Super grateful for the help I received last night from Electric Sales & Service Rep Tim. I was not sure if our favorite little electric🔥 fireplace heater was fixable. Tim not only pointed out a reasonable and safe item to purchase, He also went above and beyond by replacing the cord and tightening any loose screws around all four legs. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and there has not been any problems with the heater since getting home and plugging it back in.Thank YOU 🙏 Thank YOU 🙏 Thank YOU 🙏 for the outstanding service once again received at the Millcreek Home Depot Location.

They have a nice location and have some specialized and helpful employees that I have seen in most home-improvement stores. If you can find what you’re looking for in the store, they can also help you go online and order it to the store. They also will help you take big loads to your vehicle.

The store is organized and well stocked. I appreciate the measures they are taking to ensure customer safety amidst this Covid pandemic. The staff are amazing. I received assistance immediately and they were friendly, efficient, and personable. One of the staff even gave my son a toy. I had a very pleasant and smooth experience. I will be back.

We had made an attemt to locate a swamp cooler. This store did not want to look for it. They informed me that they would not be out for one more week. As we talked it became very clear that this person did not want to search or get down this product. I will not becoming back to this location nor recommend anyone to go this store!

Went in to get some flooring primer. Had one question about the primer. There were three people working in the flooring department. None of them could answer my question and instead they told me to wait in the aisle for 10 minutes until this other guy could come by and help me. Waited there for 15 minutes like an idiot and then left. You would think people that work in the flooring department would be able to answer a question about flooring. I will not come to this location ever again. You would think people that work in the flooring department would know a little bit about flooring.

Would say something positive if they showed any kindness towards their employees. I met one of them this week and learned they don’t get to sit for 9 hours and barely get any breaks. Some of them even have medical conditions that require them to sit for at least some period of time, but they still don’t get that.Home Depot you have great people working for you. Show some humanity.

At the time of this review it's mid April the temp outside is almost 70 and they don't have any of the swamp cooler stuff out because it's "not in season yet" but any other home Depot has their stuff out. Obviously the manager of this store is slacking

Great shop but we were shocked to find HD increasing the cost of cedar post 4x4x8 from 19.94$ march 8 2024 to 32$ march 23, 2024. That is a 60.5% increase. It is not reasonable.

The plants here are always really, really unhealthy and beat up, both indoor house plants and outdoor garden plants. The people are nice though.

I was helping my dad do a new fence we ran out of concrete so I told him to go to home depot they would help him load it and they refused to help him load it I couldn't believe it so he went to another hardware store and I think I'll keep going to that 1 also

Terrible customer service. Lumber is non quality, and the pro desk has an employee that is too old to be in the position he is in. When it takes an 11/4 hr to get checked out on a phone sale, something is very wrong.

I had a very specialized replacement part that I was looking for regarding my bathroom sink. The specialist at Home Depot was able to quickly and expertly handle my question and get me the replacement part I needed all within five minutes. I am impressed and will continue to stay a loyal customer of Home Depot!

I've been going to home depot's for decades and couldn't live without Is home depot in my life. It is the breath of life for homeowners and renters in this crazy world wires. When you can't afford to buy a new home home depot's there to get all the products? You need to keep the home you're in up and running when fully functional.However for those who have a home it augments the ability and power to go there and buy anything almost you need to improve your property.One powerful great store in this world of ours.

This is a pretty popular location in Salt Lake. Which means unfortunately they are often out of stock of a lot of items. Today it was definitely the case. Was in looking for 50amp wire ends today and they had very limited selection. :( They do offer free shipping to store, but if you need it in a pinch, the 21st South location generally has more in stock of most items.

Has a pretty good selection, but in the past, the employees have been disrespectful and tentative about giving out the military discount. The policy changes repeatedly with ID or not, and the phone app is terrible and often doesn't work. The employees are difficult to persuade to assist with the military discount.
