS to fulfill my deposit instead.Came to deposit $800 to my bank to pay my rent. Capital One has an agreement with CVS and Walgreens to allow deposits. Staff stated they have a store policy of limiting deposits to $500 vs what Capital One and Walgreens agreed upon ($999/day)Lose more business. Fine by me.You're not upholding your agreement with Capital One. Thanks CVS

The 1-2 star reviews for this location are completely justified people!. I typically refrain from leaving negative experience reviews for businesses, but my recent experience compels me to share.This particular Walgreens location should honestly be closed. I went to drop a FedEx mail, and I found myself standing unattended for a solid 10 minutes despite the store being empty. When an associate finally came around, their demeanor towards me, made me feel unwelcome and as if I had inconvenienced them by being there. It was a thoroughly uncomfortable experience that made conducting my business difficult.Please avoid the women with grey hair! I believe she is stationed at the Photo/Mail desk.Also, if you're dropping a FedEx package, please avoid this onsite location! They are not familiar with certain FedEx shipping services (SurePost), and will leave you disappointed. Just go the FedEx Store that's nearby this site (---3330 S 700 E)Management, please take note and address the shortcomings in your customer service.Thanks!

Unknowledge and not lesson For Fedex drop off.I went this location Feb 29 around 2.35-2.45 pm to drop off 2 girls works their mean and not knowledgeable to scan packages it FedEx ground Smart (it FedEx co with USPS) For this package to drop off at any location FedEx ground (I have been checking online before I want there where I can drop off ) It show 3 barcode girls works Their scan USPS scan I told here you scan wrong one you should scan FedEx and she didn't lesson she told me can't accept package told me I have to go to USPS .What !!! I I told here you scan it wrong you should scan FedEx barcode not USPS barcode . Don't waste your time to go to this location . I have ship a lot of package and never had this problem and I have to go drop off at FedEx office n I have asked them why Walmart not accepted my package they are told me it should accept your package and they told me they are scan wrong barcode same problem I told girls work there .This is wasted my time and means customer service ever.

Whomever was working the photo area today was very rude to me. I was frustrated, the photo i needed to print wasn’t showing on the computer but others were. As i kept trying, the girl working the counter said “it doesn’t work if you hold your phone,” in a very rude and condescending tone.I had my phone in my hand to disconnect and reconnect it, trying my best to fix my issue. I explained that the issue wasn’t the connection. She put her hands up defensively and said she was “just trying to help.” It was clear she wasn’t paying attention to the situation, she was busy talking badly about other customers with another employee. It was unnecessary and rude, especially around the holidays.

I was visiting my mom from NYC and had to go to Walgreens and pick up some medication for her. The pharmacist I dealt with was Stuart. He was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful not only to me but to every customer.I have been in NY for 34 years and have NEVER experienced such excellent service. In fact, I have stopped going to Walgreens and CVS in NY because the service is so horrendous. I would rather wait for mail order rather than deal with any of the pharmacists or pharmacy technicians in NY.I wish there were more people as nice and pleasurable to deal with as Stuart was. Walgreens at 3291 South Highland Drive is extremely lucky to have Stuart!!

It is impossible to get through the phone system to talk to someone about a prescription. I get put on hold with the lame music on a loop and then it rings through to someone and is picked up and I can hear people talking but then the call goes back to the music and I can never talk to anyone. This has been going on for about a year and I have had it. I’m moving all my prescriptions somewhere else.

Had a vaccine appt scheduled out 2 weeks. Arrived day of appt and sat in line 35 minutes before they told me they hadnt had that vaccine in stock in weeks and I "shouldn't have been able to schedule." No apologies or anything. Just a blank state until I left. Most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever seen.

Terrible experience. I ordered a vital prescription after surgery that was urgently needed to aid in recovery and prevent infection. I called four times to express the urgency of this script and was assured the medication was being filled. When I arrived for pickup, I was told to wait, and waited for 25 minutes. Then I received a text from Walgreens that the med I needed was unavailable. If you NEED your medication, go literally anywhere else. The negligence and lack of compassion shown by this location and their staff was impressive.

Yeah don’t bother making an appointment for a flu shot here. You show up on time and see the 20 people waiting for the shot that didn’t make an appointment and the tech tells you they’ll try and squeeze you in..Squeeze me in? Why the af did I make an appointment 2 weeks ago?Seriously go anywhere else. Walgreens a joke.

Doug is the only good thing about this location. Actually, the new makeup consultant is great, too. The rest of the staff are hit and miss. Some of them are really trying their best to work in a place they all seem to hate but Kelly is reason enough to put me off from shopping at any Walgreens. She is moody, rude, and CONSTANTLY put out. I dread when she’s at the register. It is literally a painful experience to be forced to interact with her.

Four hours. Four hours to fill a simple prescription for eye drops. And don’t even try to get anyone on the phone. I’d hate to know what would happen if it was a medication that was desperately needed. Hindering a patients ability to start an antibiotic course is an interesting move on the part of a pharmacy. Do better.

I visited this store after moving to the area, (social media influencer/reviewer/streamer) the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the pharmacist was able to answer my questions about my meds. I will definitely be coming back.

There are some miserable people working here. I asked a store clerk if she could help me, and her reply was a giant "What" with wide eyes and huffy disposition. The store was empty, there was no line, and she was short and unpleasant the entire time. Avoid this location if at all possible. Immense disregard for customer's experience.

I have tried to be patient and understanding with them being short staffed and it always being a chaos when I am there but I have never been so frustrated with a business. They just told me to find a new pharmacy because they couldn’t guarantee stock of one of my medications. One they have been filling for years, maybe take care of a long standing customer and not bring someone new on? I just opened a new prescription of another medication and never been more disgusted. The pill looks like it got wet and has hair stuck to it. How does that even happen? See photo!

