Great toy store to take the kids to for that nostalgic toy shopping experience. A few items May be a little more expensive than what you'd find at Wal-Mart or Amazon but they have a wonderful selection of toys for babies all the way up to adult who are kids at heart. They had a great selection of Tonies which my local Target and Wal-Mart do not carry. Will be coming here for our Tonies!

This is such a fun store with a massive selection of toys. Really fun to just walk through but also has great gift options. Free gift wrapping is a nice bonus.

This is a great toy store that has various items always in stock and all the employees are very helpful as well. There's an employee who works here named Simon who is a hard worker so if you see him at the store, make sure you don't forget to say hi to him!I highly recommend this store! Great Toys!

Very vast collection of unusual play items for my daughter. The prices are not so cheap but I love the customer service and the quality of the toys. I especially love the doll house with all the animals.....

Went in last Saturday and the employee, I believe their name is Lou, offered to gift wrap our mine craft toy to look like TNT! Such a great touch. Awesome customer service, people like Lou and Ashley are the reason I keep coming back instead of buying toys online.

I work down the street and was waiting for my ride alone after all the stores were closed. Someone drove into the parking lot and just parked next to me and it made me nervous, one of your employees came over and waited with me until my ride came. I believe her name was Ashley! I really appreciated her doing that. You have great employees.

This is a fun toy store with tons of fun puzzles. I bought a 5000 piece puzzle and when I opened it there were probably 50 pieces that were damaged. Some even torn on half. I called and explained the situation and they were more than helpful in returning the puzzle and helping me find a replacement. Will definitely be back!

Thoughtfully curated toy store with helpful staff. The wrapping job and wrapping paper options could be better. A step up from Target, but a step down from the Children’s Hour. Reasonably priced options, lots of Schleich, Lego, and Playmobile.

This is our favorite local toy store! They airways have everything we're looking for and more! A great selection of learning and STEAM focused children's activities, as well as a great board game and puzzle selection. They even gift wrap presents for free!

We loved the selection they offer. The staff is super helpful and know how to play the games they offer. Their prices are good and they offer quality products. If your looking for toys that tap into your children's imagination, problem solving or artistic nature they have something. The games were really cool they even have a dinner murder mystery game that's great for groups. Plenty of parking.

I've been looking for a stuffed animal bunny . Now is not the time of year to look for a bunny nowhere has one . Went to Red Balloon they had several different ones . The sales lady helped me to find the perfect one .

Excellent toy store with a great selection of toys. They have everything from classic toys to all the latest toys your child may be wanting. We love it here and always have better luck with awesome toys then at any of the large department stores.

This should be a great store that values it's customers. I recently made several purchases, one of them an inexpensive umbrella. Upon first use, one of the metal spokes snapped. We tried to examine the structure and repair it and a second one broke. It is basically junk. My complaint is that the very nice sales person called the owner to see if I could just exchange for another one and the owner questioned whether we misused it and would not allow a return or exchange. They could probably send it back to the company that makes them. I recognize that it was a $9.99 product and that amount will not make or break either the store or me, the customer. The principal of not standing by something they are selling or their customers floored me. I shopped at Red Balloon for both of my now grown children but I will not be back for my grandchildren. There is a lot of inventory in that store but they are not the only game in town. Shopping elsewhere where the owner respects the customers!!!

This is the greatest toy store in the city.My seven year old son loves to play with the swords, my eight year old daughter loves how to jump rope and play on the stilts.A teenager loves looking around at the toys that remind her of her childhood.The best thing about this store oh, it's not Walmart and it's not Target. It's what a toy store should be.

This, for us, turned out to be the perfect store for learning-centered kid's toys for all ages. We purchased a gift for our year-old Grand-daughter and couldn't be happier. The service and selection were stellar! They even wrapped the gifts for us!

This store has great stock. And carry lots of games, educational toys, legos and stuffed animals. Good customer service 👍 looking for a special gift or even some good new toys this is a good place to look.

Great neighborhood toy store. Large variety of unique toys. They'll even wrap your gift for you. :) Can be a little expensive for some items, but overall price is comparable to other stores.

I visited your Salt Lake store recently and I'm extremely disappointed. If I didn't know better, from regular visits to the Sandy location, I would think you were going out of business. The employees lacked enthusiasm, and were more involved in their own conversations to help me. Their talking also took priority over organization, stalking, and keeping the store clean. The shelves had many empty spots, items were misplaced, with no urgency to fix. There was a mess of popcorn in a corner completely ignored. My child needed to use the bathroom and the small walk way leading to it was stacked with items, and could prove to be dangerous in an emergey situation. Items on high shelves were turned upside or sideways, so I had no idea what they were. Empty displays, and displays that were unorganized were frustrating to navigate.I applaud the Sandy location once again for such a clean, organized, and well stocked store and would hope every Red Balloon location would be held to such high standards.

Although the red balloon is not what it used to be, I am still giving it four stars because it is one of the last locally owned toy stores that actually has some intellectually stimulating toys and science kits. I found several excellent gifts for young kids here.

Pricing on google does not reflect in store pricing. They fought tooth and nail for $2.00. Never going back. Never recommending. Thanks for wasting my time. I proved it in front of them and they did not care. They lost a whole lot more than $2.00 on this one.

There's a great selection here & staff is helpful & friendly! One thing I would recommend is installing a changing table for babies in the bathroom! It was pretty gross changing my baby on the dirty floor! Good thing I had a changing pad!!

This might be the greatest toy store in the whole state of Utah. Never have I seen staff so knowledgeable and ready to help. The store itself is very inviting and clean. The staff is great, especially manager.
