This is an amazing shop. They have things you may need like high quality food, botanicals, sponge filters etc. but of course the real show stopper is the fish. From Arowanas, puffers and rays to tetras, betas and shrimp they have something for everyone’s price range and tank size. Louis, the owner, is an amazing super knowledgeable guy and what he doesn’t know he will find out for you so you can make the best decision for your aquariums possible. If by some miracle they don’t have the rare fish you are looking for they can order it in for you. They have quality animals that are so much healthier than any other fish store I’ve purchased from. It is extremely rare to have a fish die that you have purchased from them in a few weeks or days, even tetras. If they know a fish is sick they will not sell it to you because they aren’t just trying to steal your money and kill a fish. I really can not recommend them enough.

Hands down most amazing fish store in Utah! I’m by no means an experienced fish keeper, but I really love making the trip out to the Waterfront. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. If you need something specific, they’ll try to order it in for you. The store is extremely clean and doesn’t smell at all. The fish are healthy and happy. They have everything from micro community fish to mbu puffers! And they are a retail partner store of Aquarium Co-Op🎉Definitely expect to see some amazing and rare fish!

Had to update my post, you only have to go here once to become absolutely addicted to this store. they always have a huge variety of fish and my favorite which is the oddballs of the fish world. And you can order fish online have it shipped to you or picked up in store.my fresh water fish from these guys are very healthy and I've never had any issues with health or new fish contaminating my tanks.they are also very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. They will not treat you like you're an idiot because you don't know anything about fish keeping. "photos of my tanks". I don't have pictures of everything I've purchased.

My husband and I come here on Saturday’s frequently to get fish and snails. We love how clean the store is and the tanks. If they don’t have the fish you want they will happily order them for you. The weekend staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Waterfront for all of your aquatic needs

Really an awesome and unique store. They’ll work with you to get really rare stuff that you’re looking for, and they put a lot of effort into making sure everything is healthy before they sell. I’ve spent a good bit of time chatting with them, and they carefully select wholesalers to get healthy quality fish.Their prices are equivalent to major shippers in my experience, so you can save the money you’d spend on shipping, avoid the risk of shipping-related stress or mortality, and support a local business. I had a special request for a couple rare species and they were able to get them the same week, so there wasn’t any additional wait compared to shipping either.

Amazing selection, staff, and service! I needed help preparing my fish for a 14 hour drive and The Waterfront totally hooked me up. Everything was professionally packed and the move went flawlessly. These guys are awesome and I can't recommend them enough! Definitely stop by and check out the shop if you haven't yet 💯

This is a freshwater aquarium store like no other. Large variety of immaculately cared for fish in a simple easy-to-view setting. No non-sense. Just a lotta healthy fish and some healthy plants.

Hands down this is the best fish shop in Utah ，I have ordered here many, many times, and I can’t say enough good things about it. There are abundant fish species here, including huge monster fish and exotic fish, and the prices are reasonable! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The owner is a nice guy, warm and caring. I recommend you to come and have a look. Even if you just come here to have a look, you will like it. The owner is expanding and there will be seawater fish in a while. I got a short bodylongfin Butterfly koi from Taiwan here., and aba aba knife fish from Africa, 👍 recommend

I love the waterfront!! I’m able to come here with any questions or problems and have them answered by experts. They carry cool creatures you can’t find anywhere else. Staff are always super helpful, and all the fish and plants I’ve gotten have been super healthy. Definitely the best fish store in Utah!

I normally would buy fish from PetSmart so I'm not sure if this is normal for local fish shops. Buying fish from PetSmart I would be lucky to get a 50% survival rate. However a few months ago I decided to check this place out. I have visited 3 times now and have bought 8 fish. All of the fish are perfectly healthy and have had zero problems with them. The Water Front is now my first stop when I ever need to buy more fish.

Our favorite fish store, always have a great selection. If they don’t have it, they always go out of their way to help us get it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, it’s very clean and doesn’t smell like most other fish shops.

Most rare selection west of the Mississippi, hands down top notch. Good people, good vibes. Crazy rare Plecos! They even have Super Red Longfin Bushynose! I couldn’t believe it! Won’t make you feel silly like other fish stores.

We convinced my mom to switch from Glo Fish Tank to upgrade to a cichlid tank and had to add a few more fish so we decided to go to water front! We had visited a few times to see what they have and they have a great selection of fish and new fish arriving every day. They have a little bit of everything there for everyone! All fish look great for being imported because you know how shipping can be.We got 2 yellow OB’s - A larger and slightly smaller one and 2 baby Blue Dolphin.I might need to add some more baby blue dolphins because they’re so fun to watch! They’ve never left each other’s side. Next step to upgrade is substrate and decorations and even waterfront has a very nice substrate and foods!

Best fish store in the state. They have a wide variety that rotates fairly frequently. Very helpful staff and great for answering questions and making suggestions. I will text or call them with questions and they are quick to answer. I will always buy fish and supplies here before any big box stores.

Best freshwater store by far. I bought 10 white cloud minnows expecting one or two to die to test their quality of fish. All lived. I buy almost all my freshwater fish here. Perfect or oddball fish and a really good nano fish selection. I have bought 30+ fish here and have not had a single one die on me.

The staff were friendly and informative. There are a variety of fish here that other stores don't carry. The bettas are gorgeous and well taken care of. They are not in a small cup but in actual tanks. I bought 5 neon tetras and 6 shrimp. I'm happy with what I bought, and I'll be back for more if I need more fish. Also, they had great deals on the shrimp compared to other stores I went to.

Louis at the waterfront is great. This isn’t your average fish store. If you’re looking for something specific or rare, this is the best freshwater fish shop in Utah. Louis has ordered me in fish I have never seen available online on through distributors/wholesalers I’ve worked with in the past. Great people and a great business.

This is a great place to go for advice and they have an awesome selection of easy plants and fish. They also have some of the most amazing large rare fish I’ve ever seen.

I went here earlier today for supplies to hatch brine shrimp. The customer service was outstanding. I have to admit that I've never experienced this level of customer service anywhere I have been before.