Pharmacy has very nice employees but it doesn't function at all. Every time I call in a prescription for a certain pick up time, I wait in a 20 min line, and then they send me away to come at another time because it's not ready. I completely understand this happening every once in awhile but the last 6-7 times I've gone it's been such an inconvenience having to leave, come back, and then wait in the line again. Again, really nice people like Stuart but I'm going to switch pharmacies.

Horrible place, so unfriendly the cashiers are so disrespectful and mean even to children that come into the store. That one lady with the long grayish hair is so rude, the last two times I have been there she has been very hostile to me and my children.It's been over a year since, I did this review above. This rude and Hostile lady still works there. After all the completes she has gotten. Went in today to pick up a drink and she was so unfriendly. Can't even smile, this lady is truly just evil and rude.

We needed a quick Covid test because we are leaving the country tomorrow morning and, we discovered, the Utah Dept. of Health is no longer giving tests. We contacted Walgreens and they were willing to squeeze us in, even though they had no openings. The pharmacy staff was outstanding. They were very professional but also went out of their way to help us. We are very thankful to them.

This is the problem with nation chains. They can care less about your customer service experience. They prove it by never responding or addressing your bad experiences when you post them. That being said, here is my bad experience:I went in for a flu shot and they don't have a privacy booth available? I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, so they expected me to sit on a chair with everyone watching in the lobby and take my shirt off while all the customers watch me sit there half naked for 10 minutes while the nurse gives me my flu shot? No thanks. How embarrassing would that be? Did everyone forget the need for PHI privacy and just blame it on the covid-19 pandemic like everything else? That is just so unbelievable tacky of Walgreens. If I were working there, I would be ashamed! Bottom line!

I just visited this place and was accused of shoplifting because I opened a candy bar on the way to the pharmacy register. For the ugly old woman who harassed me: Shoplifting is when you take unpaid merchandise from the premises and nothing more. This lowlife falsely accused me of theft twice. I'm making a point not to come back here again.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I use this pharmacy on a regular basis and am used to waiting in long lines to be helped or being put on hold when calling them. i’ve always been very patient with them both in the store and when I have to call them. lately they’ve been answering and then immediately hanging up on me. they have done this to me three times today. I ended up calling a different pharmacy last month to have one of my prescriptions transferred and to my surprise, I did not have to wait near as long to be helped at the other pharmacy. I understand places are short staffed but i’m very unimpressed with the way this walgreens handles customers. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Employees was nice and respectful. I Was able to find what I need very easy . Isles are labeled to where you can see them Easily.The cashier was very nice and made my experience there felt like I was welcome there . Overall I like coming to Walgreens for candy, personal hygiene, and most important I go there to get fever or pain medicine for my children and they always have good deals on them to help out . And you get points when you buy anything there. So get your butt over there and get the stuff you need it want .

This rating is for today only.I'm a customer of Walgreens pharmacy at this location, and usually I'm very happy with the service there. I have MANY prescriptions.Today, I stopped by to pick up a prescription, and pulled up behind one car in front of me.I waited for about 15 minutes before I called the store to find out what the delay was. There were three cars behind me that ended up leaving.When I called, I was informed the pharmacy was on their lunch break.this would've been fine, but there is no sign announcing this.When I called to tell the store manager that there's no signage to remind people of this, he informed me that there is a sign, in the lower corner of the drive through window. WHICH IS NOT VISIBLE FOR ANYONE BUT THE FIRST CAR. He never apologized for the inconvenience, only saying that he would pass on the message.It wasn't just myself waiting unnecessarily, it was also the three people behind me.They need to put up signage that is visible from the drive through line so this doesn't have to happen again.

Soooo I don't typically leave bad reviews places but Kathy, or Kelly she was hesitant to tell me probably bc she knew she was being rude so I'm not sure exactly what her name was she had long Grey hair.. she was soooo rude I am questioning if it's worth it to keep coming to this location when they're so many other locations to choose from.... There aren't many people that are that blatantly rude to your face especially if they're working somewhere, you are a paying customer. If I was the owner id rather be short staff and work myself every single day and not have someone like her bullying customers. Good God.

I'm not impressed with Walgreens in general. I went to take a Rapid Covid test at 4:15 and the pharmacy line was so long I didn't get in until 4:45. I was supposed to receive an email with my results within 2-4 hours and it's been 15 hours and I still have not received my results. I called to get an update and they never answered the phone, but kept placing me on hold when the phone rang.

This Walgreen's service is abhorrent. The pharmacy staff is extremely slow and unhelpful. The store staff is the same.I was searching for a vitamin that was listed on their website and after scouring the vitamin isle, thought I would at least check with the staff to see if they carried it and I just missed it. I waited patiently in the pharmacy line while the staff struggled to get two people checked in. In the end both people in front of me left in what appeared to be a flustered state. When I asked about the vitamin I was looking for, they pointed me to the isle where I had been searching. When I told them I had already been there and would just like to double check if they carried it or had it in stock they said they didn't stock that isle and called for someone to come help me. The person that was called never came and after waiting for 10 minutes I found a store employee and asked about stock, they told me they couldn't check if they carried something or if it was in stock. A store that can't check if they carry something or if it is in stock?!A separate time I pulled into the pharmacy drive through and literally had the window shade closed in my face. No communication, just eye contact and a closing window. I read the sign on the window that said they would be closed from 1:00-2:00pm for lunch, but come on, slamming the door on a customer without any explanation? Just take the ten seconds to explain the reason or go the tiniest bit above the norm and take the order to improve the customer's experience.Two strikes, I'm not going back for a third.
